The essence of human blood flowed throughout his body, before finally seeping into his dantian body. John could feel his dantian body growing in strength, and before long, it was at the peak of a breakthrough.

A few minutes later, the blood essence was emptied, and a slight muffled sound echoed in John's body.

His eyes lit up in excitement.

The evil blood did its best to destroy his body, but the holy blood immediately exuded its power, calming the evil blood to a level he could control. He felt his Asura Abyss Body level rise once again.

The process continued for a few minutes before it finally ended. After regaining his composure, John walked up to the sacred gate and touched one of the eight large chains that chained the gate.

As expected, the chain began to collapse, before crumbling into nothingness. The holy aura emanating from the gate once again grew in strength, cleansing his soul and making him feel completely refreshed.

John bathed in aura for some time before looking at the gate and calling out.

“Hey, I know you're there. Who are you, and what is this palace kingdom?”

He wanted answers, or at least for the entity to respond back, but despite the long wait there, no answers returned. John shook his head and continued, heading towards the creepy room.

An evil aura strikes John as he enters the room, but his power is far below what is needed to master it. The strength of his aura was not even enough to temper his desires anymore.

John walked up to the creepy big gate, and saw the nine chains still chained up the gate. After hesitating, he reached out and touched one of the chains.

Mendeering!

“Ga!”

John clutched his head in pain as the mutter tried to control his mind and soul. After a minute of restraining the attack, he could not hold it anymore.

He quickly left the palace realm, and found himself panting in his Enforcement Hall room. The murmur took a few minutes to dissipate, and he once again calmed down.

John punched the air once more, sensing another increase in his body strength. A wide smile appeared on his face, before he quickly thought of something.

“Eternal Asura Body Books. Let's see if anything has changed since the last time I saw it.”

The last time John advanced, the Eternal Asura Body allowed him to look at the first page, which described how to cultivate the technique. However, even though there were more pages in the book, John was unable to open those pages, leaving him extremely frustrated.

“Everything in the palace realm seems to be advancing with a huge cultivation increase. Let's see if the book of the Eternal Asura also does it.”

In the grand main palace of the majestic Heavenly Illumination Sect, the Sect Leader continued to sit on his throne and read through the various documents. Strong lightning shot out from his throne and throughout his body, but he acted as if he was unaware of it.

Suddenly, the Sectional Leader's gaze shifted upwards, and it looked as if he was staring through the palace walls and into the sky. His figure quickly disappeared without anyone's notice, and he immediately appeared high in the sky above the sect.

“Hmm? Cloud Tribulation? Is an Elder advancing?”

The Sect Leader watched the high clouds above the sect slowly begin to gather and turn gray. Lightning began to pile up within the clouds, and the center of the storm seemed to be right above the courtyard of the Enforcement Hall. As soon as the clouds gathered, they dispersed, returning the sky above the sect to normal as if nothing had happened.

His gaze pierced through tens of miles straight into the Enforcement Hall, and searched for a moment before a small smile appeared on his face.

“Attracting.”
