Gerald Crawford, The Invisible Rich Man

Gerald Crawford, The Invisible Rich Man
Chapter 1941-1942

Chapters 1941.

The three young men sitting in front of him were Yong Haas, Jacque Lennox, and Ferdo Bach, and they were none other than the young masters of the prestigious Haas, Lennox, and Bach families of Schwater City.

Since they were three of the Four Famous Schywater, it was evident that they had a complex background.

What's more, they are even shareholders of Schywater University, and the only shareholder that can rival them is the Yonjour Group. Then again, the four families were nothing in front of the group.

Whatever the case, Yong-yang was sitting on the sofa-willing to inadvertently ask in a joking tone,

"Say, I heard a rumor that you were beaten by someone, Yash! Is the rumor true?"

After hearing that, Yash just stared at Yong without saying a word. As he feared, the gossip about him being beaten had spread like wildfire throughout the entire university. How humiliating.

"I don't think that brat can beat Yash... Where do you think he's from?"

Jacque asked in a curious tone.

"Who cares about that? Whatever the case may be, since he dared to humiliate the Four Famous Schywater in the first place, we will make him eat his words!"

Ejek Ferdo was a bit of an understatement.

"Indeed. Anyway, I'm not sure if you've heard of this, but there have been some major changes at the university lately. Basically, the principal and the owner of the university should have changed. Moreover, according to my father, he heard the news that the largest shareholder of the university is now the chairman of the Yonjour group! With that in mind, the Yonjour Group now has a university!" Clearly Yong.

"...Whahuh? Yonjour Group has acquired the university? But for what reason?"

Jacque was confused.

Everyone knew about the strength of the Yonjour Group. If the rumors were true, then the three knew better than to act hastily.

Whatever the case, it was noon when Gerald returned to his office. Shortly after, Natallie walked in before respectfully asking,

"Is there something you want me to do, Chairman?"

"Before that, there should still be some villas with company names, right, Natallie?" Gerald.

"Yes, Chief. Some of the remaining,"

Natallie answered, so satisfying was Gerald.

Nodding in response, Gerald then ordered,

"Good to hear. I'd like you to get the documents for one of our villas. Can you arrange it?"

Just nodding in response, Natallie then walked out of her office without a word.

Actually, Gerald requested documents on behalf of Raine's family. After all, the family was currently plagued with demolition issues and needed a place to move.

With that in mind, Gerald intervened to help by allowing them to move into one of his company's villas.

More than an hour later, Natallie returned with a document folder. Handing it over to Gerald, he then said,

"This is the villa's document, chief. Also, all the necessary procedures to move there have been completed.

Taking the documents, Gerald answered simply,

"Thank you."

Hearing that, Natallie was compelled to ask,

"Do you need me to come with you, Chairman?"

With that said, Gerald then got up and left with the documents in hand.

Natallie herself did not think much of it, knowing full well that Gerald had his own way of doing things. With that in mind, he only did as he was told.

After all, it wasn't too long before Gerald arrived at the hospital. Naturally, he was there to meet Raine and his family.

Either way, once they saw it, everyone from the Raine family could not help but smile. Dexter himself would not ask, either,

"Gerald? What are you doing here? Aren't you busy.? Are you sure we're not spending too much of your time?"

Just smiling in response, Gerald then replied,

"It's okay, uncle. Anyway, I'm here to discuss something with you all."

Seeing how confused they were after hearing that, Gerald then looked at the couple before adding, Gerald,

"I heard from Raine that the place you are all in right now will be destroyed. I've also been told that you still haven't found a place to live, have you?"

Hearing that, Dexter only let out a heavy sigh, a helpless expression on his face as he said,

"Indeed. The houses are very expensive right now, you know? And we really didn't have the money to get a good place to live. Moreover, Raine's mother had just undergone surgery! We're in a really confusing situation."

Seeing how big of a problem the three of them were, Gerald then replied in a confident tone,

"so. To be honest, I'm here to help solve that problem!"

Of course, this shocked the family of three. A short pause later, Dexter was asked to ask, saying,

"really? Are you really gonna help us, Gerald.?"

After all, if Gerald really interfered, then their biggest problem would definitely be resolved.

"I wouldn't joke about things like that, would I?"

Gerald replied, a serious expression on his face as he handed the document to Dexter. After that, he explained,

"That's the document of one of my vacant villas. It's a great place and you can all move there. I'm sure aunty will be able to recover faster there as well."

Upon hearing that, the three of them could only widen their eyes in response, too shocked to even say anything for a while.

Finally, Dexter gasped before exclaiming,

"Well.. villa.?!"

To think that Gerald actually allowed their family to live in one of his villas! None of them had even dreamed of being able to stay in the villa before!

"You didn't hear wrong, uncle. In any case, all the necessary contracts and procedures have been handled, so you can move on right away. By the way, this villa is fully furnished, so you don't have to buy new furniture!"

Gerald replied with a smile.

"that's... How can I thank you.?"

Dexter muttered that was overwhelmed, actively resisting the urge to kneel before the young man. After all, without Gerald's help, they would definitely have a hard time on the streets.

"Thank you simple is enough, uncle. As I said before, Raine's problem is my business, and I'll help whenever I can." Answer Gerald.

Hearing that, Raine could only feel touched. Gerald was really too good to her.
