Chapter 2001-2005

Chapter 2001.

Regardless, Gerald found himself momentarily stunned by the woman's beauty. To think that there would be someone so charming in the Outremonde Realm. What's more, almost everyone can say that she is a very remarkable woman.

Either way, after all the representatives of the great sects arrived, a simple opening ceremony was held before they were allowed to return to their respective rooms to rest.

Gerald himself shared a room with Yalinda as they both represented the Juans Delivery House.

Fast forward to that night, several black figures were seen jumping across the roof of Gardale City. From the looks of it, they headed for Yudell's room.

Fortunately, before they could get too close to him, Gerald realized their presence. As they headed towards Yudell's room in complete stealth, Gerald immediately had a premonition that they were bad people.

Knowing that Yudell might be in danger, he quickly left his room and headed for his room as well to investigate.

Meanwhile, in Yudell's room, two servants were seen standing at the door. Even though they were sent by the Thunder Cloud Sect to protect him, the darkness of the night would immediately take their lives as they were unable to react in time to the two blades flying towards them at that moment!

Stabbed right on their chests, the two of them slid onto the floor and soon died. Of course, Yudell heard this, and she immediately unsheathed her sword before staring intently at the door of her room.

Because of all the footsteps outside, he knew that they were here for trouble.

At that moment, a barely audible 'beep' was heard above him, prompting Yudell to look up, only to see Gerald there waving at him from the open roof!

"Come with me, hurry up.! People are out there chasing you!"

Gerald whispered, prompting Yudell to look at the door again.

Hearing the slow footsteps towards his door, Yudell knew he had little choice but to jump on the roof and hide with Gerald.

Fortunately, he managed to do so just in time before the door of his room opened. After which, several black figures rushed into the room, hoping to deal with Yudell.

To their dismay, he was nowhere to be seen!

"He's not here, leader! What do we do now?"

Ask one of the black figures.

"This lucky bitch.! Looks like we've been found out! It doesn't matter! Let's go now.!"

Mocking what appeared to be the leader as he snorted before leading his men away . As soon as they left, Gerald and Yudell jumped back into the room.

Seeing him, Gerald was compelled to ask, saying,

"So. Who exactly are they? And why did they look for you in the first place?"

Ignoring his question, Yudell simply walked out of the room. And when he saw that his two servants were dead, he could not help but frown.

After a while, he turned to look at Gerald before asking,

"Who are you? And how do you know they're after me?"

It was at this point that Gerald realized something. While Yudell looked prettier up close, Gerald was more surprised by the fact that her aura was very similar to Yalinda's.

Chapter 2002.

Since Gerald was looking at him sharply, Yudell could only faintly blush as he raised his long sword, pointing it at Gerald as he said, Yudell could only faintly blush,

"Why are you looking at me like that? Also, why don't you answer my question?"

Cutting it off, Gerald quickly replied,

"My name is Gerald Crawford, and I am the participant who represents the Delivery House of Juans in the competition between cultivators!
