The Hidden Love

The Hidden Love
Maaf

Throughout the meeting the Sultan looked so riled up, repeatedly he changed positions, the explanation outlined by an expert staff who was standing in front of him did not enter his head at all because since his departure to the office this morning, it was Hanum who had always dominated the contents of his head. It is seen that the Sultan is not focused on the first important meeting that runs this morning, even though there are still two important meeting schedules that will continue later in the day and afternoon.

Raka who was sitting to the right of the Sultan could catch the anxiety of his friend. He understood very well what made the Sultan's attention divided, at this time.

A second later the Sultan flicked his finger at Raka, giving the man a code to bring his face closer.

"I can't concentrate at all, if you keep this up you can fall unconscious, me," he lamented to Raka as soon as the man brought his face closer.

"Lebay," whispered Raka.

Raka retreated her chair and then stood up.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Sultan is not well, we should postpone this meeting first," he asked politely as he bowed respectfully to the audience sitting there.

"Yes already then" one of the men replied.

"I will ask our secretary to rearrange the meeting schedule, the rest you arrange, I hope there is not a single mistake or deficiency that we meet at the next meeting. So, until we meet again at the next opportunity." once again Raka bowed politely.

As commanded, a group of people who attended the meeting rushed to disperse. One by one the people came out of there to leave the Sultan and Raka.

"To put it bluntly, I don't seem to have the strength to work with you anymore. I want to resign, "gagas Raka.

"Stop talking nonsense! I was not at all interested in listening to your spare change," the Sultan fiercely responded to his friend's statement.

"Some of you, before you became your wife's love slave, I noticed you weren't so-so. If you continue to take care of you that are not clear like this, I could be as bald Mira, falling out of our hair because of the stress of taking care of you."

The sultan heard his friend's words.

"Even laugh, I'm serious" Raka said, nudging the Sultan's shoulder.

"I'm just imagining what you'd be like if you were bald."

The Sultan's laughter broke.

"Not funny!" raka Sentak.

Upset, Raka leaves the Sultan alone.

"Sensitive at all?" seductive Sultan once he managed to chase after his friend.

"I'm serious Tan, try you think, how many losses experienced by the company so far as a result of your unprofessionalism? not only is it a material loss, we also lose time. What if there's someone who wants to take responsibility?" celoteh Raka at length.

The irritated Raka immediately landed her buttocks on the sofa as soon as she reached the Sultan's room. Sipping a glass of water until it runs out then pulling the rough tie.

"Sorry ...," the Sultan's great-grandson quietly, he has always been so, would be a coward in the presence of his friend if Raka began to show his true nature, firmly.

"If only I had not borne the cost of living Mother and also the son of the person I had married, I don't know. Not only stress, I could have lost my mind and ended up in a mental hospital if I continued to follow your way of working," he cynically told the Sultan.

"Is that how bad I've been doing all this time?" doubtfully, the Sultan asked.

"More than this" answered Raka.

"Gosh my god." The sultan massaged his temple.

The two were silent, tightly locking each other's mouths. For a moment Raka was pensive, seeing her current state that was not much different from the man before her, falling apart.

"Go home! mauryn's verdict will be held in an hour. Do not let you get stuck in traffic and late to court," said Raka, flat.

"I'm sorry ..," that's all the Sultan can say.

"To be honest I was also very eager to attend the hearing, I was very curious about the sentence that the judge would impose on the evil woman but it was not possible. Go, let me take care of your work in the office."

Raka again sipped a glass of water, it felt like his thirst had not been satisfied. His forehead creased as soon as he saw the Sultan still in his place.

"Wait what else?" ask him to the Sultan.

"Thinking of you" sultans chirped.

"Ish," Raka thaws. "I don't need any apologies or compensation from you. We are brothers, and in a fraternal relationship there is no apology or ...,"

"I like your style," the Sultan cut suddenly. Her cheerful face has returned.

"Curtain! hurry up or I'll change my mind?"

Raka saw the Sultan so strange today, it seemed like his friend's mood was really unstable. A little gloomy, a moment later cheerful back and this time, the Sultan again displayed his sad face.

"Ck ... hasn't left yet?" Raka clucking.

"Do you think I should go?" lirih Sultan, in his face attached to Raka's face.

"You want to hear my opinion?" Raka asked back.

"If I don't need your opinion, why do I ask?"

"If I think you and Hanum are indeed obliged to attend the hearing," Raka expressed his opinion.

"Hanum?" ask Sultan. The man frowned, inexhaustible with Raka's proposal asking his wife to appear at the trial.

"Yes" answered Raka briefly.

"Reason?"

"The wicked woman has inflicted so much suffering on your wife, she has not only intended to destroy your household, but more than that."

"And it wasn't that you said this morning that Hanum had asked you for permission to come to the trial right?"

"Yes, but ...,"

"There are times when we have to strengthen our hearts to see something that we do not want to see" said Raka, cutting off the words of his friend. "You think, how many crimes has Mauryn committed against Hanum so far, not just Hanum, but there are many people who hurt her, and to see the person who has done us evil in the last moment is the most important moment dear to miss."

"Is that so?" sultan's eyes were full of question marks.

"I think Hanum will be far from happy and calm about living his life after he sees with his own eyes how the bad guy is punished" Raka said.

"But I feel so scared, afraid something will happen to Hanum later."

"That means you don't trust your own wife."

"Huh?"

"You should have known your wife well, all this time Hanum never did anything she didn't believe in. He wouldn't bother asking permission from you if he felt that looking back at Mauryn could harm him. I think Hanum is smart enough to make a decision." Raka again grabbed her glass, the third glass she used to wet her throat that felt dry. "Wait for what else? is my explanation not enough to make you understand?" Raka added.

"All right, I'm going" she told Raka.

"Be careful! invite Adam to come along, has he not been a brother and father for us all this time?"

"Sure," answered the Sultan briefly.

The man grabbed his car keys, rushed out of the office.

.

"Honey ..," the Sultan shouted to his wife as soon as he did not find Hanum in the room.

Little ran down the stairs, down to find where his wife was.

"Republic ... Honey ...," call her again.

"What's up, Mom? why yell?" Hanum emerges from the kitchen door that connects directly with the back garden. "Why did you go home, he said there was an important meeting? are you sick?" he added while holding the Sultan's forehead once they were close together.

"Go get changed, we're going to the courthouse."

"What?" Hanum looks confused.

"I'm healthy, I'm fine. You said you wanted to attend the hearing, right? Get changed so we don't be late" the Sultan told his wife.

It took about a minute for Hanum to think until then the girl reviewed her smile and rushed towards the room to change her clothes.

"What made you change your mind?" hanum asked as soon as the two were on their way to the court office.

"I want you to see the wicked woman one last time, see how she is punished for all her evil deeds."

"Are you not afraid if I drop again?"

"I believe you, you will not take risks for something you do not believe in" the Sultan said.

Hanum again threw her sweet smile, grabbed the Sultan's hand and grasped it tightly.

"After this I hope our lives will be calmer in the future without being overshadowed by the evil woman again. Let's start a new life, we'll be happy with their presence in the middle of our little family," Sultan let go of his wife's grasp and then stroked his wife's belly which began to bulge.

"Surely," Hanum murmured softly.

.

"Based on the evidence as well as the statements of several eyewitnesses that were successfully presented before the presiding judge, Mauryn's sister was found guilty and in order to account for her actions, the sister was sentenced to life imprisonment, for which she was sentenced," the voice of the presiding judge was heard echoing throughout the room composed of hammer beats three times.

And a second later the atmosphere in the room was filled with cheers and applause at the audience who came.

Unlike the faces of most smiling people who won because they were satisfied with the sentencing sentence handed down by the judge to Mauryn, Hanum was seen wiping away the water droplets that pooled in his eye sockets. His body had still trembled even since the first time he had set foot there.

"Honey," whispered the Sultan as he pulled Hanum's body into his arms. "You okay?"

"Hm." the girl nodded.

Hanum is still dissolved in his feelings, there is a sense that is difficult for him to define, he feels happy knowing Mauryn getting punished for his evil deeds but on the other hand he also feels pity. He blames himself for everything that happened.

"Hanum."

Hanum looked up, looked at the figure of the person who had called his name, and as soon as he saw the person his heart was back on track.

He stared at the woman in navy uniform with a pale face, her puffy eyes hinting that she spent every day crying.

"You must hate me so much, I've been so mean to you and I can understand if you won't forgive me but .. I'll still apologize to you anyway," mauryn said with trembling lips.

Hanum was silent, his body stiff while his tongue was twisted, wanting to feel like he was speaking but his throat felt choked.

Up to two police officers escorting Mauryn dragged the woman's body, saying she had to go into a detention cell immediately.

Mauryn followed the steps of two people who dragged his hand. Her tears fell, and imagining her having done so much evil, she went on with a million regrets. Up at the doorway the girl turned her head, looking at the face of the woman she had hurt. In his heart he kept saying thousands of sorry words that even though he knew that Hanum would never be able to hear them.

While on the other hand, Hanum who was still standing in his place continued to stare at Mauryn's departure. The Sultan kept his wife's hand, trying to give strength to the woman who was currently carrying her child.
