LOVE NARA

LOVE NARA
86 STOPOVER OF LOVE

Yoga keeps smiling looking at Nara's phone screen, where it looks like Raga is starting to fall asleep on her grandmother's lap. Before closing her call, Nara gave time to Yoga who wanted to talk to Father and Mother.

"I'm sorry for all my mistakes and I leave Nara and Raga to Mom and Dad. Forgive me for not being able to take much longer to look after and make them both happy."

Instantly a haru atmosphere was created in the Yoga treatment room and in the private rooms in their homes. While continuing to hold her phone, Nara's face had been soaked by the rushing tears streaming down the river on her cheeks.

Not much to say from across the line. Just a thread of prayer and passion that he addressed for the son-in-law.

After that, Nara paused and closed the call. He put his phone back on the table then sat down on the chair right next to the Yoga bed.

Their hands had returned to clasping each other tightly with an increasingly twisted mood.

I don't know how much longer they have to be together, because Yoga has started to feel something uncomfortable in his chest, but he keeps holding it back and hiding it from Nara.

Suddenly the door of the room opened and entered Doctor Danu accompanied by a nurse carrying a small tray containing several types of drugs and medical equipment, which seemed to be about to be injected into the body of Yoga.

Unbeknownst to them, Doctor Danu has been told by the nurse assigned to stand guard outside the room if Yoga is conscious and talking to his wife.

Finally, the doctor chose to monitor the condition of Yoga from a small glass circle in the middle of the door, without wanting to interfere with the time of togetherness of the two.

But when he had just seen a change in the face of Yoga that began to hold something back, Doctor Danu immediately went in to examine his special patient, after previously asking the nurse to prepare some necessary medicine.

"Sorry to bother you, but I have to check the condition of Yoga first. Nara, you can wait a minute outside." Doctor Danu's words sounded firm and did not want to be denied.

With a heavy heart Nara immediately stood up and let go of their hands. His clear eyes looked at the face of Yoga who tried to keep showing his smile and nodded to his wife.

"I'm out first ...."

Nara took her phone from the table and stepped out leaving Yoga still staring at her disappearance.

Nara sat restlessly in front of the Yoga room. I don't know why he felt so uncomfortable as if he was feeling the pain of Yoga in there.

From the end of the hall, two people walked towards Nara, to the Yoga treatment room, having previously spoken to a Yoga family bodyguard who was standing guard there.

"Rb ...." Call them together which makes Nara immediately raise her face to see who comes near her.

Alan and Sasha were already standing not far from Nara who looked surprised by the arrival of the two of them.

"How is Yoga now? I'm sorry we just came to see him." Alan deliberately did not extend his hand, only greeting Nara and still holding the left hand of his future wife.

Sasha reached out her right hand and greeted Nara with a faint smile on her face that still looked uneasy.

"He's fine. Just tired." Nara covered the true state of them.

"Please sit. The doctor is examining my husband in there."

Nara pointed at the long, empty bench next to her. Looks a little awkward among the three, but Nara who only thinks about her husband tries to remain normal in front of the pair of soon-to-be married bride.

"Yes, congratulations on your wedding plans. May Allah make it easy and launch all your good intentions until the wedding day arrives."

With a sincere smile on her lips, Nara looked at Sasha without wanting to look towards Alan who was sitting next to his future wife.

Not because there was a sense left in his heart for Alan, but Nara tried to act ordinary to keep Sasha feeling.

His love for Alan had been he brushed from his heart and soul. There was no longer that beautiful vibe in his heart. There was no sadness for the separation between them.

Everything about Alan and his past feelings he had buried deeply and would only become a memory in his heart.

Not to be lamented with sadness, but only to be remembered as part of the journey of life that he must go through to his true happiness now, namely with Yoga and Raga, despite the fact Yoga will soon leave her.

"Thank you, Ra. The same prayer from us, may your marriage last forever, until death do us part."

Sasha's last sentence was like a hammer blow that hit Nara's heart so hard that it was able to tear down her belief in the healing of Yoga.

Until death separates .., although Sasha said it without any intention other than sincere prayer in general, but not so for Nara.

The sentence is like a time bomb that will soon explode and destroy his life, because death is indeed approaching and preparing to take Yoga away from him forever.

"Can I see Yoga for a minute? I'd like to present our wedding invitation directly to him." Alan asks Nara's permission to see her husband.

"I'm sorry, but the Doctor forbids Yoga from meeting anyone. He needs a lot of time to recover his condition."

Alan looked at Sasha as if he was compromising. Finally after Sasha nodded, Alan spoke again.

"Then we hand you this invitation, Ra. Please tell Yoga if we wait for your presence at our wedding."

Alan gave the invitation he held to Sasha to give to Nara who was sitting next to his future wife.

Nara accepted it without wanting to read it because she had already heard it from Ardi and Yoga talk the other day. He just nodded and smiled at Sasha.

Soon, the two of them stood up and said goodbye to Nara. Nara followed the two up and shook hands with Sasha.

Sasha stepped out ahead of her future husband. He gives Alan a chance to talk to Nara.

In fact, Alan immediately turned around and caught up with Sasha who had already passed a few steps in front of him.

"Leon ...."

Nara's voice that deliberately called out to him loudly, stopping Alan and Sasha's steps. He didn't want Sasha to misunderstand him.

Within the distance of each step, Alan and Sasha turned their heads towards Nara. Nara smiles at Sasha before saying what she wants to say to Alan to relieve her heart.

"Yes, Ra?" Alan looked at her and waited.

"May you both be happy forever. And never lie among you, as you have done to me."

Nara said quietly so that Sasha would not hear it this time.

"What do you mean, Ra?" Alan's face changed. She was surprised Nara said such a sentence.

"Love Sasha with all your heart and soul. Take care and be happy always. Never let go of it again."

"He is your first love and your last love, which God destined to be yours. It's not me who's been your love stopover and you acknowledge it as your first love."

Relieved for Nara's heart after saying it directly in front of Alan, who once claimed to love her as much as she loved the man.

Unlike the case with Alan who is increasingly surprised by Nara's words which mean that the woman has known the past that she used to hide.

"Ra, I ...."

"No need to explain anything anymore. It's all over. Go awayl. Your future wife is waiting."

Nara looked towards Sasha who was waiting not far from Alan and then threw a smile at the woman. Sasha looked at him and returned her smile.

"I'm sorry, Ra."

Next Alan chose silence and immediately left with guilt in his heart.

It's not that he wanted to lie to Nara. Only for him at that time, Sasha was a memory of adolescence and they had never revealed each other's feelings before, so Alan chose to forget and consider it only monkey love.

Nara continued to show her smile until the couple disappeared at the end of the hall. In a soft sigh, he said something that made him feel calmer amidst the fear that struck his heart and soul.

"Thank you for teaching me one more thing from our past. That a relationship that begins with the slightest lie will not end in happiness."

"And I will not do it in my relationship with Yoga, because I want us to start this new relationship with honesty and sincerity with each other, so that happiness always accompanies our journey of love."

"Although it may be only a short time we have, but I want us both to feel the most beautiful happiness, in the rest of the time that God still entrusts us to go through together, before He takes Yoga from my side ...!
