Chapter 1948-1949

Chapters 1948.

Hearing that, Zuri was dumbfounded. After all, Gerald was not only more fearless than he had anticipated, but he did not seem to care about his high position at all!Is he not at all afraid of the Zachariah Group.?

Gerald himself was just waiting to see if he would actually call. After all, once he did, he would no longer hesitate to end the Zachariah Group. At that point, any amount of regret from Zuri would be useless.

After all, Zuri was unwilling to lose and was ridiculed, so she gritted her teeth before shouting,

"Good! Since you are so eager to be expelled from the city, be my guest!"

Afterwards, Gerald, Natallie, and Earla just watched quietly as she began to pull out her phone.

Gerald himself could not help but think,

'Playing with us, huh? We will make sure to take you properly, then!'

After all, it was about ten seconds later when the call finally connected.

The moment that happened, Zuri's tone of voice instantly turned into a hundred and eighty as she moaned amongst the crocodile tears, she said,

"H- hubby.! I was bullied by someone else.! Please give me back.!"

"What's? You're in Happy Amusement Park, aren't you? Why are you suddenly intimidated? Are you sure you didn't start?"

Ask Zachariah who knows very well about his wife's temperament. This was not the first time Zuri had gotten into trouble for bullying others first.

Moreover, with how much he had flaunted his position as his wife everywhere, who would dare to bully her in the first place?

"...What do you mean by that, Zachariah? I was really beaten up by b*stard! Look, you better help me or I'll make it harder for you when I get back!"

The two-faced Zuri pouted. Defensive and hostile woman.

Whatever the case may be, Zachariah knows that all he can do now is obey his wishes. With that, he could only ask in a helpless tone, though,

"alright. What exactly do you want me to do.?"

Glad to hear it, Zuri's confidence instantly peaked as she replied in a loud voice,

"I want you to drive them out of Schywater City!"

It was clear that he was deliberately doing it to make sure that the three of them heard it. Hears

Hearing that, Zachariah could only groan before saying,

"...Isn't it okay if we teach them a lesson.? Don't you think you caused too much commotion for such a small matter.?"

Zachariah himself dislikes using his power and position to bully others. That's Zuri's business.

In fact, he had advised her many times to stop being so arrogant, even though of course, she had never listened.

Unfortunately for Zachariah, he somehow managed to offend someone even more powerful and influential than him, and he would soon come to know about it.

"Zachariah! Will you listen to yourself?! I'm your wife, aren't I?! Why aren't you angry that I was bullied by someone else?!"

The angry Zuri pouted.

Being the type of person who couldn't stand being scolded, Zachariah instantly gave up as he answered the irresistible woman, saying,

"Good! I'll be right up here, okay.?"

Satisfied to hear it, Zuri then nodded before saying,

After which, he hung up the phone before glaring at the three, a satisfied smile on his face.

"Listen! My husband is coming soon, so don't you dare run!"

Hearing that, Gerald inevitably revealed a sly smile as he replied,

"Oh, don't worry! We're not going anywhere anytime soon! Hopefully in the end you won't be destroyed!"

Of course, Zuri thought he was just talking big, so he didn't notice it. With that said, Gerald then turned to look at Natallie before saying,

"Please and take Earla to the restroom first."

Nodding in response, Natallie then did as she was told.

Gerald himself simply returned to the bench from before and sat there to wait, fully convinced that things would end in his favor.

Thinking about it, Gerald wondered if the two would try to apologize to him once they realized who he really was.

If they did, he would just tell them to beg him to release them.

Of course, even if they did, it would not change anything. In any case, Zuri had a chance, and she ruined it.

Fast forward about forty minutes later, a suitable man is seen running towards Zuri.

As he continued to run, Zachariah could not help but think about how much he loved his wife.

After all, why else would he come in such a hurry even if it was far enough away when he called? He had even spent quite a lot of tickets just to get here!

After all, once he stopped in front of her, he took a deep breath before asking,

"...All right, I'm right here. Where are those people.?"

Watching his wife only pointing at the three - who had been sitting on the bench together -, Zachariah then squinted slightly at them before slipping.

As Zachariah immediately started walking towards Gerald, Zuri followed behind him. He had waited the longest until he arrived, and now that he was here, he was more than ready to teach the three of them a hard lesson!

Unfortunately, everything will only decline from here, at least for him. Either way, once he got close enough, Zachariah's jaw almost fell. So he didn't see it wrong, it was Gerald!

Realizing that he was now in boiling water, Zachariah could only stutter,

"To-lead Crawford."

Hot Thinking that his wife had successfully offended the chairman of the Yonjour Group!

"Oh? So you recognize me, Chairman Kershaw! Anyway, how are you?"

Ask Gerald in a playful tone.

"It's as if I'll never be able to recognize you, Chairman Crawford."

Zachariah replied, his tone was respectful.

Zachariah had known Gerald for a long time through financial seminars and auctions that he had attended before. Even so, he had never had the chance to contact her until today.

"I saw. Well, even if you know me, Chairman Kershaw, your wife doesn't seem to.." Gerald...
