Ch. 120 – Weapons

“So, what are you two doing here?”

Leinn had already walked to the front of the two girls who were already standing as well while patting his shoulders with the wooden spear in his hand.

“...yes, don't you guys have Day Class?”

Roland also arrived and stood beside Leinn while staring at the two girls.

“Um..”

“Aah..”.

Aura and Adeline also just realized that they had no clear reason, other than wanting to see the two young men teaching fighting techniques.

A loud cry suddenly sounded, making Leinn and Roland look back.

There they could see Hinata, kneeling with a halved spear in her hand.

It seemed like the life of the spear had already been exhausted after being swung a few times by the girl.

The two young men had expected that to happen, a high-quality weapon of course could not necessarily withstand Hinata's strength, let alone such a wooden weapon.

Aura and Adeline just looked at the exchange and realized Leinn would continue her training.

Realizing an easy way to test their answers, Leinn stepped forward slowly.

Uther and Setanta immediately grabbed the wooden weapons located beside them and took the fighting horses, then only realized they had done so after. The savage smile from Leinn was currently making their survival instincts force them to prepare for a fight.

Then Uther swung his wooden sword with all his might towards Setanta's neck.

“Uoooh?!”

Setanta was startled for an instant, and the next instant instantly came to a realization and launched a straight stab in front of him.

Tang!

“Haha!”

Leinn's prick was knocked away by Uther's wooden sword that struck him from the side and Setanta's wooden spear eyes slid past his cheek, almost wounding him.

And with that, their exchange started with three other people just standing watching from the side, seeing it take place.

After the first bated attack, Leinn's attack turned even faster and was able to force the two young men back. Then after making the exchange for some time, Uther and Setanta finally started to get used to that speed...

Followed by Leinn who increased his speed once again.

Uther used all his strength to ward off the attack that came along with Setanta attacking on the sidelines to stop Leinn's movements for a moment, reducing his load as well.

But every time they became accustomed to his speed, Leinn would increase his speed again, making the two young men become extremely overwhelmed.

Roland turned his head and found Aura who called out to him with a confused expression while paying attention to the exchange of the three people.

At first Aura thought Leinn was doing that to give her a handicap, but she remembered that Leinn could do just that despite using a weapon as well.

Then Aura could not understand why Leinn was showing the fight with the spear, then fought with the two young men empty-handed.

He couldn't find a connection between those two things.

Aura turned to Roland for not understanding what she meant, then returned to the exchange.

The sound of the air being cut off could be heard, caused by Leinn's spear thrust almost hitting Setanta's neck.

“Huh?!”

Aura became very surprised upon seeing that and started rubbing her eyes, then looked once more.

Shout... shuut!

Two continued stabs came chasing after Setanta who stepped back, and cut off the steps of Uther who was intending to stop him.

But Aura could clearly see that it was Leinn's right hand.

“B-how...?”

“Using weapon techniques with bare hands is not a difficult thing for us”

Adeline who was standing beside Aura started to turn her head slowly after hearing that ordinary answer from Roland, it seemed like she had also first heard about it.

“But to answer your question..”.

Roland turned his attention from the exchange to Aura, who was looking at him in disbelief.

“The biggest possibility is, he's lazy”

Gaining all that information and possibility, a scenario appeared in Aura's head. And to be sure, Aura took the exchange seriously.

After seeing that and repeating what she saw in her exchange with Roland earlier, Aura found evidence that her deduction was indeed true.

Leinn was indeed doing the same movements he used when fighting Roland, and he used his right arm like a spear.
