The Woman Ruler of the Altan Clan

The Woman Ruler of the Altan Clan
Chapter 31 Falling in Love with You

Sunlight pierced through the window grille this morning. Shows a silhouette of light scattered on the floor. With his eyes still sleepy, Shanum stared at the puzzled little clock on the table beside the bed. How could he fall asleep until ten? It seems like the events of yesterday's battle drained his power. Not to mention the atmosphere of the room that was different from his usual room.

His head was hit by a sledgehammer. God fucking. Is this how it feels for people to over-exert magic energy? The dizziness is so annoying. He got up and sat down slowly, gritted his teeth to suppress nausea, then walked to the bathroom.

He went to take a bath and cleared his messed up thoughts. If it's this bad, Shanum is willing to try Sergei's smelly energy drink. He will close his nose when he wants to swallow the liquid. The important thing is that he soon recovered from this terrible headache.

Half an hour later, he came out of the bathroom, his hair damp and curling. He immediately got dressed and planned to leave the room. The moment he arrived at the living room, the memories of the events after they returned in the mansion appeared. A low groan was thrown from his lips. How stupid of him. He should have just accepted Khan's offer to go to the ward. At least he can get a thorough checkup from the doctor.

But Shanum insisted on going straight to his new room. His old room was still in a mess because it was on fire. What he wanted first was to immediately take a shower with a warm shower. Actually he wanted to soak, but his eyes could not be compromised. Shanum was afraid that he would fall asleep while soaking and drown in the bathtup.

There's no sign of Khan and the others in this room. The man must have gone to his study. All the blinds that were closed last night, are now open, the windows are not covered. It still smells faintly of burning smell.

Maybe so much better. He never felt so comfortable greeting people when he was hit by a headache. Shanum rubbed his face, frowning in the pain of his head. He was sitting on a bench in the middle room. His stomach was rumbling to be filled.

He had to go to the kitchen. The dining room is empty. Shanum shifted the glass door so it opened. He saw the waiters preparing food for their lunch menu.

"Em, can I get a cup of bitter coffee and meat sandwich. The servants who were working stopped their activities. One of them smiled at Shanum. "You want another, Miss?"

"Ah, I want a boiled egg too. May I have a coffee now. I'll wait for him" Shanum said. A cup of bitter coffee may be a little to relieve the feeling of weakness. Shanum needs caffeine to start his day. "And for others please provide in the dining room," he added. The waiter nodded his head.

After finishing enjoying his very late breakfast, Shanum brought his coffee cup and pulled the sliding door open. He stepped onto the terrace behind the dining room. On this terrace there are also several sets of tables following an umbrella that houses it.

Shanum stood staring at the sky, its surface looking bright cloudless. The air around it smells good, because there are many beautiful flower patches of various colors. The breeze seemed to be teasing the tall and thin palm trees.

Shanum liked this kind of quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I hope the three days of chaos did not happen again. "Wake up, Shasha." Shanum jumped up and spilled some of the coffee onto the floor. Clad in jeans and a gray T-shirt, Khan stood in front of the sliding door.

"Sorry I surprised you." The curves of his handsome, calm face looked regretful. His red and wet mouth smiled knotingly. True Diva said, Khan really looks like a handsome Korean actor.

Shanum noticed the man's appearance. His dark hair was a little messy. A pinch fell on his forehead, making Shanum's hand itch wanting to tidy it up. This morning Khan was glowing, as always. Shanum never saw him turn ugly. And Shanum was never immune to the man's charms.

"Good morning, Shasha. Looks like you slept well last night." Awfully, Shanum observed his coffee cup, as if it contained all the answers in the world. "I woke up late this morning, skipping breakfast. I thought you were gone..." "I was in the sitting room with Eej. He came last night when you got into your room."

"How did he react to the chaos?" Khan's thin smile raised his worries. "I told Eej. At first he seemed annoyed that I didn't tell him. But I can put it down. Now he can already accept," the man replied calmly.

Shanum smiled with understanding. Warmth seeped in as he gulped down Khan with his eyes. The girl beckoned with her cup.

"You want coffee? I can get it. "I've had coffee. Thank you." Thank you." Shanum nodded his head. "I'm looking for you to say goodbye" he said again. "So you're going." An odd pain filled Shanum. "Yet. I have to see you first." Khan looked at Shanum deeply.

I regret not being able to tell you what information Eej told me.

Shanum observed Khan, puzzled. There was a voice in his head. He felt something faintly infiltrate, but it felt real. The symptoms after the magic battle yesterday seemed to affect his head.

The voice made his overactive imagination come to the fore. He observed Khan's muscular body, how the faded jeans hugged his hard thigh, the shadow of a beard in his slender jaw. The thought flashed through his mind.

I'm afraid if you find out, you'll leave me.

Now Khan's view turned agitated. It was as if the voice that had appeared in his head was his words. Something's not right. Shanum looked back at Khan, his forehead wrinkled.

"Are you talking to me?" tanyakanya. Khan shook his head. "Ah, I think I was wrong. I woke up this morning with my head like a hammer."

Khan moved behind him and gently placed a hand on Shanum's throbbing temple. "Is it still sick?" tanyakanya. "Little."

Khan started to squeak steadily. Shanum stiffened as Khan drew closer behind him. The girl was puzzled as to why this morning she was so sensitive to being near Khan. He was often hugged by the man.

"Calm down" muttered Khan. "I'll take good care of you." Tension disappeared. Shanum leaned back, enjoying the soothing touch of Khan. This man is about to leave, the corner of his little heart reminded. And Shanum suddenly felt annoyed because of that.

Shanum jerks away from Khan. "If you intend to leave this place, Adri, you'd better leave immediately. I appreciate you looking for me to tell you about your departure, but it's not necessary. I understand and I won't make you delay the trip."

Khan's eyebrows shot up, and his eyes squinted. "What's wrong with you this morning, Shasha? Why are you suddenly acting..." Khan did not continue his words. "What's? That sucks you mean!" shanum sewot. "If you don't like my behavior this morning, why are you still here?"

Khan put one of his hands into his dark and thick straight hair. His eyes looked at Shanum's eyes while he sucked his palm into the pocket of his jeans. "Are we going to argue?" His face looks cold and stiff. Seeing him, Shanum grew even more annoyed.

"Are you going to be tough?" Shanum placed the coffee cup on a nearby table and felt the sensation of being pulled towards Khan by his strong determination. From the beginning it was like that. If he wanted to, Khan could make him feel his demands.

And it was very difficult to ignore the part of him that begged to give him whatever he wanted. "You'll take care of your business and I'll find my two best friends. But we're not going to talk about anything else right now."

"I'll be back in five days, Shasha." Oh... Shanum felt a sharp prick in his stomach hearing that they were going to part for that long.

Most lovers do not spend every spare time together, but they are different. Shanum has limited time to be with him. He will not stay in this country forever. But the girl was also doubtful, were they really lovers?

Shanum grunts. "You're overconfident, Mr. Arogan. Only you will be like that, and I won't" Shanum protested. "You sure won't miss me, Shasha," whispered the man in a disappointed tone of voice. Okay, Shanum admits that the man was right. He will definitely miss him, but not then he becomes chaotic because of it.

"You have to tell me, what's troubling you?" Khan pulled the chair and threw his sexy ass in there. The man looked at Shanum with a look of 'must answer' as he often does. Shanum stubbornly persisted not wanting to discuss it. He began to knock his feet on the floor.

"So you won't tell me, Shasha?" Khan straightened up, put away his grim and sensual demeanor, then quickly looked at Shanum sharply. The girl knew Khan would not give up on it. He would never allow any danger to approach him. Shanum is someone very valuable to him.

Khan glanced at his watch. "Time to go, Shasha." He beckoned Shanum to walk ahead of him across the dining room. As they were in the living room, Khan stopped stepping. His eyes narrowed to face Shanum. "Are you planning to run away from me again, Shasha?"

"What's? No. gabe. I don't think so." Shanum turned around and looked at the man annoyed. "I don't think so. Your behavior is suspicious. I'm sure there's something." Khan repeated Shanum's words and added his sentence. Shanum seemed to be exhaling.

"Listen, you have to get rid of that stolen mind of yours, Adri. I'm not hiding anything. I just woke up with a great headache that made me want to curse everyone," Shanum said as he gritted his teeth.

"Is it true that's all? There's nothing else?" search Khan. "No," Shanum replied briefly. "You better save that curiosity, Adri. We both know that taste is unhealthy. I won't run away, maybe I'll just go with my two best friends. Can't I do that?"

Khan's face looked cold, his lips thinning into one flat line. Shanum tried to explain. "Alright, I'll try to compromise-"

"I never compromise" Khan said stiffly. Shanum's eyebrows raised. "In business, I'm sure you never compromise. But this is a relationship, Adri. Relationships need adjustment-"

Khan's growl interrupted Shanum's words. "You should pick up your phone if I call you and if you're out of the mansion, you should take Taban or the security team with you."

His words that looked like his father made Shanum shocked to the point of being speechless for a while. It was long enough for his eyebrows to lift above those golden eyes, as if declaring 'accept the deal or forget it'.

"Don't you think that's too extreme?" his insistence. "Diva and Farah will come with me. And the driver who will take us. Taban still needs his rest, so does your security team."

"No, I can't entrust your safety to a driver after the incident with Chinua." While he nodded his head at one of his bodyguards who came to him, his posture stated very clearly that their conversation was over. He made acceptable choices.

Shanum might have been annoyed by the arbitrary attitude if he did not understand that protecting him from danger was his motivation. He knew Shanum was still looking for the purpose of the nightmare he had been experiencing so far, which was not certain to threaten his safety or not.

In addition, controlling everything around him was part of Khan's self. It was already included in him and Shanum had to adjust to it. "OK," Shanum agreed. "Which places can I go or not go?" "I have some recommendations. You can choose." He turned his face away as his bodyguards whispered something in his ear. "Taban will show you the list. If you've made up your mind, tell him and he'll take care of it."

Shanum leaned against one of the walls, looked at the man and saw his hands clenched in the thighs. From the shadow reflected on the dark window glass, Khan's face looked flat, but Shanum could feel his gloomy mood.

"Thank you" muttered Shanum. "Don't. I'm not happy with this, Shasha." The muscles in his jaw twitched. "I have to clean up the mess that's going on somewhere else and I have to spend my time without you."

Shanum's face softened, he finally understood the chaos in the man's heart. The girl approached Khan. He wrapped his arm around the man's neck. Then he brought his face closer, and Shanum kissed the man's cheek. The man snarled, he pulled Shanum to get close to his body. "I appreciate your worry and not wanting to lose you, Adri. It means a lot to me."

Khan looked at him with his sharp golden eyes. "I know you're gonna drive me crazy the minute I see you." Shanum smiled, recalling their first meeting at the airport. "Collision near the airport toilet?"

"Thereafter. Outside of." Shanum frowned and asked, "Outside, where?" "Outside the airport" Khan replied. The man gripped Shanum's hips, squeezing in a possessive and controlling manner that made Shanum's heart feel out of place.

"My car was walking slowly waiting for the group that was crossing. I barely saw you, but the delay led me towards you. I was blown away when I saw your annoyed face standing in front of the arrival lounge, along with your two best friends. Your mouth is pursed and your eyes glow with anger. It's so sexy in my eyes."

"Oh yes, when I was very ugly, my face was tired mixed with annoyance. We waited long enough there until our pick-up came." Shanum smiled. "I still can't take my eyes off. You pulled me so hard. Almost too much."

"If that's why you're not trying to get your driver to stop the car and offer us a ride to the hotel" Shanum teased. Khan rolled his eyeballs. "Oh right, and you're gonna yell calling me kidnapper to the people there."

"Em.Maybe the only one who does that is Farah. I'll slam you straight to the floor, while Diva is silent while fascinated by you," Shanum said with an amused chuckle. "Right, you're so sexy. I'm so happy to receive your dings. Especially if you can fall with me" Khan replied.

"And again because I have fallen deeply to you" he added slowly. Khan's eyes locked onto Shanum's eyes. For a moment Shanum forgot to breathe. His hand on Khan's neck tightened. Desire, sharp and deep, flooded him. Shanum saw the same thing in the man's eyes.

Oh no, their relationship is starting to creep into something dangerous. And Shanum did not want to cross the boundaries that his parents had taught him since childhood. The girl let go of her embrace on the man's neck. He turned his gaze, walked towards the chair and sat himself there.

"I'm sorry, if you feel uncomfortable. But I've always been attracted towards you. I know you feel it too. You saw me, Shasha. Looking at myself. what I have inside me. You look inside me." Khan stared at Shanum sharply, his gaze as if to tear down the common sense of the girl.

And the man's words made Shanum fall down. He looked into Khan's eyes and realized how restrained he was, that this man could very well have ruined him. Deep inside her, she knew Khan would control her. It was a relief to know that he felt the same chaos because of him. "No one has ever made me like this, not even Coloring."

Shanum's throat was blocked painfully. Khan is a hard and cold man in many ways, but he can be so sweet to her. "I didn't realize it. You're so. It seems I have absolutely no influence on you."

"Cold?" Khan grunting. "I'm burning because of you. I've been fucked up ever since." "Jeez. thank you," said Shanum. "You made me need you," Khan said hoarsely. "Now I can't bear to think of five days without you." The man groaned loudly. "But I have to go. I'll try to come back as soon as possible, hopefully not for five days."

Khan then gathered in front of Shanum. He put his head on the girl's lap while clasping her palm. Then Khan gently dipped the two, causing a swish in his heart. "Wait for me, Shasha" he whispered.

Then the man got up to his feet, looked at his face with a faint smile. Khan sighed then passed from before Shanum. His face returned to a stiff and cold face indecipherable. Shanum's still riveted.

If he does not feel a trace of warm kiss the man's lips on the back of his hand. Maybe he felt that all the Khan's treatment was a dream. Shanum rubbed the mark of the kiss, he still could not believe his vision. What Khan had done just now made him unable to deny any more. That he loved that man.
