Rania checked back, this time the examination continued for longer. Bondan, Vero and Bu Vera waited anxiously. Although Rania's attitude began to stabilize after Bondan returned, but fear still enveloped in their hearts.

Bondan saw them, he stood up and approached them.

"I just want to know my son's situation. Why do you forbid me, everyone will also understand and will not forbid a father who wants to know the state of his son" Yudi kekeh.

Vero pulled the collar off his shirt. Bondan held Vero's hand.

"Hey, this is a hospital. Control yourself, if Rania sees, she must be sad" said Bondan.

Yudi threw Dila's hand while they were still at the door. Dila looked at him, she took back Yudi's hand and pulled him back into the car park. Yudi can't fight anymore.

Arriving near his car, Dila hit Yudi's hand.

"What the fuck, you pull me out!" yudi shouted with regret.

Dila sighed as she turned her eyes the other way.

"Can you hold back a little?" ask Dila.

"Dil, I'm just standing there. Just want to hear how Rania's content is. I must have left without bothering you. Your brother is excessive and arbitrarily evicted me" Yudi expressed his frustration.

Dila thought Yudi's words had a point. Vero is overdone and overprotects Rania. But he still has to keep Yudi away from Vero.

~You've turned into a more mature Dil, while I? Vero deserves to think not to trust Rania to me, I still continue to hustle uncontrollably~ said Yudi's heart.

Dila walked into the hospital, then stopped in a quiet hallway. His hand squeezed his chest, his eyes closed slightly crying. His body leaned against the wall, he began to sit down.

The nurse led Rania out of the examination room. Bondan, Vero, Dila and Bu Vera stood up to greet him.

While Bondan and Bu Vera also Dila entered to listen to the doctor's explanation.

"Yes, please sit down. I know you guys must be curious about what's going on" said the doctor.

Everyone sat and waited.

"This is the result of the USG. Congratulations, Rania is pregnant with twin sons" said the doctor.

Everyone smiled, Dila recorded the results of her USG.

"However, Rania's condition is getting worse" continued the Doctor.

His words made their smiles disappear instantly.

"meaning?" ask Vero.

"This disease is a congenital disease since he was a baby. We matched the medical records you told us before. His physique was getting weaker, moreover he had to channel all the nutrients to his two fetuses. Rania is very well trying to regulate her mental and physical so that her womb is fine" explained Doctor.

She showed footage of Rania being given psychological therapy while she was naturally asleep.

Marcel shows the follow-up to the recording when Rania gets a question from Cintya. Dila gaped in disbelief, her cries began to break again. Marvin looked down and was sad to see Dila, as Rania's twin had to see and hear all that.

Dila came out of Marcel's room by continuing to wipe his tears to make him invisible to others. He adjusted his breathing then walked towards Rania's room.

But Yudi who was waiting for him impatiently and entered back unseen by Vero, pulled his arm and led him to the emergency exit stairs.

Dila looked at Yudi then came back crying. He couldn't stand it, there was nothing he could talk to. Dila hugged Yudi tightly then cried bitterly in her arms.

Yudi was astonished by Dila's attitude, but he let her cry for a while. Meanwhile Yudi prepared with all the possibilities that happened.

Dila Long cried without a word. Yudi tried asking in a soft voice.

"What's going on?" tanyakanya.

When she woke up, she stopped crying and took off her embrace. Rubbing her tears, Dila shook her head.

"No, I'm too happy. Congratulations, you have two twin sons" Dila said.

Yudi smiled in relief, she hugged Dila happily. Dila wanted to cry again, but she had to hold everything back, given Marcel's remark that she should be able to explain Rania's situation slowly to the others.

"Congratulations!" say Dila again.
