A week earlier in Glassville.
Aaron looked furiously at Mike and Harry, two of his men who arrived in Glassville this morning. The two came to his office with battered faces. Harry's hand even seemed to be broken because just grimacing earlier made his swollen face become even more miserable.
Aaron's assigned duties have been thwarted by unknown people. They are forced to go home empty-handed and a warning not to disturb the girl Aaron wants.
“Who are they? Did they not mention someone's name?” Aaron's snapping made Mike and Harry shrink down where he stood.
“They did not mention who had given the warning. But he said that if you dare to touch the girl, their master will not give mercy Mike explained in a sometimes indistinct voice as he had to endure the pain from his broken lips.
“How dare they threaten me. They think I'm a person to be easily scared of. Bay, do you have a plan? Looks like I'll have to admit your premonition first by not sending these two trash cockroaches to Black Mountain.” Aaron said to Bay who had just listened from the corner of the room. His tall body was leaning against the wall with his arms crossed.
“Black Mountain is a large and complicated city, sir. There are a lot of people who have a big influence there. Five families there even share the territory. Their assets are difficult to quantify with some of the larger companies they have on a hereditary basis. The people who gave the warning did not mention names. So I guess it's hard to guess which side they're on. It could have been that person only had a small amount of power in Black Mountain, but somehow making a fuss there would not benefit us.” Bay rarely speaks long. But this time he had to explain a fact that his master had to know.
He did not tell her anything else more frightening and would be a compelling reason for her to prevent her master from making a new mess there, a person called Mr. Kent. Above all the families, Mr. Kent took his distance and seemed indifferent to the rivalry of the five great families. But Kent can't be touched by anyone. He controlled everything in a way that no one could see. He is the real ruler.
Merely, Bay looked down on Lisle too much and ignored the possibility of a Kent protecting her. He therefore proposes an idea that would prove fatal to Aaron.
“Create the girl who came to Glassville,” Bay advice.
Then a plan was made.

Bay stood guard at the door of the room his master entered. His large tall stature almost filled the door. The long hallway looked lonely. The doors of the rooms are tightly closed. Air from the air conditioner bulges occasionally. Bay had heard a commotion inside for a moment when two tall men in black suits appeared at the end of the hallway. They were rushing towards Bay.
Aaron's man looked suspiciously at the two. He was used to being vigilant in any calm situation. Although it is unlikely that the people of Black Mountain will chase up to Glassville but Bay does not ignore that possibility.
But Kennard already gave death orders to his men.
One of the men in a suit brandished a weapon. Without the sound of the shot it was pointed decisively at the most fatal point of Bay's body. The man only had time to hold the gun on his waist without having time to use it before it fell to the floor. A bullet lodged in his forehead indicates that the shooter was a professional.
They stepped over Bay's corpse and tried to push the door. Locked up. A shot smashed the lock and one of them kicked the carved door leaf.
Without the sound of another shot at Aaron's feet made the man who looked to be squeezing Lisle on the wall scream in horror.
Kennard wants something more painful than death for Aaron.
Lisle slumped to the floor after struggling with all her might against Aaron's wishes. Energy drained. He fainted instantly so detached from the old man's grip. Fear, panic, anger, sadness and other bad feelings made him unable to maintain consciousness.
“Nona!!” The two men who came hunting passed Aaron who groaned on the floor. His feet drained blood and created a puddle.
Nick rushed out first. His partner lifted Lisle's drooping body, stepping back past Aaron and Bay's corpse at the door. They don't care about the remnants of the chaos. Someone will come to take care of it.

Lisle had received treatment from the hospital but was still recovering when Kennard arrived. He came by private plane as soon as the news reached him. Several bodyguards stood guard in front of the hospital's VVIP room. They saluted as soon as Kennard passed them. Regardless of the respect, Kennard stepped hurriedly into the treatment room as soon as Steve opened the door.
On a bed with white sheets, the girl lay pale with an infusion needle in hand. His black hair was spread on the pillow. He wore a white patient shirt adding a fragile impression to him.
Kennard stared at Lisle for a moment before dropping down on a chair placed near the bed. He found his anger growing again.
The palm of Lisle's hand drooped on the side of the body. Chilly. Kennard gnashed his teeth imagining this girl's fear. Whereas with her gentle treatment alone Lisle was already frightened, how did she deal with the rudeness of an Aaron? Kennard kept cursing in his heart.
For a long time he was still there with his eyes not separated from Lisle, until a faint movement was seen from those smooth fingers. The girl's eyelids also moved slightly.
“Doctor!” Kennard called out loudly.
A doctor on guard and a nurse rushed over. At that moment Lisle opened her eyes and the first person she saw was Kennard who instead made her scream in fear.
“No! Please don't bother me...” He got up from lying down and moved dodging to the opposite side. The first thing he remembered was Aaron trying to force his will. While Kennard is a person who previously always raises fear for him, automatically he panics so awake.
At first he screamed hysterically but because he was still weak he finally cried sobbing while immersing his face in both knees. The doctor tried to calm him down, gave him an injection and told him to get back to rest.
Kennard fell silent not knowing what to do. She wanted to hug soothingly but worrying would instead add to Lisle's fear. So let the girl cry for a while.
“You must be thirsty. Want to drink?” Kennard offered the girl a glass of freshly poured cold water. “Take it!”
Lisle raised her face. His eyes are swollen and reddish. His throat was painful. Apart from being thirsty, he had also screamed and shouted a lot. Although with doubt he also grabbed the glass. His mind is a little clearer. He was beginning to remember what happened. Call Kennard, Aaron who was about to harass him and the people who came suddenly at a time when Lisle could barely defend himself anymore.
Still holding the glass, Lisle lowered her head. His voice was soft when he spoke. “What Master has saved me..... again?”
