Arriving at the hospital, Rania and Beni are shown the way to the ICU room. Rania's heart ached hearing the ICU word.

~What happened? Why is he at the restaurant? Why did he burn?~ said his heart is getting more agitated.

The closer to the ICU room, Rania's steps are getting slower. He swallowed and wiped his tears. It looks like Vero is waiting there with Arumi.

Arumi sees Rania then welcomes her with hugs and tears. Rania rubbed Arumi's back which was very sensitive and easy to cry.

"I can't see how he is, he's...." Arumi is powerless to say Nuri's condition.

Vero hugged Rania and rubbed her hair.

"You want to come in?" ask Vero.

Rania nodded. He was escorted by Vero to see the nurse for permission to see the state of Nuri. But the sisters only allowed them to see from behind the glass. Rania looked at Nuri whose face up to her chest was wrapped in bandages. She was crying while hiding on her brother's back. Vero continued to wipe Rania's arm.

Rania looked at Nuri with guilt for letting her down when they met again. Now he doesn't know what to do.

Rania and Vero leave the ICU. Beni is still waiting with Arumi. Rania says goodbye to her sister and she'll be back by night. He will accompany Nuri.

Beni is surprised by Vero's remark, thinking that Vero has not known about Rania and Bondan's match. He just smiled and nodded.

Beni drove Rania back to Ruby's house, while on the way trying to make Rania stop sad and smile back.

After taking Rania, Beni leaves for the office. Bondan at work gets word from his secretary that Beni has just arrived. He immediately met Beni into his room. After knocking, Bondan came in and folded his hands on his chest while looking at Beni.

"Why late? We've talked about an important meeting this morning" Bondan said with an angry face.

Beni glanced, she pinched her lips from forgetting. Then he thought, what to say. Rania told me not to tell Bondan, because she doesn't know about Rania's real life yet.

"We have agreed, the most important thing is the happiness of Rania. I hope you can be professional in this job. Because this company is too big to be handled by one person. So..stop contemplating" said Bondan who immediately interjected without wanting to hear Beni's explanation.

Beni sighed then nodded.

"I'm sorry!" her word.

"After seeing the file on your desk, come to my room. We have to do Zoom with some managers in Australia" Bondan said.

"okay!" answer Beni.

He immediately opened the file in front of him.

Rania could not think, she only remembered the bandage that wrapped Nuri's wound.

"The wound was almost 50%, fortunately only part of the face was injured. But he will have difficulty speaking because in addition to the burn there is a strong pressure mark on the neck and makes his vocal cords swollen due to pressure long enough"

Said the doctor who handled Nuri.

"What happened to Nuri? Only you can explain everything" Rania muttered.

A phone call wakes Rania from her daydream. Bondan called her. Rania's eyes widened thinking that Beni said everything. Nervously he put a cell phone in his ear.

"Hallo!" rania.

"okay!" answer Rania.

"I love you!" bondan.

"Yes!" answer Rania.

"Hey..why just yes? Reply again I love you!" pinta Bondan with spoiled.

Rania swallowed her saliva and tried to say it.

"Aye.....Come on. I'm not used to it!" lamented Rania.

Bondan smile.

"All right! I'll wait until you can say I love you with me" Bondan said.

"Yes!" answer Rania briefly.

Bondan felt something strange about Rania's tone of voice. He was curious and asked.

"What's wrong? Why is your voice so sad?" ask Bondan.

"It's okay, it's just that my friend Nuri is sick. So I'm a little worried about the situation" replied Rania.

"Then think of someone else. Yeah, I'll take you to see him tonight. Don't be late at the restaurant, my dear! Hmmuah!" said Bondan

Rania rounded her eyes, Bondan hung up the phone without hearing Rania answer.

"How could he drive her to the hospital, what....I really have to say it now?" rania Gumam.

Dila saw all the traces of fire, Yudi helped the others clean up. Some police came to say the results of the examination they had done.

Usually he calls Vero with Pak or Vero when angry.

"Of course we're getting married, who else am I gonna marry? The whole world knows, right? Dila Aryani Subagja" said Yudi.

Dila smiled, but her heart was a little riled up. What if Yudi finds out that Rania is her twin sister.
