Yudi ran in the hospital hallway, his steps clasped with breaths that clearly sounded loud. Bondan who was sitting in the operating waiting room looked at him, then stood up.

Vero also stood up, he was about to expel Yudi from there. Bondan's hand held him.

"Let's go, he's also their father" Bondan said.

Vero sighed loudly, he walked away and turned his back on Yudi's arrival. He refused to see Yudi's face. Fear cannot control itself from wanting to beat him.

"Are they okay?" ask Yudi with a flat-chested flower.

"The doctor had to pick up the babies. He's having a cesarean section" Bondan replied.

Yudi looked at Bondan's puffy eyes, there was blood on the hands of his suit.

"What blood is in your hands?" ask Yudi.

Bondan looked at his arm. He recalled Rania's face as she lay limp on his arm.

"Blood coming out of his nose" Bondan replied with his eyes closed for a moment.

Yudi was eager to find out what was really going on. But seeing Bondan's face, he undoes his intentions. He does not want Bondan to return sad and show how much love for Rania.

Yudi leaned against the wall, he waited. Vero was still staring at the door still reluctantly staring at Yudi. Bondan sits down and prays for Rania's safety.

Waiting is the most annoying job. Especially when you're in turmoil and the fear of loss.

Rania is not just a princess to Bu Vera. During her life with him, she always performed her duties as the eldest daughter well. Helping Vera even though she never got affection from her foster mother. He was able to break through the hardness of the stone in Vera's heart, with all the sacrifices he made. Dila sat staring at the hospital building, Nuri invited her to enter the car because the day was starting to be very hot. He was afraid that Dila had fainted because they had not eaten yet.

"Dil, get in the car! The others are also waiting in the car" Nuri invited.

Dila thought, Nuri's words have a point. If he fainted, everyone would panic. Dila decided to obey and finally got into the car and ate.

A few mouthfuls of Dila eating, she started crying again. Recalling the food bribes he had received from Rania.

"Why?" ask Nuri.

"Why do I remember when Rania bribed me? Why do I feel like I'm going to lose her forever?" said Dila while crying.

Nuri hugged her, she rubbed her back slowly.

The whining is heard by Vera and Adit. Adit clasped Vera's hand crying at Dila's words. Vera also felt it was too late because she realized her mistake that always distinguishes Rania from Adit.

The nurse came and told Vero that the operation was over.

"The operation is complete sir, the two babies are transferred to the nursery from the north door, to be put into the incubator. But the baby's mother had to be taken to the ICU. Soon the doctor will be here to explain" said the nurse.

Vero nodded loudly. Her crying came back out because she heard that Rania had to be taken to the ICU room. That means he's not doing well enough after the operation.

Bondan walks into the ICU room, wanting to see Rania immediately. In the hope that his love will last and live a long life. Until he can live a happy life with her.

Vero catches up with Bondan, with eyes not looking at Yudi in the least.

Yudi stared at their departure towards the ICU room. Then look towards the baby's incubation room. Her heart also wanted to see Rania. It is undeniable that he still loves Rania and is afraid of loss. But he has to choose. Now there are many who see Rania. While their babies are not. Yudi decided to sit in wait near the baby room.

Vero came out of the hospital to tell the others if he wanted to see Rania in the ICU room. The first person to really hope is Ms. Vera. Vero takes her and shows her to the ICU room.

When Vera arrives, Marcel's doctor gives her permission to enter and see her condition up close. Vero and Bondan rounded his eyes. They have not been given that opportunity since.

Marcel left after Bu Vera could get in. But Bondan held him back.

"What does that mean? Why did Vera come in and I didn't give you a chance?" asked Bondan with her red eyes.

Marcel looked down.

"You can also see him after this, I think others should be told as well" Marcel said slowly.

"I don't understand what you mean, tell me clearly what you mean Marcel!"

Bondan pulls Marcel's collar and almost punches him in the face with a raw bogem. But luckily Dila came early until that didn't happen.

"Stop Bondan, what the hell is this? This is the hospital, Rania is in the ICU and you're gonna beat up the doctor who handled it?"

Dila's voice was slow, but firm to be able to make Bondan take off his grip.

"He treated Rania as if this was his last moment" Bondan said with his eyes lowered.

"You still want to deny that? Aren't you able to read it from Rania's condition as long as you're with her? How long will you reject this reality? I also feel very sick Bondan, I feel much more pain because I always misunderstand him. I ran out of time with her because of all my ugly thoughts. But if we can't be willing by her circumstances, Rania will be much more tormented"

Dila tries to calm Bondan down. Also trying to make Bondan can accept the reality.

Bondan sits down, Adit and Nuri see him. They have begun to be affected by Bondan's sad face and think Rania is gone.

But Dila who saw them coming, immediately approached and told them to enter one by one.

Everyone gets a turn to go in and see Rania. None of them cried when they came out of the ICU.
