Stunned dimas. He was shocked to hear his daughter's words. How could his daughter have to bond with that cold, stiff and arrogant man. The man who made her cry repeatedly.
His poor daughter.
Dimas still doubted his daughter's remarks about the presence of love between them. Do they really love each other without being forced, not because of the bond magic?
Dimas turned his head, as he felt a tug on his shoulder. Raisa, his wife smiled, then gestured to look back at her daughter. After that he was distracted, busy with his own thoughts.
Dimas saw his daughter already standing next to Khan. The princess looked at Khan gently. So too with the expression of that bastard. His eyes seemed crazy for his daughter. Khan clasped his daughter's waist tightly, as if afraid that her daughter would leave.
"They love each other. You don't have to doubt it anymore. I've seen their interactions in our house. Unfortunately all this time your eyes were too blind to see it, Mas" whispered Raisa in Dimas' ear.
Hearing his wife's words, Dimas suddenly felt weak. Means all this time he's been assuming the wrong thing, and being selfish. His daughter was very fond of that man.
Dimas. "Of course no father wants to see his daughter tormented. So, if that's your choice, I can only support."
A happy smile immediately rose on Shanum's face. "Thank you, Dad. You're the greatest dad." The girl hugged Khan tightly and was reciprocated by the man.
"Kok the man was being hugged, not Dad," Dimas protested to Shanum. Dimas' face looked sad. Then he stretched his hand forward. Gave a gesture of wanting to hug Shanum.
Shanum immediately laughed gigglingly, he let go of his embrace from Khan and approached his father. The girl entered into the man's arms, he hugged his father tightly.
Shanum feels very lucky to have such a loving and understanding parent. His father, though very chatty and resolute, was so attentive to him. And her mother, was a gentle and patient woman. The two collaborated to educate him to become what he is today.
Dimas stretched his arms. "You should hug your mother too. He opened my eyes just now. Looks like your mom's really happy to have a powerful and rich daughter-in-law."
Raisa rolled her eyes at the words of her husband. "Of course I'm happy. My son-in-law is a king, handsome, and mysterious. Her cold face did not reflect her warm heart. The matter of treasure follows, where there is a destitute king," as always Shanum's mother.
"Good, just praise in front of the guy. Could get bigger head later on." Dimas replied in an annoyed tone.
Shanum turned to Khan and saw the man smiling faintly.
Fortunately the one who praised you was my mother, Adri. If it was another woman, I would have hit her.
Shanum grinned as he spoke through their bonds.
I appreciate your mother's praise. But no need to be heartened anymore, I am well aware of all my advantages. And those are facts not nonsense.
Shanum shook his head while rolling his eyeballs. The man's self-confidence was always as big as a mountain. And Shanum considered it natural, Khan a ruler, without that trait, he would probably be trampled underfoot by others.
"Already Dad. Even though I praised Khan as high as the sky, still the one who controlled my heart was a Father," Shanum continued, smiling amusedly.
"Well, that doesn't have to be said anymore. The law is mandatory, otherwise, where might you attend, Princess." Father replied while glancing at mother.
"Rubber, Son. You are the fruit of our love, both of us" said Raisa timidly.
"You're conscious, Sha?" Suddenly someone greeted him. Shanum continued to look towards the origin of the sound, and found his friends and Taban standing by the door. The one who asked was Diva. The girl smiled happily at Shanum.
Shanum immediately stepped closer to his companions and hugged them one by one. "Oh thank goodness you're still here" he said with a smile.
"Where are we going, Sha. Our departure will be cancelled, because you're hurt" said Diva.
"Yes, but who knows, you've decided to go home without me." Shanum sniffed his shoulder.
Farah approached Shanum. "Hem, what's the news, Mrs Khan? How does it feel 'skin to skin' with Ice Beams? Does it feel warm?" chirped Farah while whispering in Shanum's ear.
Shanum's face was red. "I won't answer it. Because it's... Of course I don't know. I didn't realize" Shanum replied as he was.
"Well, what a pity. It's really unfortunate! That event should be retold more spectacularly" Farah murmured with a grin.
"Then you ask directly with Khan Adrian himself. No, the guy was there." Shanum pointed at Khan with his head.
"Well, what am I asking her for? I need that information from your side, Sha. Ask the refrigerator to walk free. I'm sure his reaction must be just his usual flat gaze and feet" Farah chanted with a snort.
"Hey already! I haven't got a turn yet" Taban protested. Then the man pulled Shanum's hand, he looked at Shanum with a smile. "I'm also glad you survived death, Shanum." Taban patted the back of Shanum's hand with his palm. The one next to him was holding in the lower position of Shanum's fingers.
Taban did not realize, on the other side of the room there was a man who was gnashing his jaw firmly. The man was none other than Khan Adrian, he stared at Taban with a furious expression.
"Yes, Taban. Thank ye. And I'm grateful that you're willing to accompany my two best friends" Shanum replied smilingly to the man.
"Sure, Shanum. I'm very prepared. Although these two girls are sometimes a little troublesome as well anyway. They're asking too many weird things that make me confused."
"Hey, what a confiding session anyway. Keep not holding on to the delay. That herder dog Shanum has wanted to pounce on you since," Farah said with a snort. "What is confiding? And there's a dog here?" Taban looks confused. Diva Kontan laughed gigglingly, while Shanum smiled amusedly. He turned his head towards Khan and blinked his eyes.
"Of course, you guys are! There's-there's just the hell. Taban must be the victim of your bullying."
"Ih, no really. We just like to bother him, he's easily fooled" replied Farah innocently. Diva laughs at Farah's silly words.
"God..." Shanum can be seen shaking his head, feeling amazed at the behavior of his two best friends.
And Taban looked even more confused, because Farah answered Shanum's last question using the language of their own country.
"Hem, sorry, didn't mean to cut. But we'd better move the conversation in the living room. This place is too narrow and not suitable for exchanging stories" said Eej with a smile. The woman seemed to be trying to be a good host.
And all those in the ward nodded their heads in agreement. Then one by one they started to leave the room. Khan and Shanum were there.
"We better move rooms. This room is a nursery, so we can't stay here. In addition to the many stifling medical supplies, this place was also less spacious. You can move to my room. You want to, right?" Khan looked at Shanum with a pleading expression, hoping that the girl would approve of his wish.
Shanum. "Hmm, it seems like I want to sleep in my room that time, Adri. I still want us to repeat the vows, as well as do the reception. And until then it's best that I don't sleep in your room" Shanum subtly declined.
It did not rule out the possibility that if he misacted, and caused a wrong perception from the man, Shanum could be taken away by him. And Khan certainly would never want to lose his heart.
"Okay, you moved into your room that day." Khan began to clean up Shanum's belongings in the ward. Once tidy, Khan put it on the chair.
Then he approached Shanum who was checking his phone. "Wait here. I also have to take my things from the next room" Khan said.
"The room next door?" shanum asked with a confused face. The girl was astonished, if the man slept here, why would his belongings be in the next room?
"Yes, as long as you're sick I sleep in that room. From morning till bedtime I'm here, to take care of you."
"How long have I been lying here?" Shanum asked while looking at him fully in search.
"Nearly three weeks," replied Khan.
"It's a long time, too." The girl did not expect, she had been unconscious for so long. It felt like he had only been dreaming about meeting his ancestral grandfather for a moment. One day in a dream turns out to be almost three weeks in the real world. What a huge time difference.
"Yes, every second that happened back then, really tormented me. I have to watch you convuls, and bleed out your mouth, nose and ears." Khan replied back grimly.
Shanum then approached Khan. He hugged the man tightly. His head was attached to Khan's chest. "Thank you, Adri. You've been taking care of me and taking care of me."
Khan returned the girl's embrace was no less tight. "It's appropriate, dear. You're half my soul, there's no way I'm leaving you."
Shanum sighed happily. "Ah, that sweet sentence that I missed, I can finally hear it again."
Khan stretched his arms. "Didn't I say sweet words to you before? The time you forgot about it." Khan looks to bend his lips. The man looks disappointed.
Shanum rubbed the man's cheek with his fingers. "Yes, I remember. Someone admitted to falling in love with me and couldn't live without me."
"Well, that's remember. Now tell me," urged Khan.
"Say what?" shanum asked, pretending not to understand.
"Rephending from that word. Come on..."
"Hmmm..." Shanum tapped the tip of his index finger on his chin.
"She... I waited. If I don't retaliate, I'll punish" Khan whispered.
"Oh yeah? What punishment?" shanum asked with a sweet smile rising from his lips.
"His punishment is a kiss."
"Ah, I'm not afraid. Please just kiss." Shanum turned his lips, teasing Khan.
Khan swallowed his saliva. This naughty girl, how dare she tease me. "OK, I'll kiss you, but not just lips" Khan whispered. He was satisfied to be able to reply to the girl by looking at Shanum's perfectly rounded eyes.
Shanum. Then he pulled his head back quickly and glared towards the man. "can't. Just yummy! Not legal!" loud shouting.
"Huh. Not legit?! Keep my oath three days ago what was it, Shasha?" khan's protest with a confused expression mixed in shock. Although presumptuous, because his vow was looked at with one eye by Shanum, Khan was unable to get angry at the girl.
"Yes, I don't think it's legal. Because I didn't listen to your vows" Shanum replied with a pouty lip.
"Okay, I get it. So you want to hear my vows again. Can it now?" Khan's expression looked serious.
"Ishh, yes no! Time here anyway, Adri. Not very elite. Should be in place and wear appropriate clothes dong. I also want to be attended by our entire family, as well as some important acquaintances. That's if you don't mind. But if it is too troublesome, yes, the nuclear family alone can also." Shanum explained at length to Khan.
And Khan finally understood. The man raised next to his eyebrows. "Well, that's what you meant when we were arguing in the elevator. Why not just say it, honey? So I don't have to have bad assumptions on my mind" Khan said, sighing in relief.
"That's just you being insensitive, Adri. You don't know if every girl's dream in her marriage is like that. Even mine is too simple in my opinion, when compared to the other girls."
"OK. okay I understand. So Madam, what kind of wedding do you want? This loyal servant of yours will of course grant him immediately, whatever you wish." Khan pinched Shanum's nose in a fit of anxiety.
"Ihh, Adri, sick tofu! Don't pinch!" Shanum pursed his lips again.
"If this is the case, may it?" The man then kissed Shanum's nose gently.
Shanum's cheeks instantly turned as red as a tomato, upon feeling that simple yet affectionate kiss.
Shanum. The girl looks wrong. "You're not going to the next room, Adri?" shanum asked in a hoarse voice.
"Oh yes, I forgot. You're great, Shasha. You can make me bewitch, forget everything." Khan grinned as he looked at Shanum.
Shanum rolled his eyeballs. "Huh, horseshit! Already, sana! Get your stuff done immediately! It will be longer and longer we will be here. I want to rest. My body still hasn't recovered properly, Adri." Shanum pushed Khan's body out of the room immediately. And the man obeyed him while laughing amusedly.
Ah... heard the cheerful laughter of Khan Adrian, Shanum's heart seemed to want to be dislodged. His body instantly felt a strange sigh that could possibly be interpreted as passion. The man's laughter is sexy. His heavy voice mingled with a hoarse tone that appeared within the tone of the laughter itself. And Khan Adrian rarely laughed. Shanum was sure that the man would laugh a lot, that all the women in the world would bend their knees under his feet.
After the items were all sorted out into the bag, they headed for Shanum's room. Once there, the girl went straight to the bed. "Adri, I'm sleepy. My stuff was put on the dresser. I'll fix it myself."
"Okay" replied Khan. The man then went up to the bed.
"What do you want, Adri? Why sleep in my bed?" Shanum looked confused.
"Sttt, I just want to hug you and accompany you to sleep. I will return to my room" Khan replied, tightening his body and hugging the girl. "Now sleep." Khan kissed the girl's cheek.
"I love you too, Adri," Shanum said, looking for a comfortable position in Khan's arms. Khan smile. Finally the words he was waiting for appeared as well. Khan closed his eyes with Shanum. Both of them fell asleep while hugging.
They did not realize that there was a shadow of a human body watching from the corner of the room. The shadow sounded growling softly, he looked extremely annoyed. I don't know what made him react that way. Only that man knows the answer.
