LOVE NARA

LOVE NARA
2114. FLORAL REQUESTS

"Mas, can I ask you a favor?"

"Tell me, honey. What can I do for you?"

Ardi sat beside the bed with their hands clasped tightly together.

Flowers seemed still hesitant to tell Ardi who was already staring at him and waiting for him to continue saying. There is a fear approaching, if the husband will refuse his request this time.

"I want to see Doctor Alya."

Instantly Ardi's eyes turned sharp and looked at him questioningly. There was something he did not understand at all, about his wife's wishes.

"Why do you want to meet him?"

The flower shook weakly with an increasingly deathly face. He couldn't possibly tell Ardi the real reason.

The woman wanted to make sure everything was in advance with Alya, before she decided on something important for the good of their future.

"I'm sorry, Mom. I can't say it now. There are a lot of things I have to talk about with Doctor Alya."

"But I'll make sure someday, you'll know everything."

Ardi closed his eyes and rubbed his face with a sigh that felt very heavy. His body rests on a chair that faithfully becomes his seat every time accompanying his wife beside him.

The flower slowly draws Ardi's hand which is held by him at the edge of the bed. Slowly kissed her gently and held her on top of the chest.

"Mas, you will grant my request, won't you?"

Ardi opened his eyes again and looked at the face of the Flower who was trying to show a thin smile on his pale lips.

"alright. I'll do whatever you want, honey."

Ardi nodded his head to answer Flower's question, who immediately smiled wider.

"But all the decisions are in Alya's hands. I can't force her to comply with your request. After all, she also had to ask permission from her husband first. Hopefully, he's willing and willing to meet you."

The flower nodded weakly and was relieved by her husband's reply. At least Ardi has been willing to contact Alya and convey his wishes.

"Thank you, Mum." Flowers tightened their hands and smiled happily.

After his wish was fulfilled, his gaze gradually began to blur and his two eyes slowly closed perfectly.

"I want to sleep, Mom. I'm so tired ...."

Still sounding softly his voice, until finally Bunga sleeps along the slowness that has whack his body, after doing a series of therapies for several hours before.

"Rest, Honey. I'm always here with you."

Ardi stood up and began to fix his wife's body that increasingly looks thin due to the pain he suffered so far.

His face was pale white and very tired, but it did not diminish the slightest bit of natural beauty he had, which Ardi had always admired.

Slowly release the grip of their hand and put the hand Flower on the stomach, fused with the other hand that flowed the infusion liquid through the back of the woman's hand.

With a heart filled with worry and fear at all times, he sprinkled a long, warm kiss on his wife's forehead.

He felt something heavy and wet began to wrestle his two eyes which also felt painful and began to be inundated with a clear liquid that blurred his gaze.

With a blink of an eye, shed the tears that were originally held in the fertilizer, flowing down both cheeks.

"If I'd known a long time ago, maybe I could still change our destiny by doing a lot of things that I can still work on faster, to keep you with me longer, baby.

"I'll do whatever you want, baby. As much as I can and as much as I can I will never let you down again and make you sad. I'll give you everything you want. I will realize all your hopes that I have not been able to do before."

"I love you, my flower."

Outside the Bunga treatment room, Ardi sat on a bench right across the door. He had a cell phone in his hand to contact someone at the wife's request.

"I'm sorry, honey. I had to call him just because I wanted to fulfill your request."

After finding it, without delay Ardi immediately contacted the number. He did not want to lose the opportunity to realize the wishes of the Flower which could have been his last request.

Ardi closed his eyes for a moment and dispelled the bad thoughts that had suddenly arisen in his mind.

The call was quickly connected. There was a voice over there, the voice of a very gentle and seductive woman.

"Hello, Assalamualaikum ...."

With a slightly trembling voice, Ardi answered the greeting and began to act calm and proper.

"Marine ...."

Alya who received the phone in her room, put back the bag she had tote on the table.

"Alya Annisa, it's me ...."

"The ardi?" It was easy for the graceful hijab doctor to guess it correctly.

No one called him that but Ardi.

Alya who was preparing to go home after ending her night duty, sat back down and calmed down.

"Yes, it's me. I'm sorry to bother you at night like this."

Ardi first apologized for not knowing the time was forced to contact Alya who might be currently resting at home with his family.

"It's okay, Di. I'm still in the hospital."

Alya felt her chest start to hammer faster than before. But she knew, Ardi couldn't possibly contact her if there wasn't something important or maybe even very important.

For a moment Ardi fell silent and began to gather strength to begin to tell his purpose of contacting Alya.

"Alya, I want to ask you for help. Maybe it's not important to you, but it's important and meaningful to me."

Hearing Ardi's heavy and stamped voice, Alya knew that there was a big problem that the man was facing. And his feelings were never wrong if it was related to Ardi.

"Just say, Di. What can I help you with? If I could, I would gladly do it."

Ardi began to tell everything that was being experienced by Bunga, which requires the wife to do treatment and undergo therapy to suppress the rate of the disease and make it last longer.

Alya closed her mouth for a moment to hold back from letting out her shocked voice.

Suddenly his face warmed up and his two beautiful eyes began to get wet while listening to Ardi's follow-up story about his wife.

"What can I do to help Flowers?" Alya immediately asked a similar question a statement of his readiness to help Ardi and Bunga.

"The flower wants to see you, as soon as possible."

Ardi without resigned if Alya can not fulfill his request. He knew himself not to impose his will on that obstetrician.

"I won't force you if you feel any objection, Al. After all, you must first ask your husband for permission, and he will not necessarily allow you to go and see Flowers."

Alya held her stuffing so as not to be heard by Ardi across the call. I don't know why he was so sad and seemed to be sad when he found out the reality about Flowers.

"I'll come there. I'll see the flowers soon."
