Ch. 136 – LAHAR

Isla pulls the paper and holds back her pen, then looks at it with detail before giving it to someone behind her.

“With this, Rank F Party ‘LAHAR’ formed successfully. It consists of Leinn Springleaf, Roland Azure, Adeline Aimer, and Hinata Springleaf, with Aura Flameheart as its chairman. Again, happy”

Isla showed her professional smile, which was very different from the stiff smile on Aura's face at the moment.

“A-what mean-“

Ding!

A notification sound suddenly sounded from the pockets of the five of them simultaneously and of course, their registration notification with their Party information appeared on their respective Linkers.

Aura could also clearly see his name in the first row, in addition to the clear ‘LEADER’ script.

Isla turned her attention from the sculpting Aura to Leinn who only smiled with satisfaction after seeing the Aura's reaction.

“So Leinn, there is some information you might need to know about this Party..”.

All the others besides Hinata also stepped forward to listen to this information as well, seeing as they all only knew the general knowledge of the Party.

Parties, groups formed from at least 2 and at most 10 Hunters were something most common within the Hunter Guild, however, seeing Beasts were creatures that possessed physical strength and fighting abilities that were far above ordinary humans.

Of course to fight against a group of Beasts as well as one powerful Beast, moving in groups was the most basic and effective tactic. This was the main reason the Hunter Guild appealed to its members to create a Party.

It was also one of the conditions that allowed a Hunter to take on some missions that he could not run alone. One example of this is the Rank B+ Mission that Leinn did, that should only be done by a Rank B Party Elite or a Rank A Hunter with the approval of the Branch Guild Leader of that place.

Some Rank B Parties can also take Rank A-mission if the mission is in accordance with their specialization, which will be judged from the history of the types of missions most completed by the group.

“Oh yes! My party used to be the specialty of the Beast Cleaning Nest”

Isla's explanation came to a halt for a moment as Leinn suddenly cut in with the information, shocking Aura and Isla who had just first heard that. Because the Party that was able to obtain the Cleansing Beast Nest specialty was no more than five percent of the entire Party in the Hunter Guild.

“Ehem. Next is this Rank Party upgrade.”.

The next one was an explanation on how to increase the Rank Party, which turned out to be more or less the same as an ordinary Rank Hunter. The difference is that no matter how high the Rank of its members, the Party will still start at Rank F. This can be seen in their Party that has two Rank A Hunters, but still cannot jump straight to Rank A.

The next difference was the amount of Contributions, or Merits in the academy needed to rise in Rank. At least the amount above ten times that required for a Hunter could increase its Rank, this was because the missions they could take in the same Rank would result in even greater rewards as well.

Plus the speed of completing a group mission will be very different from when it is alone.

Then the latter was their right to follow the Large-Scale Mission.

“...but the current Large-Scale Mission looks to be nearing its end, so you may have to wait until the next one, which is unknown when it will be done again. The existence of Blaze Flameheart has ensured the mission this time will be successful in the near future”

Isla showed her smile to Aura who looked surprised when she heard the name of her First Brother who suddenly appeared.

“So that's all the basic information you need to know. If you want to know more, please just ask one of the receptionists here, or use the ‘Tutorial’ column in your Linker”

Isla lowered her head slightly then stood up with a smile, waiting for what the group in front of her would do.

Aura only stood in place for a while before realizing the three people around her were waiting for her. His eyes began to move and found Hinata who was standing in front of the Mission Board on the other side of the room.

“A-ayo we choose our first mission..!”

No answer came, only three people directly moved to the Mission Board. Leinn who ran, Adeline who caught up with him, and Roland who walked normally.

Aura also half-run towards that Mission Board, in search of their first mission...

...

That they're too strong.

Finally the decision by Aura was that they would not carry out missions with all the Party members at once, just to taste. The result was an unreasonable mission completion speed, seeing as the five of them could complete an ordinary Rank B Mission alone.

“Uwoh?! Stop..!”

A great tremor cracked Leinn's footstone and almost made her fall freely into the abyss in front of her. His gaze instantly moved to the long white haired girl who had just patted him on the shoulder all of a sudden, and discovered she was pointing to the other side of the abyss.

“Isn't that..?”

Leinn followed the direction pointed by Hinata and found a Rainbow Lily Flower among the Six-Colored Lily Flower bushes. This surprised him a little as they had not even covered a quarter of this entire valley.

“Huh, this is easier than I thought..”.

“I'll get it!”

The distance between where they stood and where the flower grew was no less than 50 meters, a distance that Leinn could travel with the help of Wind Mana. But if Hinata who only used her physical strength to jump tried to pass it...

“Hinata, no!”

Booms!

...

“So here?”

“Ya..”

Roland jumped down from his carriage together with Aura, who instantly showed a serious expression when he saw the situation of the village in front of him.

Some people were seen sitting limp in front of their homes, with some others trying to take care of them. Some who looked very severe had also been lying outside the village with red faces and bodies soaked in sweat.

“I will try to treat the villagers first, I will catch up with you later!”

“OK”

Crackles!

Aura started running towards the village while grasping her staff, with Roland already disappearing and leaving lightning sparks where he had stood before.

“Help arrives...! Bring all the sick out of the building!”

...

“Hoh...?”

“Kyuu”
