Caterine stared at all the picture frames attached to the walls of her room. This is a photo of Alana and Ramon. Caterine was a little confused because almost every day Safana's doctor told her about Alana and Ramon. Doctor Safana is like an eye that can understand what Ramon and Alana are doing every day. “Good afternoon madam.. It's time for lunch.”

“You looking for my mistress?”

Caterine immediately turned her body when she heard the voice of doctor Safana.

“Suster told me earlier.” The beautiful doctor told me.

Caterine let out a breath.

“It's about my son Rayan. Why the end of this very rarely visit me here. Does the doctor know?”

“It's about lord Rayan, Miss Sechil is also the granddaughter of the mistress.”

Caterine frowned confusedly.

“My grandson?” Caterine asked confusedly.

Doctor Safana starts opening her phone and shows a photo of Zoya the first daughter of Rayan and Alana as well as the son of Sechil and Bastian.

“Whose baby is this doctor?” Caterine asked confusedly to see which two babies Caterine didn't know whose child she was.

Doctor Safana smiled at the question posed by Caterine about the two tiny babies. Doctor Safana felt grateful because Caterine's condition began to improve gradually. Caterine is no longer hysterical and full of emotions despite seeing photos of Alana and Ramon. It was also what made Safana doctors dare to display many photos on the walls of Caterine's room.

“Two of these tiny babies are grandchildren of the mistress.”

Doctor Safana grabbed Caterine's hand and grasped it gently.

“Mistress, Mr. Rayan and everyone loves the mistress very much. Trust me, madam. Maybe they haven't been able to come here to visit the madam. But later they will definitely come and meet the mistress with the two grandchildren of the mistress.”
