Because I Love You

A shadow of the past, again flashed in memory. A time when I was so stupid and submissive with the name of love. Just believing in a taste, I was willing to take off the crown I was supposed to keep. I let myself be stained, desecrated, and buried in the valley of sin, when I knew at that time that Daniel and I were different. The sturdy building that I had occupied for the past month, was now clearly visible in plain sight. I smiled, could set foot in this house again.
