Ch. 156 – Second Wave

“Completed!”

A pink haired girl checked the tool in her hand which showed a clear [SENT] on her screen. He also started rubbing his itchy eyes a few times, remembering that he had just woken up from sleep. The Mana Protector in front of him also protected himself and everything behind him from the wind generated by the movements of the giant Snake they rode.

“Zzz..”

A blue haired girl can be seen falling asleep beside the girl while surrounded by a thin transparent layer that holds her back from falling off the back of their snake mounts.

“Hah..”.

And behind the two of them were two young men who were sitting while shutting them down beside the girl who was also sitting while looking at the city wall that was getting away from them.

Different types of Beasts could be seen lying down or sitting around the five of them while looking at the rapidly moving scenery around them as well.

Aura looked back and found Leinn looking at her Linker screen, which looked like she was showing a message coming in.

Leinn's relaxed expression reading the contents of the message had not changed at all from beginning to end, but the atmosphere it produced had changed to sharper than before.
