Lover Forced The Ruler

Lover Forced The Ruler
Chapters 18. Deal Document

Palm Garden is a European-style two-story house, dominated by white with granite floors and glass in some of its bulkheads. There is a garden in the middle of the room that makes the atmosphere feel fresh. There were not many servants in sight but still Lisle felt awkward in the dining room. The butler who drove him there was arranging breakfast brought by a waiter. Kennard was staring at the screen of his phone at the end of the table.

Kennard left her in the room after the man had taken a bath and dressed. Lisle did not dare to move from where she was curled up at the end of the bed. It was only when Kennard came out that Lisle went to the bathroom to refresh herself. The choice of a simple dress on the walk in closet and after sitting confused on the sofa. He doesn't know what to do today. Kennard did mention breakfast but Lisle didn't know where to go. Fortunately then the half-old butler named Thomas came and told him to go to the dining room.

There was no meaningful conversation at that large dining table. Kennard just stared at her for a moment and told her to eat a lot to recover her health. Lisle did not reply, only looking down at her breakfast and bribing slowly. In his feelings, this morning he was physically very healthy. It's the messed up.

Just after breakfast, Thomas tells the arrival of Steve, the assistant, who is now waiting in the living room. Kennard just nodded.

“Follow me to the living room!” he said to Lisle while getting up and walking outside.

Lisle followed behind. Arriving in the large room with the low sofas, it looks like Steve is waiting. He just stood up. In his hand was a document. As soon as he saw his master, Steve saluted and extended the document. Kennard sat on one of the couches while Lisle took his place on the other. His feelings are getting uncomfortable. The document seemed to have a relationship with him.

Kennard flipped through the sheets and occasionally stopped reading. When he finished he put the document on the table.

“You read. If there's anything you want to add or subtract, say it now. I want a fair deal without coercion. You can also not agree to this deal,” Kennard said as he looked at the tiny girl who was like she was drowning on the big sofa she was sitting on.

Lisle's hand grabbed the document nervously.

“Read slowly.” Kennard. His back was pulled into the backrest as his eyes continued to watch over the girl.

Lisle read the contents of the sheet slowly. Head dizzy. He tried to focus on the documents in his hand.

It says she was ready to be Kennard's girlfriend and lived in the same house as him during his aunt Kennard's stay.

Lisle raised her face looking at the sturdy figure sitting on the sofa opposite her. Her lips were about to ask but then paled. How long should he be with this man? What if her aunt doesn't get well? Should she expect her aunt's death as an end to her suffering?

Can't relate to another man. Act like a good and obedient lover. Always reporting his whereabouts....

“So you mind?” ask Kennard. He read the frown on the girl's forehead and guessed that there might be something bothering his mind.

Lisle actually objected to the entire contents of the document, but it would be ridiculous if she said so. Finally he just nodded weakly.

“Someone you want to add?” ask Kennard again.

“I want to go to college and work as usual. I don't want to be with you in public places either. I mean, I don't want our relationship known to the crowd.”

“Why? Are you ashamed to be seen with me? Am I so embarrassing for you to admit as your lover?” Kennard suddenly felt angry hearing Lisle's terms. At first he was interested in playing with this girl, wanted to have her and make her a lover for a while. But then he started to like it a little bit and did not rule out the possibility that they could be together longer than expected.

But this girl doesn't want their relationship to be publicly known? Doesn't she want to be with Kennard? There are many girls out there dreaming of her position.

“Bu. I'm just not used to being with you. I have never had a relationship with a man. I've never had a lover..” Lisle. His face flushed when he said that. “Moreover it might look weird if we were together. I. A girl like me feels like being able to meet master alone is impossible. Our world is different. Please... don't burden me.”

Kennard's anger subsided hearing Lisle's reasoning. Let alone seeing the red hue on those delicate cheeks. There was sadness that was then felt in his last sentences.

“Good. Add that to the deal document!” kennard's orders to his assistant.

“Can I sleep in another room?” ask Lisle timidly.

Lisle had thought Kennard would turn down the last thing he asked for, but still he was disappointed by the rejection. Perhaps he would never feel those quiet nights again after today.

“One more. From now on, stop calling me mister!”

“But...” Lisle was about to refute but Kennard gestured with his hand for the girl to stop arguing with him.

“I'm going to the office now. You rest at home fine. If you need anything, you can ask Thomas. I'll try to get home quickly before dinner.”

Kennard went with Steve behind him. Lisle lives in her beautiful glass cage. He went back to the room and checked his phone which had been full of batteries. Once turned on, a few missed calls immediately filled the small screen. Thirty calls from Celine and five calls from Daisy. There are also messages from both.

Why can't you be contacted. What the hell's going on?

Is the battery dead? Lisle, call me as soon as you've charged the battery!

Why can't you still be contacted?

How aunt. What did the doctor say?

When did you come home?

This is only the second day. Celine's already chained it up. What if he doesn't come back forever? Wasn't he close to becoming Aaron's mistress and having to settle in Glassville for an indefinable time?

Where are you staying? Don't forget to eat. Don't let you take care of the sick but you yourself end up getting sick!

Celine is a very caring friend. Dear Lisle can't tell you much about some of her problems.

It doesn't feel good to be alone in an apartment. Lisle, get home!

There is a corner of the eye that is flooded. As Lisle blinked, the clear fell.

Celine. From now on you'll be alone in the apartment. I don't know when I'll be back with you....

He will think about the reason later. It's impossible to say that he lived with a man because of an agreement.

Then there's a short message from Daisy.

You cheated, Lisle. You made this cafe crowded and left me alone. I should what?

And a message came this morning.

I had to hire a student like you to help. He'll only work as long as you're gone. So don't be long. Otherwise I might just appoint him as a permanent employee.

On Celine, Lisle retaliated. My aunt's coming home in a few days.

Replies to Daisy. Sorry for making you nervous. I'll be back as soon as my aunt gets well.
