3 YEARS LATER
"Assalammualaikum!"
The melodious voice of the beautiful woman in the hijab, spread the reverie of the gatekeeper. Friendly attitude and a sweet smile. It cools the heart of everyone who looks at it. The woman in shady strays, walked slowly into the high gate of a magnificent mansion. His footsteps sounded like a symphony, full of decisiveness. Friction of a small pebble with the bicycle it is propelling. Show how polite and civilized the woman is.
"Waalaikumsalam miss!" The gatekeeper.
Seemed his hand sticking out, asking for a matic motorcycle that he was pushing. The young lady shook her head, refusing the help of the guard. A smile on his shady face, hinting he could do it himself. Calmly and slowly, the woman stepped deeper and deeper. The guard's gaze was full of admiration, accompanying the steps of the young lady of the mansion where she worked.
"A soothing smile for those who look at him. But who would have thought? Behind that sweet smile, there was a wound that was scratched so deeply. The happiness that was forcibly snatched from his face. What a kind-hearted lady, it is impossible for Allah SWT to hurt people as well as the lady. Maybe the pain is there right now. The beginning of true happiness, peace in the world and the hereafter. Miss's kindness will be reciprocated with HER heaven. Whatever happens to Miss, I will forever pray for your happiness. Including today, after all these years, Miss didn't see him. Tonight she'll get the happiness that's been missing!" Inner guard, someone who has known the young miss very well. The one who saw the miss from childhood until now. A family that no longer considers itself someone else, even though its position is only a housekeeper.
Tok Tok Tok Tok Tok Tok Tok
"Assalammualaikum!"
"Glamma!" Sahut Tika, then stepped towards the living room.
Tika stared fixedly at the young lady standing in front of the door. Long gamis perfectly close the beautiful body of the woman. The long hijab covered her beautiful and dazzling hair. Looking at the small bag on his back, white sports shoes were attached to his feet. Such a relaxed appearance, courteous full of shade. The woman put on a smile that felt soothing.
Two of Tika's eyes felt hot, a clear drop fell on her eye patch. Sontak Tika wiped her tears, so as not to be seen and make the guest awkward. His lips were shaking behind the veil. Tika felt happy, and in disbelief. After all these years, he saw the face he so missed. Instantly Tika spread her arms, offering a warm and loving embrace. The woman hesitated, slightly piercing Tika's heart. A clear doubt asked the relationship between them.
"Why do you still doubt, dear? I'm not someone else, I'm your real mama!"
"Sorry!" The woman, then with her small steps. She stepped over to Tika, receiving the warm embrace a mother offered.
Tika gently brushed the hair that was perfectly covered by the hijab. Tika's warm embrace, calms the woman's heart. The old princess was far away from him. Tonight, he stood right in front of her. Close embrace of Tika, a sign so heavy longing that had been borne by Tika.
"Mommy missed you!" Tika said softly, a nod of the head felt in the arms of Tika. As if the same longing answer would be tonight's meeting. A longing that was not yet fully understood, but was real whispered in his deepest heart.
"We go inside, everyone is waiting for you!" Tika said, pulling the woman's hand. At first sight the head of the woman. More and more obvious doubt is seen in the look of her beautiful face.
Tika felt that rejection was the right thing. Meet people he no longer knows. Being in an environment he never felt. Feeling alien while standing between his family. It is not an unusual fear, it is not easy to calm a doubtful heart. Removing the restlessness that enveloped the soul that had been unsettled from the beginning.
"They're your family, not anyone else. I have a mom, believe me everything will be okay. No one will force you to recognize them. Everything will remain silent, if you want them to be quiet. Instead they will be warm, when you want to know them. It's time you were next to your family. No threat to family. In fact we'll calm down, because we feel safe!" Tika said soothingly, again and again just a nod of the head visible to Tika.
Tika smiled as she looked at the princess's face. There was no happiest happiness in his old age, other than staring at the face of the princess who long missed him. Tika led her daughter gently and warmly. The same hand and caress decades ago. The last years that finally separated them. Tika looked at her daughter who kept her head down. No sound came out of his daughter's lips. Just a slow step and a little daughter. Sounds electrifying his heart, again and again reminding Tika of decades ago.
"Darling, my mom didn't just miss you. Mama's really eager to hear your sweet voice. From the very first moment you stepped into this house. Not even when my mom heard your voice. You're silent, keeping your sweet voice. Your cold and fearful attitude, looking down on your heart. Remind mama of the distance that ever existed and real there between us. Miss you, dear, miss you!" Tika's inner self was wistful, but Tika kept smiling accepting all the cold and doubtful attitude of her daughter.
"Assalammualaikum!"
A pair of eyes looked at the greeters. The two eyeballs were so fixed and firm, locking even as if they wanted to swallow the figure in front of him. The sense of surprise that accompanied the sense of happiness was immeasurable. Makes him spontaneously stand up, staring at the figure in front of him.
Braakkk
"Hanna!" His murmured softly, along with the fall of the chair behind him.
"Hanna!" Sapa Agam was full of warmth, Hanna and Tika nodded together. A sweet knot smile was on their lips.
Hanna walked over to Agam, kissing the back of Agam's hand affectionately. Agam tightly hugged the princess who had returned. Hanna greeted one by one the family members who were in front of her. Arkan the twin brother who was forgotten by Hanna. Quickly spread out his hands. Handshaking hinting they're siblings. Someone who's convinced by Hanna.
"I'm your brother, not someone else. At least we can hug, after all these years of not seeing each other!" Arkan said casually, Hanna nodded slowly. With her tiny graceful steps, Hanna walked over to Arkan. Welcoming the warm embrace of his beloved brother.
"Sorry!" Hanna said softly, shortly after hugging Arkan. Then hugged Aura who was beside Arkan. The hug that used to feel warm to Hanna. It feels foreign, very foreign.
"He's Hafidz, my best friend!" Said Arkan introducing Hafidz to Hanna.
Hafidz reached out, hoping to shake hands with Hanna. But politely Hanna refused. Hanna cupped her hands together right in front of her chest. Nod Hanna's head, the way Hanna respects Hafidz. As if his meeting tonight with Hafidz was his first. Hafidz could only sincerely see Hanna. There's nothing he can do. Although his heart screamed to hold Hanna or just shake Hanna's hand. But circumstances make it different.
"Hafidez!" Hafidz said kindly, cupping his hands. Replying to Hanna's friendly demeanor, erasing the awkward attitude that was in her deepest heart.
"Who is he? His name and voice are familiar. Maybe he is someone in my past. Whoever him? Forgive me if I forget the relationship between us. This is not the past I want to think about. My life is for the future. Become a better person than I used to be!" Inner Hanna.
"Hanna Ramaniya Santika, call me Hanna!" Sahut Hanna friendly. At once Hafidz held his chest, feeling tight until he was unable to breathe.
"Darling, I missed you!" Inner Hafidz pilu.
"Father!"
"Davin, don't run!" Sahut Hafidz.
Deg Deg Deg
"Davin, who is he?" Inner Hanna, while looking at the three-year-old boy who was running towards Hafidz.
