"In, I'm going home first. I'm sorry I can't stay here any longer, because I have an operation scheduled tomorrow morning."
Accompanied by Rendy, Alya said goodbye to Ardi who still looks very moody and bitter. The man only nodded his head to answer Alya's words standing before him.
"Thank you." That was all he could say without changing the look on his face.
Alya cupped her hands together in front of her chest as a farewell greeting. Rendy follows after, with Yoga who will take Nara home to rest after a day at Ardi's house.
After paying their respects to Ardi's parents and in-laws, they went out to the front door.
But when stepping on the veranda floor, there was a loud cry of Aura who woke up from her afternoon sleep after being bathed earlier.
"Aaa .. bu-bu .. aaaa ...."
Repeatedly the cry sounded as if he was looking for the existence of the mother who had left and would not return again.
"Bu-bu .. aaaa .. bu-bu ...."
Ardi, who had taken his guests out, stopped his steps and turned back. He saw Aura who was still crying with a voice that was getting louder in his grandmother's arms.
Yoga and others also stopped and witnessed Ardi's efforts to calm the little princess who was already in his arms.
"Ssttt ..., what's up, honey? Aura thirsty, huh? Drink milk with Daddy, son"
The man received a bottle of milk from his mother and tried to put the tip of the pacifier into the baby's tiny mouth. But Aura still roared and rejected the milk bottle with her hands until it almost fell to the floor.
Ardi let out a long sigh and continued to try to persuade Aura, but the fussy baby still cried a mouthful.
Nara releases her handrails from Yoga and approaches Ardi, who is already sitting down, overwhelmed to calm her daughter down.
"Let me try, Doctor."
Ardi handed Aura to Nara, who was seated, while Ardi stood up from beside Nara.
"Aura good boy, don't cry on, honey. Later I will be sad, Mother too. So now, Aura drinks her milk first, yeah."
Unexpectedly, the usually calm Aura every time with Nara, this time behaving the opposite. The tiny baby kept crying and kept whining with language that was still elusive. Only occasionally could he be heard calling bubu, one of the words he had already spoken more clearly.
Yoga was a bit of a worry because Aura started to wriggle in the lap of the wife and kick her big belly. Another case of Nara who does not care and still try to persuade the baby by holding him in a position held up.
Seeing Nara as difficult as Ardi, plus the fear of something happening to her womb, Alya immediately approached her best friend and brought Aura into her arms.
"Sstt .., Aura don't fuss, dear. The aura of a good child, a beautiful child, a dull child, a beautiful child Father and Mother. Drink the milk first, son ...."
All immediately gasped, as they watched the tiny baby stop his crying and looked at Alya with an observing look.
Slowly Alya sat beside Nara, holding Aura in the comfortable position possible and then gave the bottle of milk he had held to drink Aura.
The baby behaved sweetly by sitting quietly on Alya's lap, finishing the milk in his bottle while continuing to stare at the face of the hijab-wearing woman in front of him.
Occasionally there was a smile on Aura's face that began to calm down and withered by Alya's touch. Gradually the beautiful baby began to close her pair of beautiful round eyes.
"Be a good boy and don't trouble your father, son. We will always pray for you from afar. You two must have been able to go through these difficult times and create new happiness afterwards."
Fifteen minutes later, the originally fussy and unsettled baby has returned to sleep in Alya's arms. All breathed a sigh of relief as the atmosphere was well conditioned again, at least for a while.
Alya asked permission to lay Aura in her room. Delivered by her mother Ardi, Alya went in and laid the beautiful baby on the bed.
"Goodbye, good boy. We all love you."
Alya smiled and gave a final kiss on both Aura's cheeks and forehead. He wiped the head of the little-haired baby curls while chanting sincere prayers in the heart.
After chatting for a while and repeating the farewell with her mother Ardi, Alya went out to immediately leave for the airport, chasing the scheduled departure of the plane that had been booked tickets.
"Al ..." call Ardi before Alya and Rendy get into the car that Yoga has prepared to deliver the two.
Alya turned her head and looked towards Ardi.
Alya nodded and hurriedly lowered her head then got into the car followed by Rendy. The woman was powerless to return Ardi's bitter gaze which was still full of sadness.
"May you be well, Di. You two will be fine!" Alya convinces herself to expel her concerns about the condition of Ardi and her little daughter.
Not only himself, everyone would definitely have the same feeling when seeing how lost the man was so that he seemed so devastated and weakly helpless.
Following the departure of Alya and Rendy, Yoga invites Nara into the car that will be driven by Mr. Budi, after conveying to Ardi that he will return during a prayer event together tonight.
"Mas, will Doctor Ardi and Aura be okay? I can't bear to see them ...."
Nara settles down in her husband's warm embrace. His head rests comfortably on top of the chest Yoga which always calms the heart. Occasionally flashed the shadow of Aura, a beautiful little baby who now has the status of an orphan.
"They're gonna be fine, honey. We will always pray and accompany them through this time of mourning."
Yoga kissed the head of the wife while tightening her arms without ignoring Nara's distended stomach which was getting bigger.
With one hand loose, he touched and stroked the surface of the abdomen affectionately and offered a prayer of salvation and kindness for his second child-to-be.
"Who would have thought, the flower would have gone this fast. In just one month, the happy life of Ardi's small family suddenly changed and was filled with sadness that was inversely proportional to the previous condition."
Nara closed her clear eyes that felt very tired after a day of continuous tears. The woman began to stumble while listening to the husband's story.
"The destiny of man no one knows. Just like me, who was almost desperate with an illness that suddenly came attacking me back."
Yoga recalls the worst times that almost took his life as experienced by Bunga.
"I'm so grateful, God still gives me the opportunity to live longer and enjoy happiness with the woman I love so much, you, dear ...."
Yoga looked down and smiled looking at Nara who was already asleep in her arms.
"I love you so much, baby. Forever ...."
