The Hidden Love

The Hidden Love
Forget the past

Vienna reopened a parcel, a parcel she always carried with her wherever she went. The package reminded him of a silly man with a beautiful face who until now, had not been able to get rid of every aspect of his life.

Dion's sudden but capable presence changed the history of his life, the man whose shadow always came to disturb the peace of his heart. Always stirred his mind, and it was as if he never tired to stop flirting with Vienna. Slowly but surely, the man began to enter the untouched space in the heart of Vienna, infiltrating deeper and deeper into Vienna unaware of when a Dion was enthroned there, ruled all his heart space which turned out to be a boomerang for himself.

It's all unfair, really, that's what Vienna feels. She has not been able to forget how sweet her first encounter with a man made her feel strange vibrations throughout her life. The pain of parting without having time to feel the sadness of saying goodbye was still clearly imprinted in his heart.

Time is cruel, as if always toying with Vienna. For not, when he desperately buried all the flavors that had been in his pendam, the taste that he was trying to throw away and now he was even back in the encounter with Dion, making his hard work all this time was in vain.

And, Dion was the reason why he had withstood his current status. Spending many years living in the land of men and meeting all kinds of men, still nothing could attract his attention.

Tok .. tok.

The sound of knocking on the door blew away his daydream, Vienna hurried to fold a thick, electric blue cloth and put it back in before he started making his own sound by saying the word 'in'.

Vienna's forehead was wrinkled because as soon as the door opened wide he saw three men who were familiar to him, standing in the doorway.

"Please enter" he said kindly, allowing the three men to enter.

"Pardon our arrival that has disrupted your time, Doc." Adam nodded.

"Not really, it just so happens that my schedule today is over and I'm just, about to pack up to go home." Vienna looked at the men who were still at home standing in the doorway one by one, seeing their awkward facial expressions making Vienna even more confused.

What made them come here so much? if the condition of Dion, did not I have explained it clearly. Or maybe there is one thing that they still cannot understand and they are here to ask? inner Vienna.

"Please enter gentlemen, sit down first! wouldn't it be impolite to talk like this?" the word Vienna does not diminish the slightest respect.

The Sultan and Raka continued to push Adam, telling him to enter first. Damn, Adam who was so excited from the beginning suddenly did not dare just to talk. I don't know what made his guts suddenly shrivel, it felt like he was very awkward dealing with the smart woman before him.

Seeing the suspicious activity made Vienna again provoked to open the sound.

"There's no need to hesitate so sir, just go in! please." Vienna thrust her hand out, pointing at the row of chairs that every guest could sit on.

"I don't think it's necessary, right now we're doing a lot of work" exclaimed Raka, unaware of what he said.

"Isn't there something that led you all to come here to see me?"

Stupidhead! inner Adam.

"That's .. it's true, so look .." Adam started to open his mouth.

"So what? did something happen to Dion?" Vienna bit her lower lip as soon as she realized her words. "Sorry, I mean, has something happened to Mr Dion?" errativeness.

"Yes" the Sultan replied spontaneously.

"What?" vienna half-screamed. The girl woke up from her seat in shock.

"It ... anu .. actually ...," the Sultan said it, he who was frustrated to rough his hair. Confused to choose the right words for him to convey to Vienna. "Dam, don't shut up! in terms of helping out like this you're the expert." Sultan elbowed his friend's arm.

Adam took a deep breath.

"What's really going on? please speak clearly!" Vienna walked closer to the door.

"So, se ... actually, we came here to ask for your help to take care of our friend," said Adam nervously.

"You mean how? I am taking care of the patient, right? I'm his doctor and of course I'll take care of him until the patient is declared cured."

"Not taking care of it in that case I mean, Doc. Not between the doctor and the patient but what I'm going to ask for is more inclined towards .. ish, shit! why is it so hard to say." Adam choked.

"In a direction?" Vienna stared at the interlocutor with a difficult gaze.

"Ah .. so much trouble!" muttered Raka, she ventured to come forward and then turned her back to Adam. "So this is Doc, the point is, we want to ask the doctor to help treat Dion. Our friend, he .. he lives a kara here, he has no family at all. We have a family ourselves, each has his own busy life Doc, so it feels impossible that we will be able to take good care of him."

The three men heaved a sigh of relief simultaneously.

"So you mean, I was told to ...," Vienna's speech was cut because Raka had struck as fast as lightning.

"Right now he's complaining of a little fever and starvation Doc, please meet him immediately. I'm afraid he's dead, please help us take care of him. Thanks though. Sorry we have to leave immediately." Raka said it so quickly, then pulled the two friends up from there.

There was nothing they could do next but escape. They were sure that after this, inevitably Vienna would definitely come to Dion's inpatient room.

Vienna is still standing, it's been five minutes since Dion's friends left.

Quite a while Vienna still wanders with her thoughts while occasionally rem*s her skirt.

Five minutes.

Ten minutes.

Fifteen minutes.

Finally, she decided to grab her bag and leave her office.

With steady steps she continued to walk, in her little heart praying, hopefully what she will choose will later give her happiness.

.

"Why is it so long?" great-granddaughter Hanum with her pot once she saw her husband back.

"I'm sorry, there's this important business." walked over and kissed his wife on the forehead.

"What's important?" hanum asked, she stared fixedly at the face of her husband who was currently emitting a twinkle of happiness.

"Dion," said the Sultan.

"Ah, what about the situation?" suddenly Hanum panicked, his memory returning at the time of the incident in the old building. She remembered very well just before fainting, she could see Dion who unhesitatingly rushed at her husband to ward off Mauryn's knife stab and make his own body a target.

"He's conscious."

"Is the wound bad?" tanya Hanum was still overwhelmed with anxiety.

"The doctor who handled it said that the knife slightly hurt Dion's heart, which caused Dion to bleed profusely the other day" Sultan said.

The Sultan looked at his wife's face, which looked confused.

"What are you thinking?" he asked while stroking Hanum's head.

"Isn't that man just as bad as his wife?"

"Former wife" ralat Sultan.

"I know they're still a legitimate married couple."

"Actually Dion has filed for divorce in court for a long time, but because both of them always defaulters and again because of one thing and another that made Dion ever suspend the divorce lawsuit, but because both of them are always missing and again because of one thing and another that made Dion never suspend the divorce lawsuit, be the divorce process they run with a long time."

"Mas hasn't answered my question."

"Which question?" sultan was confused.

"Isn't he a bad man then why is he willing to sacrifice himself to save us?"

"You were wrong to expect it, honey." Anxious, the Sultan pinched his wife's nose.

"Misguised how? you don't remember what happened in the apartment?"

"Only that was the mistake made by him, now he had changed. He wants to make amends and our job is to help him improve."

"Mommy mean?"

The Sultan immediately told him everything that had happened, all the things about Dion that had opened the veil of his past. Also about the subject behind Reno wants to work with Mauryn to harm his wife.

One by one the harsh realities and truths that are re-revealed leave Hanum's feelings shattered. Feel inexhaustible with the attitude of evil people who are responsible for all the suffering that happens to him. Mauryn, who had been acting as if he was the most hurt, did not realize that it was his attitude that had made others so hurt.

"Hey, why are you crying?" Sultan cupped his wife's face.

"I'm only sad when I remember those bad times. A time filled only with wounds and tears, I can even still count with the finger of sweet memories that happened during our lives together. More bad memories," Hanum lamented.

"Forget it all, forget the past that made you feel pain again. From now on there will be no more thorns in our relationship. Let's make as many sweet memories as you want. Live happily with me, I don't want to keep you crying. I realized all this time I was the source that made you keep shedding tears. Don't cry anymore or I'll regret my whole life for feeling so guilty about you."

The Sultan could not speak anymore because the more he spoke the louder his wife cried. Maybe right now that's all Hanum wants to do. And as a good husband, he could only let Hanum re-wet his shirt, gently stroking his wife's back to strengthen it and giving a kiss on her forehead.
