The Asura Immortal Asuras
CHAPTER 51: 51

Chapter 51: 51

John has been traveling with Elliot and Leah for the past month, and has made great strides regarding ball dantian and cultivation of his body. With their great strength, Elliot and Leah had decided to travel deeper within the Skycleave Forest, and had killed several early Qi Condensation level beasts.

John has been fascinated by their powers and techniques as they fight the beasts, and even helped become a distraction for some battles, which helped Elliot and Leah kill the beasts more easily. Although he did not dare to attack a Qi Condensation level beast, John was able to use the Five-Step Movement Technique to avoid them long enough for Elliot and Leah to land the final blow.

Therefore, John had requested the blood essence of a Qi Condensation level beast. Although Elliot and Leah are quite curious as to why John asked for the blood essence, they obey and give him everything he needs. Using this blood essence and the blood essence of the Mist Creation cultivator he had killed, John was able to step into the late Mist Creation realm for his body dantian. He even had some beast blood essence left to use to continue cultivating.

(Writer's Note: from now on, the mysterious dantian field will be called “Dantian Bodu” while the natural dantian itself will be called “Dantian Essence”.)

‘Although I can feel the blood essence of the beast diminishing and less effective in terms of cultivating my body Dantian and Eternal Asura Body, it can still push me to the late Mist Creation realm.’

John sat there and focused on developing the Eternal Asura Body technique. He transmitted the refined Qi of his body dantian throughout his body according to his technique. John could feel his body growing stronger as he nurtured it with his Qi.

‘Again, I did not experience any obstacles related to my body Dantian. It seems like the only thing I need is enough blood essence to develop this technique. ‘

John could not help but be shocked at his body Dantian and the Eternal Asura Body. Both of them defied all logic, and gave him endless surprises. The only thing holding back his body's cultivation was his lack of blood essence, as well as his ability to control the evil mutterings that invaded his mind and soul once his body's cultivation exceeded his essence cultivation too much.

“With how fast I can cultivate my body dantian, I almost always have a cultivation level one small realm higher than my cultivation of essence. I really need to learn the battle art of body cultivation to benefit fully from my strength.”

After cultivating his Dantian body and the Eternal Asura Body so far, John realized that his current body was his greatest strength. Even though his Myriad Annihilation Scythe was extremely powerful and his essence attack was stronger than most in his territory, it was still comparable to the other geniuses in his territory, it was still comparable to the other geniuses in his territory, at least until he started to cultivate the Celestial Lightning Script or the Divine Reaping Scythe battle art.

In his fight, John realizes that he relies on his superior physical strength to defeat his opponents, but he does so in his most basic form. By learning the body cultivation battle art, John would be able to utilize his greatest strength and explosively increase his combat power.

While thinking about his cultivation, John was stirred out of his deep mind by the approaching Elliot.

“John, I've spoken to Leah and I think this is where we should part ways.”

John looked at Elliot and thought about it for a moment before nodding his head.

“I think you're right. This level of monster deep in the Skycleave Forest was already a deadly danger to me. I'm just holding you back right now.”

Elliot put an awkward expression on his face but did not refute John's thoughts. Leah approached and looked at John for a moment before an object suddenly appeared in her hand. Elliot raised his eyebrows slightly surprised at his actions but did not say anything.

“John, please take this,” Leah handed the item to John.

John took the item and checked it. It was a hexagonal badge, pure white in color with bright blue lightning in the center.

“What is this?” john asked confusedly.

“What sect is it?” john asked with a curious look on his face. Even now, Elliot and Leah did not tell him which sect they came from.

Leah thought about it for a moment before seeing Elliot. Elliot looked at Leah silently for a while before nodding his head.

“We are from the Heavenly Lightning Sect.”

“Secte of Heavenly Lightning? Why haven't I heard of it?” john asked confusedly. He was quite familiar with famous powers for thousands of miles in every direction from his Clan, but had never heard of the Heavenly Lightning Sect.

“We're pretty far from here. It is only natural that you have never heard of the sect” Elliot replied.

John notices that Elliot did not give the exact location and decides not to ask further about the sect. John looked back at the badge and traced the lightning with his fingers. He thought of the Celestial Lightning Script, and how he still needed to start developing it.

After a moment of silence, John put the badge away and smiled at Elliot and Leah. “If I ever find myself in that area,

During a few weeks of traveling with Elliot and Leah, John considers them to be close friends. He was reluctant to part with them, but had no other choice given his circumstances.

“I think this is where we split up. Be careful.”

John said goodbye to the two of them before turning around and leaving. Elliot and Leah noticed John walking into the distance before they also turned around and ventured deeper into the Skycleave Forest. John turned around once to look at the figures of those who left before he steeled his eyes and continued.

“I only have myself to keep me safe from this moment.”

Without the talisman, John would have to be extra careful on his way back to the Fenix Clan. He decided the best route was to head straight for the main road that led from the Dreadel Kingdom to the Fenix Clan. Due to the presence of the cultivators, the strong beasts moved away from the road.

“That road will be the safest bet to go home. It takes a few days before I reach the road based on my current location.”

John spent the next few days walking in the forest of the Skycleave. Even though he had met many ferocious beasts on his journey, they were all at the level of Fog Creation and thus not a threat to him. A few days later, John finally saw his way through the dense forest.

‘I can finally relax.’

John finally stepped out of the Skycleave Forest and headed for the main road. Although the road was not too busy as it was far from the main settlement, John could see carriages and people occasionally passing by. John continued his journey towards the Fenix clan, occasionally stopping in towns along the way for lodging and food.

A few days later, John was walking down the street when he saw a group of boys heading towards him riding an animal. He narrowed his eyes as he looked at the robe they were wearing.

“Sect Crimson Valley!”
