Week pass.
Today I came to meet Farha at Aaron's house. Yesterday Aaron called me asking me to help solve their problem, I agreed. I really want to straighten this out. I don't want any of us to misunderstand. I don't like prolonged conflict. Mas Faiz actually forbade me to see Farha but, I managed to convince her that my husband would let me go there.
And here I am. In front of Aaron's house was welcomed by my best friend Linda. Linda always greeted me warmly, story-wise, and kindly.
“Mbak Nindy!” exclaim Linda.
“What do you call him 'Mbak'? It will be your age.” said Aaron who is now beside Linda. Aaron felt a protest at his sister's call for me.
“Like me dong, Bang.” exclaim Linda.
Me and Mas Faiz just laughed.
“Come, in, Nin, Gus!” said Linda.
Me and Mas Faizpun went inside. My eyes began to launch a search. I started looking for where Aunt Yeni and Om Adi are.
“Where's Om and Aunt?” my many.
“Mama with Papa again to the grandmother's house, so there are only three of us at home.” explained Linda. “Shortly yes.” said.
Lind left me, Mas Faiz, and Aaron in the living room.
“How is Farha, Ron?” my many.
“Nahlah, Nin. His body is healthy but now he prefers to be quiet. Every day just shut up.” said Aaron.
“Kutebak you are still rude to him.” replied Gus Faiz.
Aaron scratched his head that was not itching. His actions corrected what my husband said. I was really upset to see Aaron.
“Try to improve your attitude. The woman does not like men rough.” said Mas Faiz.
As Aaron and I chuckled, Mas Faiz seemed to have memorized how to conquer women. The cold Mas Faiz to women could say that certainly made our stomach tingle.
“Ah, You, Is. What did your husband teach you, Nindy? Until I can talk about women?” ask Aaron.
I just smiled in response. I don't know the answer to Aaron's question either.
“But my husband's words, right. You have to keep your attitude, Ron. Farha is plain and gentle, do not you kasari. I disagree with your actions yesterday.” I said.
Shortly after Linda came to bring a drink, she immediately put the drink on the table. Then sit down and join us.
“I told you what too, Bang! Don't be rude, don't be rude.” Linda said.
“Hey, you're just a sister, don't patronize her brother.” Aaron said.
“I just said what I have to say.” Linda said cuek.
“How did you find Farha yesterday?” my many.
“I followed your advice, I went to your house and.” said Aaron.
“Of course forced him to come back.” I said cynically as I folded my hands in front of my chest.
Mas Faiz looked at me, he smiled. I smiled back at him. I hurriedly kissed her cheek as she was anxious to see her smile.
“Can't you feel a little bit of pity for me and my lovable sister?” ask Aaron melankolia.
“Bang! Why was my career brought?” linda did not accept it.
“Already. So, how? What should I do?” ask Aaron.
“You love Farha?” my many.
“I'll try. Isn't that a liability because she's already my wife?” answer Aaron. Mean business.
I let out a sigh of relief. Because even though he did not love Farha, but he knew he had to love Farha who was none other than his wife.
“You want me to help you?” my many.
“Of course.” says Aaron.
“But there are conditions.” I said.
“You must promise not to be rude, you must love her wholeheartedly, you must be an understanding and gentle husband, you must apologize to her sincerely, and.” I said.
“And you deleted my wife's contact from your phone. I don't like you calling him.” Mas Faiz continued.
I smile. Is this his jealousy for me? I'm so happy to see her jealous like this. He looks so in love with me.
“If I'm important with your wife how? No. gabe. I don't agree with your terms, Is.” said Aaron.
“Already, I will not allow my wife to help you. We can go home now.” said Mas Faiz coldly.
His attitude really looks different to others. She was so warm to me and yet so cold to others. The Mas Faiz I know.
“Eh, yes-yes. You can delete it yourself.” said Aaron.
Aaron handed his phone to Mas Faiz. Mas Faizpun took his phone. Then Mas Faiz started looking for my name there.
“Why is there no name Nindy?” ask Mas Faiz.
Aaron patting the jidat. “Kunamai lioness.” says Aaron.
“What? You named me a lioness?” I cried while standing up not accepting.
The lion. Who doesn't know how lions behave? The day is a wild animal. Why did Aaron give me the name of the lioness? I really don't understand Aaron's way of thinking.
Instead of being angry, Mas Faiz chuckled.
“Mas, don't tell me you also equated me with a lioness.”.
I pursed my lips, not accepting Mas Faiz and Aaron who thought I was a lioness.
“Hahahaha, Brother, you are so honest.” this time I looked at Linda sharply.
Linda immediately stopped laughing.
“Honey, I'm not laughing because of you. You don't look like a lion. You are soft and adorable. Sit yaa.” said Mas Faiz, stand up and tell me to sit down.
“I don't want to help you, Aaron.” I said bad.
“Nindy, who is beautiful, who is cute, and who is like an angel.” said Aaron is not finished.
“She's my wife, Aaron!” mas Faiz.
“Argh!” Aaron grabbed his own hair in frustration. I don't want to laugh at the face of frustration. “Help me, Nin. Please.” he continued.
I pretended to think about Aaron's request. In order to frustrate Aaron, who told him to make Farha angry because of his rude nature.
“Lin, how about we go see Farha now?” I asked Linda.
“Eh? Us, Mbak?” ask Linda.
“Iya, we.” I said affirming.
“But I'm scared, Ma'am.” Linda said.
“What to fear? Aren't we best friends?” my many.
Linda nodded. Lind finally agreed. We both went to Aaron's room. After knocking on the door and saying hello, we went inside, because the door was not locked.
Farha who was sitting on the bed turned her head. When he saw us, his eyes darkened again. But instead of cursing, he was silent. Didn't say a word to us. This is what Aaron meant.
“Farha, how are you?” my many.
Farha was silent. Lind and I sat next to Farha without asking for her approval.
“Farha, forgive me, yes?” I said.
“Iya, Farha. I mean Sister Farha.” said Linda.
Because Farha's status is now Linda's sister-in-law, so Lindapun called Farha no longer the name as usual, but she chose to call ‘Mbak’.
“Farha, you remember no, back in the cabin the four of us, me, you, Linda, and Arum were always everywhere together. You recall? We promise to keep friends until anytime.” I said.
Farha was silent but I knew her gaze was not as sharp and cold as before. Farha misses her time at the cottage, just like me and Linda.
