After hearing Juno's suggestion, Gerald then replied,

"agree. Let's remember that, then!"

By covering their tracks, they could at least lower the chances of the Soul Hunters finding them again. Gerald really wasn't too keen on being hunted day after day.

Now that it was decided, the group of four then changed their route and started heading towards the city on the map.

Gerald replied, seeing no reason to refuse.

To be honest, even he was interested to see what else would be auctioned. Following the crowd, the four of them immediately arrived at the black market of the Five Elements City.

From firearms, bombs, even drugs, almost everything is sold there! It's really an interesting place. Finally, the four of them found an empty place to stand.

However, not long after a man wearing a hat and a leather jacket climbed onto the stage.

"Greetings, everyone! My name is Mario Grant, and I am the chief administrator of the black market! I will tell you now that the item we auctioned today was simply incredible! It is no exaggeration to say that just looking at it will broaden your horizons! While I'm sure many of you have heard of it, I want to stress that there is only one of its kind on the planet! With that, do I need to explain how rare the treasure is?"

Said the man in the leather jacket with a bit of excitement.

"All right then! I present it to all of you. Crystal Skull! Take it on stage!"

Mario orders when one of his subordinates quickly brings a box onto the stage before handing it over to the chief administrator.

After receiving it, Mario carefully opened the box. And while grinning, he then took out the Crystal Skull, showing it to the audience while shouting,

"Look! Our auction item is outstanding today, Crystal Skull!"

Looking at the crystal skull Mario was holding, everyone below the stage could not help but cheer in awe, including Gerald and his group.

After all, the four individuals had not expected to find such a precious treasure here of all places.

A fat man's ejeked as he glared at the bespectacled bidder from before.

With how quickly the number increased, the crystal skull immediately exceeded ten million points. Are these people crazy?!

"That's just a skull, right.? Are these people crazy? Do they even understand the value of money.?" Rey is astonished.

"Heh. Wealthy people live in a world we never understand!"

Gerald replied with a subtle smile.

In the end, the crystal skull was finally bought by the same bespectacled man for fifteen million!

"Congratulations, Sir! With an offer of fifteen million, that crystal skull is now yours!" Said Mario.

The bespectacled man himself immediately began to pamper himself with admiration from the crowd.

Seeing how proud and mighty the man felt now, it could be said that this was what most rich people wanted to feel.

In any case, with the auction now, Gerald turned to look at his party before saying,

"Let's go, there's nothing more to see here!"

With that, the four of them then left the black market to continue roaming the entire city.

However, not long after, they found the man, - who had bought the crystal skull - again.

"Say, wasn't that the man who bought the skull before, brother Gerald?"

Rey asked, recognizing the glasses guy.

Nodding in response, Gerald then watched the man walk past them, looking somewhat nervous. Now why is that.?

Having a premonition that something interesting would happen if they followed him, Gerald then said,

"Hey, let's follow him quietly!"

Seeing no reason to refuse, the three then began to follow Gerald who was already in front of them.

Not long after, they managed to follow him to some kind of house. After observing his surroundings, the bespectacled man hurriedly entered the house, making sure to lock the door behind him.

"Stay here. I'll go ahead to see what he's doing!"

Whisper Gerald as he makes a giant leap before landing right on the roof of the house!
