LOVE NARA

LOVE NARA
286. NOT WANTING TO LOSE

One month passed, now Alya can walk normally without any aids at all, although the movement is still limited and must be done carefully.

During that time, almost every day Rendy always accompanied him faithfully, even though only doing routine activities home and away from the hospital to the clinic and vice versa.

Sometimes he invited Alya to lunch in the cafeteria, along with some of their colleagues in the same hospital. They spend their rest time with a warm chat around daily small talk.

The simple routine activity actually made Alya think back to his closeness with Rendy, before he began to keep his distance after twice rejecting the proposal from the bone doctor.

The care and affection that was always shown by the humble man, made Alya always admire the man's attitude, although he could never touch his heart until this moment.

"I'm sorry that I still haven't been able to open my heart to you, Ren. To be honest I'm beginning to hope for our togetherness, but somehow my heart still finds it hard to accept your presence."

Alya watched Rendy who was enjoying lunch in front of her, while she had already eaten before the bone doctor caught up with her.

Rendy had just finished surgery on one of her patients, so Alya who wanted to be delivered to the clinic chose to wait while eating lunch first in the hospital canteen.

"If you're tired, there's no need to drive me, Ren. I can book a taxi online, so you can rest here."

Rendy's facial sharpener does look exhausted after performing surgery that takes a long time.

But for the sake of the woman he loved so much, he ignored his fatigue and still wanted to take Alya to the clinic.

The man shook his head while finishing his last mouthful. After that he finished the water and closed his lunch by looking at Alya's face which hurriedly shifted his gaze when he met with the bone doctor's shady eyes.

"I'm fine, Al. It's common for me. Just like you are."

Alya finished her drink and got out of the chair to pay for their lunch order. But with a reflex move, Rendy's hand stretched forward and held Alya's step so that the woman stopped to avoid touching the man's hand on her body.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry." Rendy stood up and pulled her hand back.

"You wait here. Let me go to the cashier."

Without waiting for Alya's reply, Rendy had already walked quickly towards the cashier section and paid for their order both.

Alya could only smile and continued to stand waiting for him at the end of the table. He looked back at the man from a distance. It was then that Rendy looked back and caught Alya's eyes looking at her.

The earthy doctor smiled making Alya misbehaved and immediately turned his gaze in the other direction while holding a smile on his lips.

"Keep smiling like that, Al. Be happy even though I may not be the reason for the happy smile on your face."

Ardi awoke from his dreams during the day. He fell asleep in his private room behind the examination room, waiting for the next scheduled surgery.

"Astaghfirullah ...!! May it all just be a sleeping flower and never be real!" his murmur was still in a state of fixation and worry.

Still with a gasp of breath, Ardi rubbed his sweaty face. Rushing he went to the bathroom to refresh his disheveled face, then sat down and sipped a glass of water available on the table until the toilet.

"O Allah, protect us all and keep my family together in happiness. Aamin ...!!"

After offering a solemn prayer, he took the cellphone he had originally placed on the table and immediately contacted his wife with a video call.

Seen by him the wife put the phone on the table then the woman sat facing the camera by holding Aura who was busy spending baby biscuits in her hands.

"I'm fine, Mas. We both just woke up. Aura was tired of playing so her nap was very good."

Slowly Ardi felt calm again after seeing for himself the state of his wife and little daughter. The baby began to be given snacks and food companion ASI by the mother because her age has passed six months.

"Thank God. I don't feel good, honey. That's why I called you right away."

Ardi occasionally petted the princess, making the cheeked baby chuckle and want to reach for the Bunga mobile screen that shows the face of the father.

"Don't mind too much, Mum. Rest while you have time and get rid of all the bad thoughts that bother you. We're here to pray for you."

Ardi nodded and confirmed the wife's message. Lately the clinic is more crowded than usual. Even the schedule of surgery was quite solid so that Ardi spent more time in the clinic than at home with his small family.

A great responsibility to provide the best service and compassionate as the slogan of the clinic, must always be prioritized by him and all doctors and employees who work there, he said, to provide satisfaction for all patients and their families.

"I'm sorry if you haven't had enough time lately. On another occasion, I'll make up for it and give all my time to you two, just the three of us."

Flowers smiled while nursing the princess who whined thirst, then stared back at her mobile screen.

"I just want you to always be healthy and be able to carry out your duties and responsibilities well, Mas. My prayers will always be with you every step of the way and your hard work for our family."

Ardi looked at the face of the beloved woman he had married two years ago and had given him a tiny baby as beautiful as himself.

"I love you, my flower. Stay with me and always be the encouragement of my life."

The pair of eyes of the man had glazed over with hearts filled with novelty. He really doesn't want to feel lost anymore. Especially if you have to lose a woman as good as the Flowers she now has.

Remembering how difficult the struggle he did to melt the heart of his beloved nurse, until finally the simple woman was willing to become his lover and companion in his life today.

Bunga is the only woman who managed to touch her heart back after several years of sadness because of her separation with Alya.

His days are back in bright color after a long time only shrouded in a dark fog and deep sorrow due to the runaway story of his most beautiful love in the past.

"I love you too, Mom. I will always be with you, with you and with all my heart and all my soul. We will always be together until God's destiny alone will separate us both."
