After meeting Alya's parents, Ardi invited her heart adoration to lunch with their beloved Aura.
A happy roar was clearly emanated on Ardi's face. His heart was relieved to have bound the woman he loved to be his. Although not in the near future, at least he will be calmer to live a long-distance relationship with Alya.
With her bond more certain, she also feels more responsible to accompany Alya in the recovery of her past trauma. Because after all, he also felt guilty for their past separation.
As with Alya's parents, there was regret in her heart for letting go of the woman to the wrong person. In fact, it was not the happiness that Alya got, but the suffering and wounds that kept entangling her throughout the marriage.
Not only the inner wounds, but the physical wounds that continue to be experienced as a result of Riko's treatment full of anger and always blindly in venting emotions to him.
The man turned his head to the side, as the car stopped at a red light intersection. He saw Alya was releasing a bottle of milk from Aura's tiny mouth, while the princess had closed her eyes.
Feeling noticed, Alya looked at Ardi at a glance and then looked down again with a face that began to blush. He secured the position of Aura in his lap, so that his sleep was calmer and more restful.
"What's wrong?" the question was brief as he turned and looked outwards. His heart was already pounding erratically, imagining Ardi's gentle gaze at him.
Ardi smiled looking at Alya who was misbehaving and continued to avoid his gaze. There is a beautiful stir in his heart, like a teenager who is alone with the lover of the heart.
"I love to see your face blushing like that. From then until now you haven't changed, Al. Always adorable whenever I linger staring at you."
Ardi began to dare to honestly express his feelings. She hoped this openness of her attitude would make Alya open her heart to do the same.
A small smile rose adorning that red face. Alya was flattered even though the remark was not a compliment. He was happy to hear the man's expression for himself.
"Come smile for me, Alya. I also want to see and feel the most beautiful smile of you."
Again Ardi's speech made Alya blush more and more. Today he is really happy. Something felt separated from his heart, like a burden that had been squeezing his feelings for so long.
With a smile on his lips, Ardi launched his car again. The white car that will always bear witness to her being together with Alya, whenever she visits the woman.
"Do you have any special places to eat or other places that you like and go to often, Al?" Ardi wanted to know one by one the habits and preferences of Alya at this time. It was possible that during their separation, something had changed and was unknown to him.
Unfortunately Alya only answered with a headband with a facial expression that suddenly turned cloudy.
"Sorry, Al. Sorry if my question offended you. I don't mean to make you sad anymore." Ardi immediately apologized and stopped discussing it further. But Alya actually told me about something that made him sick.
"I don't have time to enjoy all that. No time to think about it. My days are filled with pressure and violence."
This time, for some reason Alya dared to express a hint of feeling in her heart. It was as if some force was pushing him to open up and start bluntly speaking to Ardi.
"The only thing I can still enjoy and entertain is my job. My work time is my best time to forget all the bad things I keep going through."
Ardi felt increasingly sad and began to imagine what kind of life Alya had to live all this time. His heart weakened again, making him unable to hold back any longer.
With a mind that continues to rage and is not calm, Ardi tries to get to the place he wants to go. A place to eat is suggested by Yoga and has been given directions before.
While carrying his daughter's bag of equipment, Ardi invited Alya into a large enough area. By a waitress, they were escorted to an empty bamboo hut on the side.
The hut is square with a simple concept of lesehan. The floor is elevated and covered in a simple carpet to sit back and enjoy the expanse of grassy gardens around it.
Deftly Ardi prepared an Aura blanket and a small pillow as a sleeping pad for his daughter. Once ready, Alya immediately laid Aura who continued to sleep on it.
Ardi ordered some lunch for himself and Alya. After confirming the entire order, the waitress paid her respects and left them.
Alya sat leaning against the bamboo wall behind her, while continuing to guard Aura. Ardi followed sitting next to the motherly woman. His gaze began to be glued to look at the face of the graceful ayu who had made his feelings crowded and full of haru.
"Al, I'm glad you want to share it with me. I know it will be very hard and difficult for you, because you have to remember that dark time again. But rest assured that by no longer harboring it yourself, you will feel much better and calmer."
Alya nodded without avert her eyes. The woman is setting her heart, to return to tell about her life so far.
"I'm still trying to heal myself, Di. Thank you for your understanding and willingness to wait for me. I really appreciate that."
This time Alya ventured to look to the side and returned Ardi's gaze that could not be seen from earlier. A small, faint smile was seen on both corners of her lips that were drawn towards the outside.
"I miss seeing your smile, Al. You know I really like the most beautiful smile of you. I want to have that smile again. The smile that you used to only aim for me."
Alya felt her entire body warm up and was filled with refined swish. He was moved to hear the heartfelt words of the man beside him. Ardi said all of that softly and expectantly, making Alya's pair of beautiful eyes glazed over and looking at her even deeper.
No different from Alya, Ardi also felt his chest continue pounding and full of turmoil. There was a passionate desire, but still held in honor of the woman he loved wholeheartedly.
Seeing you weak and desolate like this, I want to feel like I'm hugging and calming you in my arms, Al. I'll make sure you're always comfortable and happy with me.
"I want to erase your pain. I want to throw away your sadness. I want to see your smile and laughter always cheerful. I want the old you. I miss ... I miss all that, Al."
