The door to the room opened slowly.
Aa entered the room where I had to be treated.
"Mother" he said, bowing at the mother's feet.
"I'm sorry Yopi, can't keep Ine well" he said sadly.
"Wake up, son. "then mom hugs Aa.
"No, Yopi is not wrong. What's wrong is the mother," then the mother cries.
"We both take care of Ineke, yes" he continued.
For a moment they looked at me.
I woke up from my sleep.
"A." I said slowly.
"Yes dear, "hurry she comes to me.
"It's here." he continued
"Drink" I asked
Aa immediately took some drinking water for me.
"Drink, slow down" he said preparing a drinking straw for me, stroking my hair.
"There's mom, too, baby" he said.
I saw my mother sitting looking at us.
"Mother... when will it come?" my many.
"When Ine fell asleep earlier" then mom approached me.
"Sir Yopi, just work, let the mother take care of Ineke" said the mother.
Aa looked at me. And I nodded my sign approving of mother's speech.
Aa hugged me tightly, and kissed my forehead.
"If there's anything, tell Aa yes. Aa will be here soon." he said as he said goodbye to mother.
"Where is Alka, ma'am?" much
"I have to be excited. I can't stay here forever. My responsibility is great for my son and my husband. That's a determination for me. Sometimes, though, I feel incapable. Just the usual anemia I often experience. Doesn't matter. Aa's the one who's too scared of my anemia" I said in my heart.
That afternoon, Aa sent food to my room. Before Aa returned to duty, I asked to order some food. Aa also bought mom, for her lunch.
"After Ine, eat, take the medicine first son." while putting my food and taking the medicine that has been prepared.
"A lot. Doesn't it bother the fetus inside Ine's stomach?" ask mom in heart.
After the medication, I felt sleepy. And asleep. Mother remained there, until Aa was done.
"Sorry, mom. It's been a hassle to mom" Aa said upon arrival in my treatment room.
Mom just smiled.
"It's okay, son. But, is that much medicine not a problem for Ineke's content?" ask mother.
"That's our problem, ma'am. Ineke's case, unlike a regular patient. Ma'am, Ineke has leukemia" said Aa to be tough about my illness.
I sat down and listened to her story.
"Aren't you anemic as usual?" tanyakanya.
"No, ma. After the incident, Yopi took a sample of Ineke's blood. And Yopi himself just realized that. But we try to do our best for Ineke. Ineke's disease stage is early, ma'am. We believe we can cure him. Help me pray ma'am." he said holding my mother's hand.
The mother who was still in shock listened to him, could only fall silent.
"Inshya Alloh, Ineke will be healthy" he said in his heart trying to strengthen each other.
"Yes boy. I'm sending Ineke to Yopi. Let me know if there's anything."
"Yopi will do what's best for Ineke. Yopi also did not want to see Ineke like this. Moreover, Ineke is pregnant with our child. As strong as Yopi's energy to take care of Ine" the remark calmed the mother.
"Mom came home first, son. Kasian Alka and the father at home" wiping his tears, he recalled Alka being entrusted to the father.
"Yopi tipped Alka ya ma'am"
Mom smiled.
"Did Yopi love Alka?" ask mother.
"For Yopi, Alka was the first child of Yopi and Ine" he said.
And my mother smiled happily.
