Jessika's Nonsense (POV Laila)

"La? Laila?"

I was shocked when Jessika's cold hand touched my skin. Immediately, the connection between my eyes and Erlan was cut off.

My eyes immediately turned towards Jessika.

"Hmm?" Ask me confused.

"What the hell are you looking at?" Jessika asked who took a glance towards the position Erlan was in. And, somehow I don't want to make Jessika know with Erlan's appearance at the door. So that I rushed her arm and pulled her to a place that was a bit more people.

I thought, maybe the existence of the two of us will be more hidden from Erlan's eyes.

After arriving at a more crowded place, only then could I breathe a sigh of relief. But the next moment I realized what I was doing.

I saw Jessika who was looking at me with a confused look. He thought I must be very strange. Because after the distance that I showed almost from the beginning we met, I suddenly finished with my familiar attitude just a moment ago.

"Jessika is forbidden to eat cake with her Mami, La. He said it could make his body fat," Arline explained.

A second later, Jessika answered my question.

"But Mami was afraid that Jess would be boboho again. So it's been a long time Jess did not eat cake," said Jessika with a sad look staring at the pieces of cake in her hands.

"Huh?" Again I was confused by Jessika's words. And Arline reappeared as a clarifier of all.

"When we were little, Jessika did have a rather fat body, La. So Mami Anna also started telling Jess to diet" Arline explained.

For a while, the atmosphere went back to silence between my conversation, Arline and Jessika.

Just a few seconds later, Jessika spoke again.

"Oh yes, so remember. You said you broke up. You mean you're broken up now with Erlan, La?" Ask Jessika suddenly.

This time, Arline did not have time to cover my mouth from speaking. Because it was a little further in front of me.

"Yes. Erlan and I have broken up" I said casually.

I caught a look of annoyance in Arline's eyes. It seems he doesn't like it if I spread about my break-up relationship with Erlan. Especially to Jessie. I don't know for what reason.

My gaze returned to Jessika who was now staring at me with a twinkle filled look.

"Then, I can go after Erlan again huh, La? You won't be angry, will you?" Jessika asked with her brilliant smile.

"You still like Erlan, Jess?" Ask me to the point.

And I looked at Arline with a resigned look.
