Bondan's turn in, his eyes could not help but cry as he stared at the woman he loved so much lying with all the tools attached to his nose and body. Bondan's hand slowly held Rania's hand and stroked it onto her cheek.

"You remember, we were met twice on that road. At the first meeting, I liked your passion, but I made a big mistake by asking you to be someone else for my obsession. The second time, we met and I'm still in love with your face, your smile, your spirit. Until now I still love you. Loves you so much. I'm used to seeing and living with you. So you know what you're supposed to do? Please stay, stay healthy again! Don't you want to go to Sidney with me? We also have to prepare the twins so that the needs are complete"

Bondan was silent, Rania was still motionless. Only the sound of tools attached to Rania's body was heard accompanying her tears.

"All right, I'm going out. You rest yes, I'll come back" said Bondan.

Everyone looked at him as he came out. Bondan tried to smile but his heart was too hurt to see Rania not respond at all.

Until nightfall, no one comes home except Arumi who should not be tired. Vero drove her home and returned to the hospital after changing clothes.

Bondan and Vera are waiting in front of the ICU. Others were waiting in the lobby and the car.

The sound of the engine mounted on Rania's body, sounded faster than the ICU room. Bu Vera stood up and approached, her eyes starting to cry staring at the thing she was afraid of.

Bondan looked at the Doctor and the nurse who ran into the ICU room. His chest began to feel tight, his eyes and nose felt hot. His breathing began to pant holding back the sobbing sedu sedan he kept holding.

The doctor looks into Rania's eyes that do not respond when illuminated from his flashlight. Vera's mother sits limp, Bondan tries to hold her back, but she also feels limp.

The doctor came out, his eyes looking at Bondan and Bu Vera alternating with his sad face. He shook his head, he himself could not say that Rania was dead.

The newly arrived Vero instantly grabbed his white coat collar and stared with his red eyes.

"Tell me she's okay. My sister, it's fine" Vero said with tears in his eyes.

Doctor Marcel just lowered his face. Vero limped, his hand slowly removing the grip on Doctor Marcel's collar.

Meanwhile, Bondan walks slowly towards the ICU room. His hand rubbed Rania's face and kissed her.

"I love you, I love you so much" she said, kissing her cold hands for the last time.

Bu Vera came after and hugged Rania's already stiff body. Her cries broke, much regret she felt.

Before long, the others came from downstairs. No one did not cry, especially seeing Vero sitting down crying hysterically calling Rania's name several times.

Dila hugged her sister from behind. Nuri hid behind Fajri and cried on his back. While Adit came in with a stern look at his brother. He wants to make sure they are wrong.

"Sister, they're crying thinking you're gone" Adit looked out.

He turned his eyes to Rania because there was no answer.

"Sister, I told you that you're very ugly if you keep sleeping. Get up, brother, you've never been on a plane I've been on. Wake up! Now we're leaving"

Rania's hand was pulled, but Adit became silent as he felt his brother's hand so cold.

"How can you fly if your hands are this cold, brother, how?"

Aditya sat down on the side of the bed. Their grief becomes a sad spectacle for those around them. They also cry.

In the baby's room.

"Sir, sorry. Please do not take photos or videos!" said it.

Yudi's face looked disappointed. But his gaze turned to Dila who was walking slowly closer to him.

"Crazy! Here, quick! You can see them from here. Look at! They're still very small. But the doctor said they would survive in the incubator. I'll take care of her while Rania's not conscious. He must be happy to see them"

Yudi continued to talk without looking at Dila's sad face and continued to wipe her tears.

"Rania is gone" said Dila.

Yudi fell silent, his eyes still staring at his two sons.

"He can't see his kids. He's gone"

Dila's cry broke again although slightly held with both hands so as not to disturb the baby's room.

"So you're right? Everything that you and the doctor were afraid of happened. She left after giving birth" Yudi said without looking at Dila.

Dila could only cry. With no words spoken, the two of them silently looked at the Rania children with eyes that were crying silently.

Yudi approached Rania's bed. His body was covered in white cloth. Yudi opened it slowly. He looked at Rania's pale face with perfectly closed eyes.

Yudi's hand slowly touched Rania's hand. A woman who was once a sweet part of her life.

The shadow as Rania declares her love to him in front of everyone. As Rania throws the frying pan out of surprise by her scream.

She recalled the time when Rania needed her embrace so much as her mother threw a glass at her and injured her forehead. The face of Rania who was very close to him was still the same. It was still the same Rania that he had compressed his forehead.

Yudi cried too as she remembered she couldn't hold back Rania who said that she would go far away. Yudi bit her lips regretting her silence back then.

Then he smiled as he remembered Rania who invited him to speak before Dila's graduation ceremony was held. Talk about a family that is ultimately the last choice of a person's life.

But she cried again when the shadow of Rania who had slept with her. Yudi rubbed his face.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry Rania"

Only those words were spoken. Vero who was originally about to throw him out of there became speechless hearing Yudi just say the word "sorry" while crying bitterly.

Meanwhile, Arumi was stroking her stomach while crying but refrained from getting too late in her grief.
