Episode 69

Upon arrival at home, Rayan immediately gathers all the workers in his house. Starting from the waiter, security guard, Mr. Lim, even until the body guard that previously Rayan assigned elsewhere because of Alana's request. Rayan also gathers them all when Caterine and Sechil are not at home.

“You know why I gathered you all here?”

All who were in the family room on the 1st floor of the luxurious house stared at each other in confusion. They all feel they have worked well and have done nothing wrong. But this afternoon Rayan suddenly gathered her and spoke with a flat expression.

“We don't know sir. And earlier we were sorry if we made a mistake.” Aunty spoke out on behalf of all the workers present. The old woman spoke softly with her head bowed feeling afraid of Rayan who was like she was about to convene them.

Rayan stared at the workers in her house.

“You all sit.” He said with a commanding tone.

They all obey and immediately sit on the carpet but Rayan forbids it and tells them to sit on the sofa only.

“Starting today your tasks will increase. And any of you who are careless I will not hesitate.”

Everything quiet. I don't know what mistake made Rayan say that they all didn't know either.

“There is CCTV. But that doesn't guarantee my wife's safety. So for all of you, from now on tighten my wife's guard. Report immediately to me whatever Mommy and Sechil did to Alana. You guys understand?”

“Understanding mr.” Answer them compact.

Rayan smiled. The man then sighed softly.

“There's more you need to know but don't let mommy and Sechil tau.”

The workers looked back at each other. Rayan is really strange today according to them.

“Alana is pregnant.”

All the heads of the workers who had been lowered were immediately raised. They look surprised for a moment but then smile and feel happy to hear the good news.

“We are very happy to hear it, sir.” Said the aunt with a wrinkled smile on her lips.

“Thanks.” Rayan.

“As you know, mommy and Sechil always make trouble for Alana. So from now on I entrust the safety of Alana and my future children to you. Take care of Alana as long as I'm not home. Don't be late and always be vigilant.”

“Good sir. We will take good care of the mistress.” All the workers were speaking out with great enthusiasm. They could not wait for Rayan junior to be present in the middle of the family.

“Then you can get back to work. Robin, Roky, you two also stand guard again in this house from now on.”

“Good sir.” Replied firmly Robin and Roky who are none other than the body guard trust Rayan.

“Good. Remember, don't let mommy and Sechil know about Alana's pregnancy. You can work again.”

“We excuse mr.”

All the workers in the luxurious 3-story house then came out of the family room leaving Rayan alone.

Rayan closed her eyes with her back propped up against the long sofa she was sitting on. Rayan was worried about Alana's condition now. The woman is pregnant but must still face the bad attitude of Caterine and Sechil which is very draining patience and emotional. But Rayan couldn't do much. It would be impossible for Rayan to throw both of them away. Caterine is her mommy and Sechil, she is her sister even the only one.

Rayan opened her eyes slowly. For a moment the man seemed to think then reached into the pocket in his suit grabbed his cellphone. Rayan tries to contact a trusted man, Luky.

“Ya sir, can I help you?” Luky's voice immediately soared at the first ring Rayan called. The man was always alert and never disappointed Rayan.

“I can't go back to the company this afternoon Luky. You please handle everything. Attend a meeting with Client later this afternoon with Susi.” Said Rayan by kneeling her own forehead.

“Ah yes sir. Fine.” Reply Luky.

“Thanks well.”

Rayan ended the call after Luky answered. Rayan got up from her seat walking a little shuddering out of the living room towards the elevator.

“Kakak wait !!”

Sechil's cry made Rayan who was about to enter the elevator back to turn her body. Rayan looked at Sechil who was walking quickly in front of Caterine with tears.

“You why Sechil?” Rayan could not deny that she was worried to see Sechil crying.

“Sister still asking me why after what sister did?”

Rayan swallowed his saliva. Rayan knew Sechil's tears were only a sadness because of the facilities he had drawn, not tears of regret for what he had done.

Sechil looked at Rayan with a wounded look. The girl with blond hair closed her eyes for a moment.

“Sister has made me ashamed in front of my friend's friend. Brother knows? I was laughed at in front of a lot of people. I was even decided by Ramon.”

Rayan. Rayan had expected Sechil to be acting compassionate and as if very injured as he is now.

“Why sis just because of a cheap woman like that brother up like this? Sister doesn't even recognize me as sister.”

Rayan clenched both her hands. Rayan never does anything for no reason. Including what he did by pulling all the facilities that Rayan had provided for Sechil.

Caterine stepped closer to Rayan by folding her hands under her chest.

“Why Rayan? What mommy asked is true? You were too drunk because of Alana's service until you forgot your mommy and sister?”

Rayan sighed slowly. His mommy's words really insulted and demeaned Alana as his wife.

“You even made your sister cry in front of many people Rayan. Mommy had to pick him up because Sechil kept crying like he was crazy. So much influence Alana has for you huh?!”

“Quite mommy !!” Sela Rayan is strict.

Rayan stared intently at Caterine who he thought was right beyond the limits of humiliating Alana as a woman and her wife.

“Do mommy think I'm doing this all for no reason? Did mommy think that I did it because of Alana? no mom. I did it because of Sechil's mischief that can not be controlled.”

Caterine narrowed both her eyes looking at Rayan. It was not usual for Rayan to be so brave to her. Rayan respected him a lot before Alana was in the house.

“Party club, drink alcohol, even until the change of partner. Doesn't that make mommy worried as a mother? Sechil never even really went to college. Every day he just has fun with his girlfriend. Now who's cheap according to mommy? The sechil? or Alana?”

Caterine was surprised to hear what Rayan said. All this time Caterine never knew if her daughter was senakal. Caterine only considers her daughter's delinquents as ordinary delinquents like skipping college for shopping.
