Humanity Return
Ch. 11 – Fire White

Leinn inspected the surroundings and found several Giant Tarantulas moving towards him from various directions. He also saw the appearance of the supervisor who had risked his life protecting the two would-be disciples.

Sharp eyes and large thorny hair were light brown in color, a firm expression could be seen on his face. His entire body was also filled with wounds and his face was already moistened by his own blood.

In front of him lay what looked like a 30 cm tall clay doll with a green cloth as its clothes.

Behind this supervisor lay two unconscious youths and saw expressions of pain on their faces, at least they were still alive.

“I haven't saved you guys yet, we still have to run from here” he said in his usual tone.

Leinn turned his head towards the Giant Wolf that attacked Broodmother repeatedly, while the giant spider began to flee at the expense of its cubs.

Then he looked back at the face of the supervisor in front of him.

“Can you run?”

“M-sorry..” the supervisor realized that both of his legs had no energy to stand.

Seeing this supervisor shake his head, Leinn thought for a moment.

“Baw them both, I can survive here by myself until help comes” said the supervisor with a weak smile.

Leinn gave no response, just took off his big bag and pulled out 2 long straps from it and then shouldered it back.

”A-what are you doing?”

Leinn without answering began to tie the two young men into one, turning his back on each other. Then he grabbed the clay doll there and tied her up, making her like a necklace.

“H-hey!” he did not understand what the young man in front of him was doing, but did not have the strength to stop him.

Before this supervisor could say anything more, Leinn was already wearing this clay doll around his neck, carrying two young men tied together on his right shoulder then lifted up the supervisor and placed him on his left shoulder.

“Do not let your tongue get bitten” Leinn said briefly.

“A-What do you meanAAAA-“ the watchdog's screams when he saw the surrounding scenery start moving very fast.

Leinn began to run while carrying the three humans on his shoulders towards the previous direction.

His running speed was almost no different from when he ran alone before.

Several new Giant Tarantulas from around the forest tried to block his way, but he could leave them in an instant with his running speed.

They could only run after the young man for a moment before he left them with the dust his escape created.

In just a few minutes, they had already left the Giant Tarantula realm and stopped meeting the Spider Beast in its path.

The supervisor on his shoulder had also stopped screaming since a moment ago.

“Huh..?”

Suddenly Leinn turned his head in one direction and found a stranger running towards him, making him change his direction there.

It didn't take long for him to get in front of that person.

“Aura” says Leinn brief.

Hearing her name being mentioned, the girl stopped running and began to stabilize her irregular breathing.

Yes, that person is Aura. He was still not finished adjusting his breath after running as hard as he could to catch up with him.

It seemed like the girl had managed to cover a considerable distance from where it was before.

“L-leinn..” said Aura in a happy tone.

Leinn instantly came to a realization after seeing the smile on Aura's face, realizing the girl in front of him was very worried about him.

He realized his mistake had left Aura without explaining anything to her.

The aura that had calmed down after seeing Leinn was fine, was aware of the three bodies he was carrying.

“L-leinn, are they-AUCH!” aura's anxious speech was cut off by a snap of a finger to her forehead.

Leinn managed to do that with one swift and smooth move, not giving Aura any chance to dodge it.

“I told you to take cover, why are you endangering your own safety?” leinn said as he shook his head.

Although understanding the reason, this did not change the fact that Aura's actions were very rash.

If Aura was attacked by a Beast in such a state of exhaustion, it was highly likely that he would not come out in a state of fine.

“Aw..” Aura was already kneeling while holding her painful forehead.

It turned out that Leinn's little finger snap was quite painful for her.

With that pain, Aura also came to a realization of the possibility that could happen had Leinn not found her and herself entered into the territory of the Giant Tarantula under such circumstances.

So he could not give anything in return to the snap of the finger he received.

The lookout on her shoulder only came to a realization after Leinn stopped running, and the first sight she saw was the Princess of the Flameheart Clan kneeling in pain.

The voice reminded Leinn of the three humans on his shoulders. He began to lower them slowly, then gave the ground puppet around his neck to the supervisor.

“So Aura, want to see when you sit there” said Leinn while extending his right hand.

Not expecting his finger flick to deal such a huge amount of damage, Leinn felt a little guilty and started stroking Aura's head.

“Hua!” scream Aura.

...who reacted by jumping back after noticing Leinn's hand touching her.

“...” Leinn hand does not move from there, stroking the air.

Seeing Aura's reaction, Leinn simply fell silent while staring at her palm.

It seemed like that reaction was the greatest damage he received today.

Aura was aware of what she had done, but had no explanation whatsoever. So he started running to the side of the two young men who were bound together on the ground.

He grabbed the stick on his back and started chanting his magic.

[Box]

A huge white fireball started to float at the end of the stick and let out a warm air, then it started moving onto the bodies of the two youths in front of it.

Not expecting the girl in front of him to launch an attack on the two unconscious bodies, the supervisor tried to crawl over to stop him without success.

“A-what are you..” he said in disbelief when he saw the fireball hit and started burning the two young men.

He was intending to ask the young man beside him for help, but saw an unreasonable sight was taking place in front of him.

“Huh?” a strange sound came out of his mouth.

The two bound youths did not seem to react in the slightest even though their bodies were being engulfed by the huge white flames.

Even the clothes and ropes that tied them were completely unscathed.

The change that occurred was that some of the large wounds on their bodies began to slowly close.

“Wow..” Leinn let out an amazed voice beside the white flame.

His gaze did not escape from it and after ten seconds, the white flames began to dim.

The small wounds on their faces had already disappeared overall, but the larger wounds looked only slightly smaller.

“Hehe...” a strange laugh came out of Aura's mouth.

Aura looked very happy after seeing her magic successfully heal some of the wounds of the two young men, she was seen turning her head towards Leinn who was still paying attention to the remnants of her white flames.

He then turned to the supervisor lying on the ground not far from him with a big smile.

“It looks like I need greater strength, seeing your injuries are much more severe than those two” Cores at the end of his staff started to emit a bright red light.

This was the first time Aura healed someone with wounds as severe as the three of them, and she started making calculations in her head about the magic needed to heal them in full.

“I need a little serious” Aura said as she closed her eyes.

The supervisor showed a worried expression after seeing the strange smile on Aura's face and hearing the word ‘serius’.

Leinn could also see that strange smile and take a step back.

“A-what do you mean...?” said the supervisor with all his might, realizing he could not move his body.

Aura gave no answer and remained fully concentrated.

His tall staff was already clasped with both of his hands fully outstretched and Mana began to gather in the air, followed by a red magic circle that began to appear behind his small body., which was.,

Five red magic circles 60 centimeters wide.

Leinn had already taken three more steps back after seeing that.

“Um..”

The supervisor had already seen the white flames of Aura that had not injured the two youths before, but he could feel cold sweat start to come out when he saw those five magic circles.

The magic scale this time was very different from the previous fireballs.

[Blaze Blade]

Five gigantic swords formed from white flames appeared and illuminated the forest.
