"Bismilahbornrahmanirrahim ...!"
For the second time on the same day, Ardi kissed Alya's forehead tenderly. His heart rippled finely, more than ever.
If this morning he kissed his wife in front of many people, tonight the couple is already in the room. There were only the two of them, while Aura was already sleeping by herself on the bed.
Alya also closed her eyes as Ardi kissed her feelingly. The woman tries to stay calm and does not dissolve in fear that tries to weaken her back.
Ardi let go of his kiss slowly and pulled his face away. Their views collided with a heartbeat that grew louder.
Alya's body trembled violently as Ardi's hands stretched out and began to touch the front end of the head covering cloth. Ardi still held back his movements and noticed the look of the face before him. He made sure once again that the wife would allow herself to continue.
Alya's smile was visible despite being forced amidst the terrified pounding on her chest. Suddenly came the shadow of a hand that was about to reach his face until he closed his eyes full of fear.
Still silent in his last position, Ardi let Alya who was trying to fight his fear. He believed Alya must be able to handle it.
Shortly after, Alya opened his eyes, having managed to brush off the shadow that almost shook his courage again. The look in his eyes was more and more glaring at the shady face of Ardi who was waiting patiently.
Both Ardi's hands again moved slowly up. Alya felt her hijab cloth pulled loose as Ardi opened it very slowly and carefully. He has been sincere and fully resigned.
Ardi did not blink looking at his wife who was no longer wearing a head covering. There was something still lacking in his view, until the hand moved back to the back of Alya's head and slowly pulled something there.
The man smiled with satisfaction when he saw that Alya's curls were beautifully scattered and became the center of his attention this time. His left hand stroked the left side of Alya's black hair, while his right hand tidied the messy strands of hair on the front.
"Alya, you're so beautiful. You never changed the appearance of your hair even though it was covered in a hijab."
Ardi still continued to nail his gaze on Alya's natural ayu face, following her long black hair and curls. His gaze was sharp and deep, full of admiration as well as such a deep longing.
Alya ventured to keep staring at the beautiful and dazzling face before her. There is the same longing that he feels to be able to warm all his feelings at this time. Missed the only man she loved and now belongs to, to be her husband.
"I miss you so much, Alya. I still can't believe, now we can be together again and never be separated again" said Ardi in a voice that grew heavier.
Alya's two hands squeezed each other to ward off nervousness. Ardi's eyes and her speech just now, made her body tremble and warm up simultaneously.
"Can I hold you? Just to treat this longing?"
Ardi still keeps his temporary limits. She did not want to force Alya even though her body reacted otherwise. Undeniably, he was so eager to touch and hold his wife with all love.
Alya's heart weakened. Suddenly the shadow of the ill treatment he had experienced first, flashed clearly in his mind. It felt like he wanted to dodge because he felt unprepared and filled with fear.
But his little heart was still firm with his original determination. Alya tried to fight the fear and dismissed the shadow of the dark event. She must put the feelings of Ardi who has become her husband now.
"I don't know if I can take it or not, but I won't ban you. You are entitled to me completely."
Alya answered with a bit of hesitation. He was afraid that Ardi would be offended by his answer. The woman was pounding even more, waiting for what Ardi would do after hearing it.
"I want you to heal first, Alya. I will help you in my own way, as your husband. I just need your trust, whatever I'm gonna do with you from now on."
Alya nodded, trying to understand all of the man's words. He believes Ardi will not disappoint him let alone to hurt his heart. The woman knows her husband's personality.
Every time he felt, he could feel it. Even when he was suffering and in pain, Ardi was just as sick and also sad. The separation between them did not really separate the feelings in their hearts.
"I totally believe you." Alya's short answer made Ardi bold to begin with.
Breaking the distance between their two bodies, Ardi's hand grabbed his wife's hand. Slowly he brought the pair of hands to kiss her gently. He wanted to make Alya comfortable and calm while they were as close together as they were at the moment.
After releasing the wife's hand, Ardi slowly placed his hands on both sides of Alya's waist. A moment later he locked the small body in the bonds of his hands.
Unlike Alya who looks nervous and frightened, Ardi still shows a calm attitude even though his heart is also pounding and his body is getting warmer.
"Do you want me to stop?" ask Ardi again.
Honestly, the man did not just want to vent his longing like the reason he said earlier. More than that, Ardi also wants Alya to get used to his touch. With the frequent contact they would make it easier for Alya to fight the fear she felt.
Ardi hopes the wife can recover from the trauma that still shackles her heart and soul. Due to the dark events of her past, Alya still limited the space between them, even though the two had married and lived together.
"If you're still afraid, then I'll stop. Don't push yourself if this is still hard on you." Ardi relented, not wanting to make Alya feel compelled by his own decision.
But when he was about to get away from Alya's body, the woman actually lowered her hand from Ardi's chest. Accompanied by the doubt and shame mixed with a loud thump on her chest, Alya did the same as her husband.
Ardi felt that both of Alya's hands had touched her body and gave the same embrace. Ardi smiled in relief and immediately hugged Alya tighter.
"Thank you, Alya," he whispered softly in the ear of his beloved wife..
Ardi tightened their bodies until they fused together without any bulkhead except restrictive clothing. Immeasurably the feeling of haru and happiness that burst beautifully into the hearts of both.
Ardi's right hand moved upwards, rubbing his wife's head lovingly. Sometimes he put a kiss of affection on the top of Alya's head, as a sign of gratitude for the extraordinary event.
Alya closed her eyes and secured her position. She began to feel comfortable in the warm embrace of her beloved husband. Their heartbeats rang out to each other, fusing with their rhythmic exhalations.
In her heart Alya continued to be grateful for having managed to fight her fears. He is determined to give Ardi happiness on the first day of their marriage.
She really did not want to disappoint her husband. She should have started to give herself completely to the man of her choice, the sole owner of her heart.
I'll keep trying for you, Ardi. I had to recover and recover from my fear and trauma. I want to live happily with you and Aura, forever!
