Inseparables

The whole house is excited because of the sudden arrival of Kalea and Gavin. Papa who originally spent weeks in the backyard while feeding the fish in the pond immediately ran across his beloved daughter. The middle-aged man came in a white sleeveless sweatshirt and shorts with the logo of English football club Manchester City. The sight certainly made Kalea laugh. Because he knew very well that the shorts were Karel's.

"Why wear Karel pants?" kalea asked after her laughter eased a little. He was now standing in the back doorway while folding his hands in front of his chest. There was Gavin behind him, but the man did not say much and just remained silent with one hand into his pants pocket.

"Biarin, Karel people also like to wear Papa's pants."

Kalea was broken again. It is not strange to see the behavior of two men of different ages who like to exchange clothes. Maybe because Karel misses the cool father figure (considering his father is too serious and busy working) while Papa himself always says he wants to have a boy who can be invited to play ball.

But still Kalea feels funny every time she sees Papa and Karel wearing pants or clothes that are not her size.

"Do you know you're here?" ask Papa then.

"I don't know it like that. If he knew, he would have been noisy calling Kalea's name from earlier."

When Papa says he wants to tell Karel about his arrival, Kalea thinks Papa will go inside the house and call Karel. Or at least, the man would probably run to Karel's house to inform him of this directly.

But what Papa did was unnatural.

Papa ran towards the side barrier that became one with the barrier wall in the house of Karel. With the capital of a ladder that is usually used by Mr. Dadang to lower the stray neighbor's cat to the mango tree in the backyard, Papa climbed up to the top of the barrier wall. Then, with all his might, Papa shouted out the name Karel.

Seeing Papa's silly behavior made Kalea laugh until her stomach was cramped. While Gavin only smiled faintly seeing his wife could laugh as loosely as she was now. It seems, bringing Kalea to evacuate here was indeed the most appropriate decision.

On the other side, Papa was still trying to call Karel's name. Until then the head of Karel appeared from the other side of the wall. The boy tilted his head with an innocent look before finally squealing in excitement as his eyes managed to capture the existence of Kalea.

Shortly after, Karel's head disappeared and Papa had already walked back towards him with a perfectly developed smile. Kalea believes Papa has managed to convey information well and at this time Karel must be running in a hurry to meet him.

Karel was bathing Mumu in the backyard when suddenly there was a voice of Papa shouting his name several times.

With Mumu still covered in soap, Karel got up and turned to the wall that separated his house from Kalea's. There, Papa still shouted while waving to him.

"Why?!" Karel shouted back. Though he could have walked directly to Papa so as not to need to scream and pull out the muscles around his neck.

"There's Kalea!!!" papa from across.

"Huh?" Karel tried to sharpen his hearing. For some reason, he was suddenly deaf.

"There's Kalea here!!!" exclaim Papa again.

This time, all Karel heard was the name Kalea. So to ascertain what Papa was trying to say, Karel walked over to Papa. Mumu whose body began to dry with soap foam that is still attached she put down. The furry boy immediately rolled on the ground, causing Karel to cluck miserably as his attempt to bathe the boy ended in vain.

After nagging Mumu for a while, Karel climbed up the parapet using the stairs that were always there. He used to use the stairs to sneak into the backyard of the Kalea house to feed the fish when he was too lazy to pass the front gate.

"Why?" karel asked again as soon as he faced Papa.

"Where?" asked Karel innocently.

Then, as she circulated her gaze and her eyes managed to catch the whereabouts of Kalea in the doorway behind her house, Karel exclaimed in excitement. Just like the boy who just bought a new toy that has long been coveted.

"Slow down!" reprimand Papa when Karel suddenly went down the stairs with a hoarse motion.

Karel simply grinned the horse and continued down the stairs. After her feet returned to the ground, Karel said "All Kalea wait, Karel will go there!" then he immediately grabbed Mumu who was eating grass and carried the brat running around.

Above, Papa can only shake his head. Though they had only not met for a few days, but from the way Karel responded to Kalea's arrival, the boy seemed to have not met Kalea for many years.

"You are you any other?" kalea asked when she saw that Mumu's body was full of soap foam mixed with the dried up soil. Strangely, in Karel's arms, the boy was a goon

"So I bathed the brat again, and Papa kept calling. I used to live in him, uh the leak was rolling on the ground. This brat's a feather boy." Karel nagged as he softened his head.

Kalea who saw Karel was doing violence against the innocent little creature was suddenly glared and immediately seized Mumu from the crib of Karel.

Kalea's sudden movements surprised not only Karel, but also Gavin. The man reflexively retreated three steps after Mamu was in Kalea's sling.

Kalea looked back and found Gavin five steps away from her standing position. Then all Kalea can do is grin while scratching the head that does not itch.

Since they are still in the backyard of the Kalea house, Karel took the initiative to rinse Mumu's body in the tap water that Mama used to water plants in the backyard.

As Karel bathed Mumu, Kalea again devoted her attention to Gavin. He was about to walk closer, but the man instead moved backwards again.

Kalea reflexes looked at her own two hands. Sure enough, there were some strands of fur belonging to Mumu that stuck to his palm. Maybe because of the condition of Mumu's hair that is half wet, so that the fine hairs become easier to stick to his body.

"okay!" kalea. He then walked over to Karel with the intention to wash his hands in the same tap where Mumu was bathing.

However, Gavin actually regretted his decision to have Kalea wash her hands because now the woman actually took part in bathing Mumu.

"Kan, if it's the same Karel, I'll be eliminated."
