Dila screamed calling Rania's name. She fell just like that as Nuri was wiping her out after coming out of the room. Bondan, who was standing waiting for him, caught him. Everyone was shocked and started to swarm them.

Bondan silently stared at the body of the woman he loved drooping on his lap. His nose was bleeding, his body was cold. He could not help the crying that came out of his eyes.

Nuri hugged her son and covered her ears so as not to panic at hearing Dila hysterical. Fajri called an ambulance.

Vero walked slowly towards them. He knelt down to look at Rania whose nose kept on rubbing Bondan. Vero grabbed the hand of the sister he loved so much.

"Wake up baby, your dream of marrying Bondan will soon be realized. Hurry, the deal's about to start"

Vero's cry broke as he kissed Rania's cold hand.

Arumi held onto a chair and slowly sat down, she adjusted her breathing to keep her calm looking at the scene. She wanted to come and calm her husband. But his knees became weak and seemed unable to walk anymore.

Bu Vera, Bu Yuni and Pak Nurdin who had been looking at Rania, tried to calm Dila who was still crying hysterically.

Shortly thereafter an ambulance arrived, with Rania being slowly taken to the hospital. Vero's car, Fajri's following them from behind. Bondan and Vera get into the ambulance with Rania.

"Shut up, don't keep pretending. This is what you want!" ketus Vero on Dila who is still crying.

Dila closed her eyes in annoyance with Vero's words. But the worry for Rania covered her frustration. He's silent not against Vero.

While Vero continued to talk, Arumi began to get annoyed and hit Vero's arm hard.

"www......!" exclaim Vero in pain.

"Shut up or me and Dila down on the street!" arumi Ancam.

Vero sighed in surrender, though his heart was still upset and wanted to say everything he had in mind to Dila.

A few moments the car became quiet. Dila began to speak breaking the silence.

"Marcel said Rania couldn't survive until she gave birth to her children"

Arumi turned her head, she looked at Dila and felt relieved she finally said everything even though it was too late. Vero stared at him through the rearview mirror.

"What do you mean?" ask Vero who doesn't understand.

"After you guys came out, Doctor Marcel asked me to stay and tell you everything. She said Rania felt as if conceiving the twins was her last assignment. But the condition of her body will not be able to reach 9 months of pregnancy. So I recommend marrying them now. Although on the other hand, I feel that I have immersed Bondan in the destruction of his heart. Especially if she's left to go to Rania"

Vero turned his gaze forward. He had already wrongly guessed over Dila's attitude. He is also in trouble in handling the factory, so it is always sensitive if there are other people's attitudes that are beyond his wishes.

"Hopefully all the doctor's allegations are not true" Arumi said.

Arumi's words made Dila and Vero dampen his anger and emotions.

Arriving at the hospital, Marcel was waiting in the emergency room. Dila gave it to him through a message while on the way. He who is still at home, immediately came to the house and also contacted the doctor who also handled the case of Rania.

Rania was taken to the examination room and received treatment from several doctors. Vero looked at Adit and held his hand.

"A lot of doctors, what's so bad?" ask Miss Vera.

When he looked down, he felt guilty for not telling the truth.

"Mother calm down, doain aja kak Rania. I'm also very worried. But, now what Nia needs is a prayer from all of us" said Adit.

A nurse came to look at everyone who came into the emergency room.

"Sorry mom, you can wait outside! Who's waiting for his guardians only!" pinta sisters.

Adit takes his mother out, everyone's out except Vero and Bondan.

"His baby baby baby should be spared right now" Marcel said after a moment of silence.

"Operation fault?" said Bondan while making sure.

"Hmmm, yes. I need his family's approval" Marcel said.

Vero rubbed his face, he sighed with tears flowing.

"What if the baby is born, he'll get better?" ask Vero.

"Dila said, Rania considers her pregnancy her last duty. He could hold on for another two months for that. At 7 months, let her do her last job for the next two months. If his son was born now, he's..."

"Rania's condition is no longer possible to contain them longer. It will affect the fetus, they can also die" explained Marcel broke the desire and selfishness of Vero.

Vero was sitting limp, he just wanted Rania to live longer. But Rania's wish is to save her baby. Vero cried.

Bondan looked towards the door of the examination room.

"May I accompany him during the operation?" ask Bondan.

Marcel asks Vero to sign an operating-action agreement for Rania. They went to his room. With a heavy heart, Vero finally agreed with all the actions that will be done by the doctor with the hope, not only the babies who survived, but also with Rania.

Dila rounded her eyes looking at the message Bondan had sent her.

"What's Dil? What's the message?" ask Arumi worried.

Dila looked at Arumi, she swallowed her saliva then said what message from Bondan.

"Rania will be cesarean, they will save the baby first" Dila said stammeredly.

Ms. Vera sobbed, she recalled all of Rania's behavior before this day.

Rania looked at her stomach then stroked it slowly. Vera looked at it, then approached out of curiosity as to what Rania was thinking while doing it. Moreover, in those few days, Rania had always been spoiled like a child.

"Why? They kick? They must be very happy, because you are always happy" said Vera.

"Can they live without me? Can they survive like me? Will their health not be compromised because I'm enduring all this pain?" he said without looking at Vera.

Vera shed her tears and then closed her mouth in disbelief that Rania would say all that. Then Rania looked at Vera with a plain face.

"Mother, I'm eating. It feels hungry to endure the pain inside here" pointed Rania at her head.

Vera couldn't stand it, she went straight to the kitchen and cried bitterly over there.

Now her fear of losing Rania is getting bigger and plastered in front of her eyes. Adit continued to rub his mother's back, even though he was very sad to see the condition of his brother who was very dear to him.

"Hopefully everything can go smoothly, everything can be gathered again at home. I never liked the smell of the hospital" said Mr. Nurdin, wiping his own tears.

No one spoke anymore, they all waited as they prayed for the safety of Rania and her two babies.
