My Husband's Secret

My Husband's Secret
112. The Sick 2

Maysa was still staring at Tama. To be honest he was also just like that guy who missed him. However, the woman refused to reveal it. Not because she hasn't forgiven him, but Maysa is too embarrassed to admit it.

The woman was at a loss as to what to do, she just stayed by the bed. Maysa wanted to hide herself right now. How could he be so rigid, not knowing what to do.

"You'll keep me company for a while, until I fall asleep. After that you can go," said Tama who was finally embraced by Maysa.

The woman lay down beside her husband. Tama smiled while hugging his wife, finally the man can sleep soundly tonight. Two nights of his sleep was very lacking, there was something that made him not calm. Either it's because of Maysa or because of something else.

After feeling Tama had fallen asleep, Maysa woke up to return the plate from her husband's meal. She still had to see the children whether they had eaten or not. There is some work to be done before going to bed.

"Not come down, May?" mama asked Mirna when she saw Maysa coming down alone. Now it's time for dinner. His son has not yet returned. He also did not hear his voice.

"Mas Tama is sick, Ma. I was taking medicine, I was sleeping" Maysa replied, putting the dishes in the sink. The woman washed her hands and immediately joined her in-laws and children at the dinner table.

"What's the pain, May?" ask Mama Mirna who is still curious about the state of her son.

"The body has a fever, Ma. I told him to go to the hospital, but he didn't want to. He said he was just tired."

"Usually if Tama is sick again, drink sweet tea, May. You'll bring it later when you wake up he can drink."

As a mother, Mama Mirna must have known the habits of her son. That's why he

"Wouldn't it be later, Ma, if Mas Tama is awake. I'm afraid to make it now, Mas Tama even woke up a long time ago. Is it okay?"

"Yes, whatever you want. I don't bother people with pain."

"Yes, I am also confused, do not know what Mas Tama usually hurts like. He's never been sick."

"Usually he only drank warm tea, the same medicine in the white box. What color did you give me?" ask Mama Mirna.

"Yes, Ma. I gave you white."

"Thank God the others don't match him. You want a fever, you want a headache, the cure's just that."

Maysa nodded listening to what her in-laws were saying. Now she knows what to do if her husband is sick. It rarely hurts, but it makes people panic.

"Have, don't think too much about it, he will also recover. Now you eat first, do not let you also follow the pain," he continued.

Maysa nodded and took the food and enjoyed it with her in-laws and children. After the children finished, they returned to the room, while the woman cleaned the dining table with the in-laws. Mama Mirna cleaned the table and kept the leftovers in the cupboard. Maysa himself washed the dishes and glasses that had been used.

"How about a housekeeper?" mama Mirna asked Maysa.

He can't just stay quiet. The middle-aged woman was already waiting for Tama to make a decision. However, until now there was no clarity about it. Mama Mirna feels sorry for Maysa, who every time she comes home from work has to cook.

Early in the morning too, when all day the woman was busy in the boutique. Maysa only frowned because she herself, did not understand what her in-laws meant. The woman knew that the previous housekeeper had stopped, but Maysa did not know what Mama Mirna had said.

"What household assistant, huh, Ma? I don't understand?" maysa asked while frowning.

"No, Ma. It looks like Mas Tama a lot of work, to forget about it,” Maysa replied lying.

The woman knew, surely the husband still had not talked about it because he was still angry. Thinking of this made Maysa feel guilty. A lot of things have been lost because of anger. She was no longer angry with her husband.

Maysa had planned to speak with her husband about the matter. He also doesn't like to be quiet with Tama. Especially until more than three days that even made him sin.

"You'd better talk to Tama. Mama doesn't want you to be too tired, out of work, cook. Early in the morning, I cooked again. Not cleaning the house and everything else. Mama did help, but Mama's old, not as fast as before."

"Yes, Ma. Later I will talk to Mas Tama if he has a good body. Now that she's still sick, I don't want to make her think too much."

"Yes, it's up to you. After you finish washing your dishes, just go to sleep, do no other work. You also need to rest, do not get sick too," said Mama Mirna before leaving the kitchen.

The middle-aged woman was delighted, upon seeing the attention Maysa had given her son. He was able to calm down who was taking care of Tama. Previously it was always her who was made to bother when the man was sick and others. Now there is someone in charge.

"Yes, Ma."

Mama Mirna left the kitchen, while the son-in-law washed the dishes. Actually this kind of work is common for Maysa because in the past, when he was with Rafka also like this. All the work of the woman was done by herself, without the help of anyone. Even though he still works.

Maysa remembers Nadia's mother. He had not been there for a long time, communicating was almost never. Somehow the state of his boutique is now. I hope the woman can visit when there is free time.

After finishing her work, Maysa turned off some of the lights. He also checked all the doors and windows, whether they were all locked or not. Although in front there is a security guard, but they must remain vigilant. Fear if someone or something enters the house.

After feeling all safe, the woman went upstairs to her children's room. Maysa wanted to make sure they were completely asleep, then she went to the room to rest. Upon entering the room, the husband was still asleep. The woman also slept beside him.

Before that, Maysa checked her husband's body temperature. He was afraid that if the heat got higher, it was still the same. The woman sighed. Though the man had already taken the medicine, but why did the heat not go down as well.

Maysa breaks down her body next to Tama. He was just as tired and wanted to rest. However, his eyes could not be closed. The woman was still worried about her husband.

Until midnight Tama woke up. He saw his wife who was not yet asleep. The man knew Maysa was worried about him.

"You haven't slept, honey?" tanya Tama who made Kinan surprised.

The woman was just staring at the ceiling of her room. I don't know what Maysa was thinking.

"No, Mas. I can't sleep, what do you want? Wait a minute, I want to make you warm tea first," said Maysa who immediately went to the kitchen.

Tama who wanted to prevent it could not because Maysa left first. The man knew there was something the wife was thinking. Is it about her being sick or maybe something else. Is his wife in trouble.

Before long, Maysa came with a glass of warm tea. She handed it to her husband so that he would drink it immediately. Tama accepted it with pleasure.

"Where do you know that when I'm sick do you usually drink sweet tea?" tama asked while looking at his wife. The man drank the warm tea little by little, while occasionally blowing it.
