CHAPTER 50: 50

Chapter 50: 50

Elliot and Leah turned to look at each other, unsure of how to answer. Elliot thought for a moment before answering John's question.

‘”We are not from around here, as I'm sure you know, but unfortunately that's all we can say about that problem.”

John was disappointed by the vague response but still understood it. Everyone has secrets, including John. After a moment of silence, the group began to talk about various things, including the origin of John and the Fenix Clan itself.

After a while, silence enveloped the group before Leah suddenly spoke up.

“John, since you are from the Fenix Clan, do you happen to know about something related to special nature?”

“Leah!” Elliot suddenly spoke up and gave him a meaningful look. The purpose of their mission of their sect was to remain a secret.

John narrowed his eyes at Lea's question.

‘Custom natural? Are they referring to pocket realm? How do they know about it, and why are they looking for it? ‘ John couldn't help but be surprised internally at Leah mentioning about the pocket world.

From what John knew, the pocket realm should be an absolute secret known only to the various clans and sects that surrounded him. Every clan and sect had strict laws regarding the pocket realm, and as such, no one was allowed to tell outsiders about it. If news of the pocket realm was known to the outside world, who knew what other powers on the continent would do to obtain it. To keep it secret from the world, only the clans and sects involved knew about the world. In fact, talking about the world could be punishable by imprisonment or death in many cases, depending on the severity of the offense.

Although John doesn't know how Elliot and Leah know about nature, it's clear that they already know about it. Not only that, but based on their cultivation levels at their ages, it seemed like the power behind them was both potentially stronger than the Fenix Clan.

“I have to tell dad about this issue when I come back.” John sat quietly for a moment before replying to Leah.

“No, sorry, I've never heard of such a thing around here.” John keeps his responses short and simple to reduce the chance of slipping and inadvertently hints at his whereabouts.

“Hmm, what a pity” replied Leah with a disappointed expression on her face. He hoped John would know something so that they could complete their mission,

“Although they don't seem like bad guys, I still don't know where they came from.” John was thinking about the next step to take.

His spatial talisman was already depleted, so he no longer had any guarantee of escaping if he were to encounter another situation like the last time. He also promised his father that he would return as soon as he used the talisman.

“I think this is where my journey ends for now.”

John was a little depressed. This trip had explosively increased his strength, so he was not ready to end his journey, but unfortunately he had no choice.

“What will you do next, now that you are healed? Would you like to travel with us for a while?” Elliot suddenly asked.

John is surprised by the sudden question and offers to travel together. He thought about it for a moment, wondering if he should go straight home or join them in their offer.

“To which direction are you headed?” ask John. As long as they were traveling in the same direction, John would not mind staying in their company.

‘West for a few thousand miles? It should have taken me through the Fenix Clan. ‘

John thought about it for a moment before accepting the offer. If he could travel with Elliot and Leah, then based on their cultivation level, he should be quite safe. They also traveled in the direction he was heading, so everything went well for him.

“Wah, it's quite late tonight, so let's go to bed and go early in the morning Elliot said. John agrees and falls asleep, still exhausted by all the events that have just happened.

Far away from there, a group of five boys rode on a savage beast on the main road leading to the Dreadel Kingdom. They were all dressed in blood-red robes, which had the image of a blood-red sun setting behind the embroidered mountains on the back of the robe.

“How much longer are we until we arrive at Dreadel Kingdom?” ask one of the boys.

All the boys looked to the oldest in the group. He had long black hair and a small scar on his left cheek, making him look quite fierce, and had a late Mist Creation cultivation.

“It should be about another month before we arrive. We will meet Elder Holde there,” replied the boy.

“By the way, what are we doing in Dreadel Kingdom? Looks like a waste of time,” replied the other boy.

The injured boy looked towards the person who had just spoken. “Elders told me that this relates to our recent sect movement. We will go to the Kingdom to improve our relationship, as well as arguing with their prince to exchange hints.”

“Oh, so, so it's about our preparations about the Fenix Clan and the Varis Clan?”

“That's right, as soon as we take care of those two clans, we'll have power over the enclave as well as the region around thousands of miles around it. Also, I've heard rumors that this involves the sect, but I I'm not too sure. “

“The sect?” asked one of the boys before his eyes widened. “Are you referring to the Red Devil Sect?”

The scar-faced boy nodded his head and continued. “As I said, this plan is most likely in accordance with the sect. We only help prepare all the relevant parts when the time to attack arrives. I also guess that's the reason why Jason arrived at our sect recently. ”

Although the scar-faced boy hates Jason, he must admit that the boy is scary beyond all description.

“With him entering the pocket world, everything will only belong to the Crimson” Valley Sect the boy thought as he continued his journey towards the Dreadel Kingdom.

Two weeks later.

“And my body cultivation is now in the late Mist Creation realm.”
