Holy Prison
PS2. 9 - Unexpected Meeting

We walked in tandem. It feels very happy to be able to walk with someone who is already halal. It looks like this feels like. Even though we were just walking along each other why my heart continued to feel pleasure. I'm really grateful.

"An, I want to talk seriously" said Gus Faiz. Solving silence.

"What's up, Mom?" my many.

Gus Faiz clasped my hand and led me to one of the park benches under a shady shade tree. The slightly cloudy weather made us even less hot.

"Do you want to go back to the school?" ask Gus Faiz.

"meaning?" my question does not understand.

I weigh in on my heart. I honestly don't know what Gus Faiz's job is. He had just graduated college. I can't guarantee that everyone who has graduated from college has got a job. Although he graduated from Cairo's best university but still, there is no guarantee that he got a permanent job after graduating from there. I haven't had time to ask him, for fear of offending Gus Faiz.

"I mean, most women who marry a Gus, crave a return to the pesantren as a Ning. Do you want the same thing?" ask Gus Faiz.

"I agreed to marry you not because I wanted to be a Ning, Mas. I married you because you are the one I love not because of Ning's status or anything." I said.

Gus Faiz smiled at me. I smiled back at him too. That smile was truly enchanting, until it felt like I was not willing to see that smile given to someone else.

"If you have to choose between three options, one: stay at my parents' house or Abah's boarding school, two: stay at your parents' house, and three: stay at another house with me, and three: stay at another house with me, which one will you choose, An?" ask Gus Faiz.

"I want to go wherever you go, Mom. I don't mind living anywhere, as long as I'm with you I'll always be fine." I said.

"What if I want us to get out of our parents' house and start living independently?" ask Gus Faiz.

"I'll come with you, Mommy. Wherever." I said steady.

"Although living in deprivation?" ask Gus Faiz.

It seems my guess is correct. Gus Faiz does not have a steady income yet. I'm not fighting this. Because like I said, if I'm with him I'll be fine. Anyway I can help him.

"Of course, Mas. I will continue to be by your side no matter what. You don't have to worry I'll start looking for work to help our economy when in reality. I will continue to fight with you." I said.

Gus Faiz smiled. He took my hand and held it. So tight.

"I'm very lucky to have a wife like you, An" said Gus Faiz.

"I'm more fortunate to have a husband as good as you are." I said.

Gus Faiz smiled.

"What if we move in tomorrow?" ask Gus Faiz.

Move tomorrow, honestly I want to say that it's too soon. I still want to be around my parents. However, I do not want to make my husband sad, he asked to move tomorrow must have its own reasons. I as a wife should support her.

I'm nodding. "I want to, Mom." I said.

Gus Faiz rubbed the back of my hand. My chest rippled. I took out the ATM with my left hand. Then I gave this ATM to Gus Faiz. Gus Faiz accepted it.

"Just use my money, Mas. God willing, I got this money in a halal way. Let's just find a rented house if we're going to move tomorrow." say.

Gus Faiz shook his head. "Today I want to accompany you for a walk" he said.

"I mean it's okay, Mom. Let's prioritize something more important first." I said excitedly.

"My priority right now is just to make you happy" said Gus Faiz.

I bit my lower lip.

"Honey, don't get bitten" said Gus Faiz, he touched my chin. I no longer bite my lower lip.

The car air was so stifling. This is the second time she calls me baby, I'm really happy.

It seems he deliberately wanted to tease me.

"Enough, Mom. Thats enough. I feel like I'm short of breath." I said, squeezing.

Gus Faiz chuckled. Then I ruffled my head.

"Well, I won't call you that" said Gus Faiz.

"Eh, no, Mas. Call me like that, it's much better than An's call." I said.

"alright. I will call you dear often" said Gus Faiz.

My cheeks are really hot.

"It's just hold it." said Gus Faiz.

He gave me my ATM. I looked at him, thinking about what was going on. Why was my ATM returned? Looks like he's a prestige. A man would be proud to use his girlfriend's money, wouldn't he?

"Do you not want to know what my job is?" ask Gus Faiz.

"Didn't I offend you when I said I wanted to know?" my many.

"Not at all" said Gus Faiz.

I'm waiting for him. I'm ready to hear anything coming out of Gus Faiz's lips.

"I have a company that is engaged in say Muslim fashion. During these 4 years I built this business, and Alhamdulillah more and more days, continue to grow well" said Gus Faiz.

I looked at Gus Faiz. I really don't know anything about this. It turns out that in addition to having a brilliant brain, Gus Faiz also has a fairly large income. I let Gus Faiz finish his story.

"Before we got married, I had bought a house in the Menteng area. I don't know if this decision is right or not, but obviously if we have a home and business in Jakarta, you can often go home to Papa and Mama" said Gus Faiz.

I looked at him, holding his hand. Gus Faiz is really special. He thinks about me a lot.

"What about Abah and Umi?" my many.

"We're going to visit the pesantren. So no need to worry" said Gus Faiz.

"I know you miss Umi and Abah too much. Is it okay for you to go back far with Umi and Abah?" my many.

"It's okay. Don't worry about me." said Gus Faiz.

I took my husband's hand and kissed his. "Thank you." I said.

"It is with pleasure, An" said Gus Faiz.

As I was about to say a word again, I saw two very familiar people behind Gus Faiz.

"Mass?" I called Gus Faiz.

"Yes?" Gus Faiz.

"Isn't that Aaron and Farha?" I asked while pointing at the two people who were fighting.

Gus Faiz followed the direction I was pointing. "It looks like you're right" Gus Faiz said.

"We have to stop them, ma'am." I said.

My mind is raging about a lot of things. I was happy to see Farha and Aaron, I thought about what happened, I thought about their relationship, I thought about what I should do or say to Farha. He's changed a lot. Her clothes look fashionable now. Totally different from the Farha I knew before.
