LOVE NARA

LOVE NARA
2.60. LIVE IN SOLITUDE

Alya began to organize her life that had been torn apart and full of tears. Although still living the solitude, but his heart felt much calmer and more comfortable.

Plus now, both parents decided to stay with him while helping through a long recovery period for the next few months.

"What about your job, Al?" asked Papa while watching his two daughters legs covered in long skirts she was wearing.

Both of Alya's legs were still wrapped in casts on his left ankle and mid-right thigh. After the cast was opened later, Alya still had to undergo a series of therapies to speed up the recovery of her legs in order to walk normally again.

"Before returning home from the hospital first, Doctor Hanan who served as the director there and also the owner of the clinic that I manage, has already met me, Pa."

"Then?" Papa helps his beloved daughter move from a wheelchair.

"He gave me a dispensation so I could keep working to my former ability. I can still practice as usual with the help of the nurses."

Alya secured her resting sitting position on the sofa of the living room. His right leg was propped straight on the chair placed right in front of him.

"I just haven't been able to do anything else that requires quick movement of both my legs. So, for a while I could only do a general examination and could not perform surgery on my patients."

"At least I can still work and serve, even if only limited to a wheelchair."

Alya smiled at calming herself. He is grateful because all this time surrounded by good people so that when he was hit by a calamity like this, everything was facilitated by the Almighty.

"When are you going to start working again?"

Mom came from the kitchen with a warm drink for the three of us and a plate of fried bananas prepared by Mama Mia.

Ma'am Mia is a domestic assistant hired by Alya, so that her parents remain comfortable and do not need much activity during their stay with her.

"God willing, next week I'll start work, Ma. It's been a month since I left work, it's not good to ask for permission any longer."

To help smooth the career of Alya during the recovery period, Doctor Hanan and his wife personally provide assistance by providing a car following the driver to pick up and drive Alya home every time he arrives on duty at the hospital and clinic.

After a long conversation with her parents, Alya went into her room to rest. He began to get used to staying independent even though he still had to use a wheelchair.

Upon arrival at the bedside, Alya slowly lifted her body to move onto the mattress, with support on the strength of both hands.

"Huuftt .., alhamdulillah!" Alya threw herself down while adjusting her breath after exerting a lot of energy to make the move alone.

After feeling comfortable, Alya picked up the phone that was on the table beside her bed. During her hospital stay and continued at home, she became more and more holding onto her mobile phone as entertainment, in addition to a laptop and television.

The woman communicates more often with her friends both personally and in the messaging group she follows.

"It turns out to be fun too if you often mingle in conversation with old friends who have rarely met. It was like repeating the cheerful and carefree times of the past."

Alya who was not sleepy was still engrossed in reading the messages that went into her phone. Some personal messages have been answered and he moved to listen to the conversation in the group.

As he read through the messages one by one that kept rolling in, there were several messages that mentioned his name and asked him how he was doing now.

Some close friends who some time ago took the time to gather and swipe at him, had already given an answer.

Some were without permission from him to upload photos of their togetherness when they met last time, making his heart suddenly worried and worried about something.

Not to mention the anxiety that hit his feelings, one new message has been rolling in along with several other messages.

"It's nice to see you guys together there."

At the end of the message are the names of his friends seen in the photo, including the last one written is his own name, Alya Annisa.

His heart felt mixed. Happy, happy, moved, sad and afraid, all felt to stifle his chest and make him shed tears just like that.

He didn't expect it. He doesn't want it. Because he knew, it would make both of them feel uncomfortable and would not feel at ease.

"I beg you not to be like this again. Don't make everything that was okay become as uncomfortable as it is now ...."

After attending the wedding reception and accompanying Raga to play as much as possible, Yoga invited Nara and Raga to visit Ardi's house in the evening.

The raga that the past few weeks had started to wean, looked envious of Aura and wanted the same thing. Nara patiently calmed her handsome son until finally the obedient boy wanted to drink milk from his bottle.

Meanwhile on the terrace, Ardi and Yoga begin to engage in conversations that Yoga actually wants to avoid.

"How's your company doing there?" ardi asked as he sipped the hot coffee he had just made himself for the two of them.

"Good and smooth. Many local companies offer cooperation to develop their business."

Silently for a moment, Ardi again threw a question in doubt.

"Is there any other news there? Emm ... who might be being talked about warmly?"

"Whatchu mean? What news? Aboutwhat? Or who?" cecar Yoga without pause, making Ardi feel all wrong.

"none. Ah, nevermind. Forget my question." Ardi took a sip of coffee again to calm down.

Yoga who sat across the table beside him, turned his head and noticed the attitude of his friend who was not calm.

"What's wrong with you? What do you want to know?" The tone of Yoga speech begins to turn cold and tart.

Ardi shook his head. He wanted to hold back and not get carried away, but in fact it was very difficult for him to get rid of his curiosity.

Yoga took a deep breath and felt uncomfortable with Ardi's attitude. To be honest he himself also started to get caught off guard by this situation.

"He's fine."

Ardi stared at Yoga for a moment, not expecting the man to know what was in his heart.

"Just go through a recovery period that will probably last long enough."

Yoga continued his words without even turning his head towards Ardi.

Finally without being asked, the charismatic doctor told himself about everything.

"I found out about the accident from the messaging group we were both following."

Ardi lowered his head and opened the screen of the phone which he had been holding. He saw the screen of conversation in the group he had opened and still continued to receive.

"Don't you dare play with fire, Di! Remember your wife and your son." Yoga began to warn firmly.

"I knew. After all, she has a family and lives happily just like me."

"What do you mean? What if she hasn't got a family then you're going to bother her and ignore your own family??"

Yoga stared intently at Ardi making the man feel even more intimidated. Quickly he shook his head to brush off the bad thoughts of his little friend.

"It's not like that. Whatever our circumstances are now, the fact is that fate has separated and stretched the distance between us."

"Even if each of us is still alone, it does not mean we will be together again as before. I don't know, it's hard for me to explain it to you. Let's just say our love is not a match."

In his heart Yoga felt guilty for lying to Ardi and hiding all the truth about Alya.

"I'm sorry, Di. I didn't mean to cover it up from you. I just want to keep everything. I don't want feelings between you to impact each other and hurt the hearts of your loved ones around you."
