"So, what's the name of our little princess?"
Ardi accompanied the Flower sitting leaning on the bed. His left hand held the wife's shoulder and their right hand held each other tightly.
Meanwhile, on the left side right next to the bed there is a crib where their tiny baby sleeps behind the mosquito net that covers it.
"Aura Jelita Ardiatama."
Ardi smiled happily at the series of names spoken by his wife.
"What a beautiful name, honey. May our daughter grow into a child who is always filled with goodness and happiness and able to provide coolness and blessings for life around her."
"Aamiin, Mum." Flowers widen her smile after finding out the husband likes the name she chose for their little daughter.
"We will guide him together until he grows up and becomes the pride of his family."
Flowers close her arms and continue to lean comfortably on her husband's chest. Pain in the scar of the surgery is not so felt. His heart was filled with beautiful flowers of happiness.
Suddenly in the midst of his happiness that erupted, he remembered someone he had not met since he realized this afternoon.
"Mas, when can I see Doctor Alya? I haven't thanked him."
Ardi looked at his wife closely. She knew deep in her heart, the woman must have felt some discomfort when talking about Alya.
After all, he could not lie to his wife. Flowers already knew all about her including about her past with Alya.
"So I've seen him for a while and thanked him."
"He's still here, Mommy?" Ardi also nodded slowly with a look of laughter, considering the condition of Alya when he met earlier.
"He should rest longer because his body has not recovered after donating two bags of blood to save you."
The flower that did not know was surprised. She did not expect her husband's ex-lover to be willing to donate that much blood regardless of the limitations of her own body strength.
"Mas, can I see him? I beg you, I want to thank Doctor Alya directly."
Ardi may not allow for this time because the condition of the flower is still not allowed to move much.
"We'll see you tomorrow, honey. You can't go anywhere yet. Prioritize your own condition. I want you to get well soon and we can go home with our daughter Aura."
She kissed the Flower's forehead gently and lovingly then slowly she let go of her embrace and came down from the bed.
Then lowered the position of the bed to be aligned again. Flowers also begin to secure his head so that he can sleep peacefully.
"It's getting night. Sleep, Honey. I will bring Aura back to the baby room to be placed back in the incubator."
Ardi wrapped his wife's body up on the chest and stroked her face affectionately.
"Good night, honey. I love you."
"I love you too, Mom. Good night."
The flowers smiled and closed their eyes. A gentle swipe of Ardi's hand on his forehead, as if to froze him until he fell asleep quickly.
After making sure his wife had slept well, the man walked up to the crib on the left side then pushed it out of the room slowly and very carefully, so that her little princess does not wake up from the shock.
Upon returning from the nursery, Ardi walked about to return to the Flower room. But suddenly his steps stopped just like that in front of Alya's treatment room.
Somehow he stopped and stood there long enough, until a nurse came out and greeted the owner of the clinic.
Ardi nodded to return the nurse's greeting. When the nurse came out and opened the door, she looked inside the room and saw Alya who had fallen asleep without anyone waiting for her.
"Why are you waiting for Doctor Alya? Has her husband or family not come yet?" tanya Ardi started to wonder.
""I'll excuse you for a minute to pick up my phone charger, Doc."
After getting permission from Ardi, the nurse left Ardi who remained standing at the door and took the phone out of his pants pocket.
She contacted Yoga to ask about Alya who had not been accompanied by her husband or family.
"Nobody can come. So I asked the nurse to wait for him." The sound of Yoga sounded calm in Ardi's ears.
"His husband? Can't he come, too?"
Ardi does not know anything about Alya because they have only met twice, it was accidentally and unexpectedly.
While Yoga may know more because Nara often meet and consult with Alya as her obstetrician who lives in one city.
"His husband is still out of town and can't catch up with him" Yoga replied from across the phone.
The man was forced to lie and not tell the truth to his little friend because Alya himself asked for it.
Last afternoon before she came home, Alya asked her not to reveal any secrets about her personal life, which Yoga had already known.
Alya did not want Ardi to know about his true status. He wants to keep Ardi and Bunga's relationship as good and happy as ever.
She is afraid that if Ardi finds out about her secret, then the man will ignore the Flower and will make their relationship disturbed because of it.
"alright. Thank you for your help and also the information about Alya's family."
Ardi hung up his phone call and saved his phone back. Then very slowly and carefully he opened the door of Alya's room and stepped in closer to the bed.
The nurse who came from the end of the corridor and saw her superior enter Alya's room, chose to sit waiting outside the room.
With a heart that began to pound Ardi looked at the pale face of Alya who had fallen asleep with her head veiled to the side, faced with the position of his establishment beside the bed.
"Your face still looks pale and tired, Al. You must have felt so weak after donating so much blood to my wife ...."
For a moment Ardi dissolved into the memories of their past present just like that across his mind.
Almost the man forgets himself and wants to touch Alya's hand, because it drifts in the nostalgia of their love filled with beautiful memories that are still stored specifically in the bottom of his heart.
Finally he kept both his hands in his pants pocket, so as not to go back out of control to touch the woman before him.
A smile began to decorate the handsome face of the doctor who had just been gifted by a beautiful princess.
"Do you keep our beautiful memories in your heart, Al? Just like me who can't forget a little bit everything about our past ...."
