Ch. 3 - Status
“Hooh... is rank A high?” Leinn simply rubbed his chin after seeing the data in front of him.
He had already heard someone call him with this Rank, but he did not understand what it meant so his reaction was not too great.
“T-of course! Hunter Rank was started from the lowest Rank, Rank F, the group of people only allowed to hunt harmless Rank F Beasts or collect plants around the city. They also sometimes work as a carrier in a Party”
“hooh... I've seen some parties carrying two or three people who only carry large bags when hunting and do not fight, so they are rank F yes..” Leinn gave a small smile recalling his old experience in Ironforge.

Leinn threw the cubic back into Aura's hands.

Aura was seen restraining her laughter, looking at the behavior of the young man before her.
Leinn had just finished wiping his eyes that were exposed to the direct sunlight back at Aura.
“Help me see this one too, I've been curious”
Leinn brought her face closer once more, with her nose already almost touching Aura's face.
Panicking, Aura unintentionally drained Mana into the crystal.
“Ah!” Aura immediately realized what she had just done.
The scene identical to the previous happened, but this time the cubic of this crystal started to tremble, dilate and thin. The final shape was like a thin board with writing on it.

“Wawawa!” The aura stopped flowing his Mana and it turned back into a crystal cubic.
“This Status? Why did your name appear on my Crystal Status?” Leinn looked at the crystal in the girl's hand in confusion.
“...sorry. Y-you need to enter your own Mana” Aura replied in a voice that was only as loud as a whisper.
His face looked so red, he did not expect himself to make such a mistake.
“So he showed Mana owner Status... This is very interesting!” Leinn grabbed the crystal cubic.
Leinn stared at the cubic crystal of his right palm and a blue light began to spin in the air. The number continued to grow until finally the blue light formed a vortex that circled the young man's body.
“Wa-“ a small voice came out from Aura's mouth, not believing the one she was looking at it.
The entire blue light entered Leinn's body in an instant, as if it was being sucked in strongly.

The crystal cubic in his hand started to glow and change shape. The plate in his hand showed a row of letters and numbers.

“H... B all?” Leinn raised one eyebrow after examining the row of writings that appeared.
Leinn turned to Aura who was still staring at that crystal board in her hand.
“What is this good?”
Aura's eyes opened wide and she immediately stared back at the young man in front of her.
“Of course! Not even all Rank A Hunters have Class B evenly distributed throughout their Status!”
“So I... great?” I did not understand it completely after getting that short explanation.
Aura stepped closer to Leinn's face and with an amazed face looked at her face.
“Yes! Of course you know how difficult it is for one to break through the barrier to raise the Status Class! The difference in strength between D 999 and C 1 is very noticeable, especially between C 999 and B 1! You're amazing Leinn!” Aura looked at Leinn until both of her eyes seemed to glow.
“Hahaha..”.
Leinn felt surprised by all the impromptu praise and stepped back.
“Status is very simple! Strength is the level of strength that you can be released by your physical body alone, whether it is in lifting heavy objects or attacking. Agility is the same as it is, but is an accumulation of agility, maximum speed and your reaction speed”
The aura took one more long breath.
“Vitality is the level of defense of your physical body from outside attacks, and the speed of recovering your injuries. While Magic is the potential and the maximum amount of Mana in your body. That's the value shown in this Status Crystal..” The aura began to stabilize his breathing which became irregular after his long explanation.
Leinn started stroking his chin while thinking for a while, then put on a face of understanding.
“STR strength, AGI speed, VIT defense, and MAG are Mana quantities. I understand”
Leinn felt quite happy after getting this new information.

Aura became aware that she had spoken at length with this man she had just met and felt a little embarrassed to accept her gratitude.

Leinn began to twist the crystal plate in his hand, and realized something.

Leinn seemed to have paid no heed to it and started walking towards the forest.
“Hue! P-go where!?” Aura did not understand what to do and allowed herself to walk after the young man.
Leinn hung his sword on his left waist and pulled Aura with his right hand.
“Where else? Into that forest!” he looked at Aura with a smile without stopping his footsteps.

Aura flinched in shock when she heard the loud bell sound cutting her sentence. He did not expect Leinn to have known the start time of the test to be this precise.
“Hehe!” Leinn showed a satisfied expression after seeing the reaction of the girl in front of him.
“Eh...” he could not understand the behavior of the young man.
Leinn returned Aura's confused expression with her smile, then swung her left hand.

A slow wind suddenly blew and carried all the paper planes flying over the grass into the air, taking the attention of the few people who were running into the forest. He also started to increase his walking speed while pulling Aura's arm.
“T-wait, I t-can't move s-as fast as this” Aura looks to jump around after not being able to keep up with the speed that pulled it.
Leinn stopped his steps and looked around, then found some groups had already dashed into the forest and were lost from sight. He removed Aura's wrist and pulled out a paper plane, the last one he made.
“A-what are you doing..?” this behavior made Aura even more confused.
He took off the paper plane.
Aura saw the paper plane flying through the air, unaware of Leinn's movements in front of her.
“OK! Plan B!” he took one step closer to the girl in front of him.
“HUE!” The aura screamed as it felt itself lifted from the ground.
Leinn raised Aura with both hands, one hand supporting her legs and the other hand supporting her upper body.
“Eh..?” Aura looked at the face of the young man in front of her who was smiling at her.
The girl was aware of her current position, a scene that existed throughout the story of the Princess and the Knight...
“Don't till you bite your tongue!”
But this time, the atmosphere was a little different. Because the young man in this scene turned out to have a slightly higher ability and a more ignorant nature.

Leinn started running and the two of them glided over the meadow, passing through the several groups in front of them with great ease. Rather than romantic, this ‘Princess Carry’ looks more thrilling.
