CHAPTER 234: RETURN

- POV Lala

Kevin's private plane landed on a wide runway, where there was a lot of guard, in Cuba. I noticed people who didn't wear suits, like ordinary people but their bodies seemed to have strength and might be good at fighting.

Some are tall, thin, short, fat. Curly hair, straight, thick, bald. It may be complete, like people of different nationalities.

Kevin was in a wheelchair pushed by Parker. Kevin's hand absorbed the infusion, the man was still weak but chuckled at Ars.

While me and Uncle Pedro were behind him, constantly passing the footpath, in the courtyard with well-kept green grass. Head to the pumpkin-colored orange painted house, which is where many tropical flower plants are around so anyone who sees will surely be captivated.

Suddenly the phone rang, I stopped my steps and Kevin turned his head towards me. He raised the infused hand, making Parker stop the urge.

A call from Richie on the phone screen, I raised my chin, catching the gaze of my dear Kevin who was waiting, "I'll catch up," nodded to reassure him.

Long enough I talked to Richie on the phone, with fingers playing tropical leaves and plants. Ending the call and following inside, I unexpectedly bumped into something that appeared suddenly in the hallway, and the sound of crying that I knew so well managed to surprise me "Damir eh dear?" directly crouching, holding calmed Damir's cry while apologizing.

It didn't take long until the baby sisters arrived, it seemed like Damir was off their guard.

"Madam, Damir wants to go home, papa," the boy continued to whine with a distinctive voice making me feel pain in the deepest part. Richie really kidnapped Damir, yesterday I couldn't believe how he could separate a child from their family.

"Madam, they've been waiting" Parker's voice came from behind. Then the man spoke to the waiter, suddenly the baby sister's face looked terrified, while I didn't know what scared them, because I didn't know what they were talking about.

Parker told me it was okay to bring Damir. I tried to keep comforting her and was grateful that Damir would stop crying and sullenly slump on me.

As soon as he entered the brick-patterned room with the scent of bamboo so thick there, everyone looked at me. I tried to keep smiling as a very tall man gave me directions to sit next to Kevin.

I was still trying to rule the room, especially Kevin whose gaze was not like when Damir hugged my chest, probably because I was carrying the son of his enemy.

An Old Grandfather in front of me smiled warmly and I replied to him, he looked very respected, likely the owner of the house. His hair had turned white and one wooden stick lay next to him. His gaze was deep and friendly as if he had known me for a long time, making me curious about Grandpa Jin.

Between Kevin, Pedro and Grandpa Jin they tend to chat in a language that I don't understand. Parker stood by the door.

I have no doubt that sometimes there are points that carry around about me, because they had a glance even though they did not mention my name.

While I'm picking up Damir who's playing. The boy kept asking about the papah. Near me was a young mother who always answered with lies and Damir believed. Damir, that little boy should get caught up in his papa.

I myself forbid Richie and Kevin to use Damir, but it seems like they know a lot more, whereas I know nothing.

The clouds started to turn yellow and the day had already fallen. After a few hours of sailing on a tugboat, we moved to a cruise ship. It's Ars' ship.

Sure enough, as soon as it moved, came Ars with squeaking eyes and, Daniel with a sharp gaze. Is it just my feeling, if those two guys seem to want to kill me.

Ars was followed by a mob, there were probably twenty people, with sangar faces behind him, like thugs, but indeed thugs, I was getting used to seeing those sangar, tattoos, piercings, scarred skin, he said, it always makes me shudder.

The blond gondrong man immediately ran towards me and the scent of nature instantly gushed into my nostrils. I looked down at Kevin in a wheelchair, and he nodded as if saying it was okay and the situation was under control.

"Damir," Ars grabbed Damir from my sling, he patted Damir tightly on his back with a longing glow.

Daniel caught up and looked at me with a hard-to-guess look, but for some reason was able to give me goosebumps on my spine and run down my nape.

"Follow me," Daniel said in an unusual, low tone of voice, implied by the threat.

While a hot hand grabbed my wrist, it was Kevin pulling me until I shifted to his wheelchair.

Parker slipped and stood in front of me, blocking the view.

The man behind Daniel pointed the rifle at Parker's head.

After I realized the people behind Ars were pointing guns at me, my uncle on my left, and Kevin.

"Your welcome is excellent, Young man." a voice with a tone full of wisdom from behind. Who else if not Jin's grandfather, the voice was very mature and wise. It might be able to hypnotize everyone to submit beneath it.

I haven't had a private chat with grandfather, a person whose aura is untouchable.

The grandfather advanced on a stick, followed by two large men, probably 220.

With an unfriendly face, Ars moved his hand by swinging down making his troops, lowering his weapons.

Ars's netra drew sharply on Kevin shifting to Parker

Daniel is like Ars.

Never imagined, I faced this kind of crazy situation, and it all concerned my father and ex-husband, not business matters but they were aiming for life.

I try to think maybe what Kevin said makes sense, there's no way Ars would want to give up.

"Surprise! uninvited guest, don't we provide two tickets, Artyom?" Ars wiggled the molars and growled until the sound of whispering also came out of it, I realized how upset the man was.

"Yes, two! Kevin and Lala," Daniel laughed a few seconds full of sarcasm. "Don't you throw away the rest?" Daniel clucked with an evil grin, his eyes twisting towards Parker and Pedro, making my hair bristle.

"Sure! But what, Jin Samonov seemed lost? Should I be kind enough to drive you home?" Ars spoke with his teeth, he looked very furious.

Daniel came forward and bowed in line with Grandfather, "is it not time for you to sit sweetly with grandchildren? Your bones are very fragile. See Ars does grafting need for grandpa?"

Ars growled, "Stop Artyom, take them quickly." Ars turned his back on Daniel and left the men in a cold step.

"Hey grandfather, do you need a 'transplant tour' I give you a special price," Daniel with a wicked grin. Then again standing firmly, the head of his grandfather was high below the line of Daniel's armpit..

Kevin was silent, I glanced at him squeezing the handle on the armrest of the wheelchair, as if he could not accept being insulted.

"Artyom - stop your jokes," Ars in a resentful tone.

Wuss-Bett!

A stick landing hard on Daniel's shins, I glanced at Ars's men who were silent as if waiting for an order.

Daniel's jaw was hardened, he squinted at grandfather.

"How pathetic Sergey's sons are, you need ethical education. I don't want to teach pre-school education. Both of them, I have to step in to teach you, Tyoma!" Wuss-Bat! pounding hard on Daniel's thigh, "Hey and you too, Ars," Grandpa's voice was full of energy while pointing with his wand at Ars who had just turned, and facing towards grandfather.

"zu zu zu Sergey will laugh at me, his guess is not wrong that I should punish these brats." Grandfather looked at the sky with a gentle deep gaze making me follow grandfather's point of view, it was only the sky iron ship. Perhaps it was meant by Ars's dead parents' grandfather in the sky staring down here.

"Oh Sergey stop your laughter, it's not funny. You laugh at me from up there, outrageous, "Grandfather in a slightly funny tone, seemed to be talking to his dead father Ars.

"Nobody will allow you to say our father's holy name" Ars said. "Have your eyes blinded Old man, or ..your brain is long dead? didn't you come alone at papa Sergey's funeral? You see how old we were? eleven and six-shut your mouth, I don't care about your men or your protege 'Uncle Jin'" said Ars to a halt, I shifted a little because of the silence.

And I watched Daniel as he quickly snatched the rifle from his men, my eyebrows furrowed from kissing the premonition that the situation would not be good.

My eyes immediately closed with the continuous eruption of gunfire, echoing deafening my ears, followed by the tremors in the semi-enclosed ship room.

Who is! who is! who is! almost I don't want to open my eyes, chest tight is not ready for anything, oh not Kevin!

My body shuddered withholding groans as it closed its ears and ventured into squinting at Kevin amidst the saga's fear, and in looking at me with a very deep gaze, he was unharmed, he said, I sighed a little and turned my head to look at Uncle as well.

I squinted at the spark between the dark fog at Parke's feet, which stood in front of me, even Parker was motionless, seemed to be familiar with it, or was the shot some kind of Daniel bluff?

The castings under the dusty smoky and I coughed for vacuuming, I covered my nose and ears alternately, the sound of gunfire driving me crazy. Bullet child shot that bounced off the bottom irregularly.

The sound of gunfire stopped, I set my breath looking up with trembling still covering the ears, Daniel's aura became more sinister defeating Ars aura, terrifying. "Road!" Daniel's orders were to know who, maybe to all of us.

I kept coughing, and caught Ars's fist until the dark green-tattooed knuckles became bright green.

My eyelids flapped slowly, as Ars looked at me with a sharp look while the nose twitched as if to eradicate me.

My body was covered with cold, shuddered and my brain was lost.

A heat from Kevin's palm that clung to my right palm, made me wake up from fear. And I convinced myself not to be afraid, at least I knew that I was not alone on this ship, there was Kevin, Uncle.

And there's Richie in hiding, in a room, on this ship.
