90 Days Pursuing My Husband's Love

1. Story Begins

Claudia opened her eyes slowly, the sunlight piercing through her eyes. This morning, the sun was shining brightly. Claudia was still lying in bed comfortably and did not want to get out of there.

Claudia was thinking about something, then she said, "Papa, I miss you so much." Then smiled sadly and closed his eyes again.

Two years ago, Andreas, Papa Claudia died following her mother, Velicia, who had already died when Velicia was 10 years old. Claudia grew up without her love. Her biological mother Viona also died much earlier.

Claudia rolled her eyes lazily while reading the message.

"That ATM machine asked me to be friendlier than ever before." Claudia said without the slightest impression because she got congratulations from her own husband.

Claudia put her phone on the bed, then passed to the bathroom to clean herself up. After he returned to the room, a new message returned. Claudia threw the towel that was used to dry her hair on the chair and then took her cell phone lying on the bed.

Claudia rolled back her eyeballs lazily then threw her phone over the bed. She knew that the gift her husband had given her must have been something big and expensive. Erik is a personal bodyguard who asked Claudia's husband to take care and prepare all his needs. While Naomi is a woman who is already considered as an older sister by Claudia. She is the daughter of Merry and Hansen, who are best friends with their parents. And Desi was the main servant in the house who prepared everything Claudia needed at home.

"Happy birthday Young Miss." Say them simultaneously.

Claudia wanted to slap them all in the face because it was already so boisterous and embarrassed her. But he remained silent and nodded his head politely then walked towards the dining table.

Erik and Naomi sit in their seats next to Claudia. He looked at them lazily. John pulled his hair.

Claudia thanked him in a whisper out of embarrassment. Then he looked towards Erik who looked so excited, and re-twisted his lazy eyeball.

"Alright, alright. You always seemed more excited than I was about the prize. Quickly bring it to me." Claudia's Word.

Erik smiled and pulled out a paper from his suitcase and gave it to Claudia complete with a pen. Claudia looked confused and started reading the contents of the paper. Just as he read the two lines of the paper, he looked directly at Erik and Naomi.

"What's this?" Claudia asked the man named Erik.

"The contents of this letter state, The Starlight which is a mall and shopping center and also includes a cinema, spa, swimming pool, restaurants, shops, salons, game zone and others, among others, from today it becomes yours. Miss Claudia Arista Setyawan, is the new owner of The Starlight. In the corner of the room, there was a group of people sitting around the table drinking alcohol and staring at a man standing on the table dancing in his pants and bare-chested.

The man stopped dancing and got off the table. Then sit next to Claudia.

"It's your turn now." He pointed to Claudia.

"Let me just." Suddenly a woman named Rose who is Claudia's best friend who stands on the table and starts dancing.

Everyone cheered Rose and Claudia could only roll the eyeballs lazily.

Endra hugged Claudia from behind and started kissing her nape.

"Hey Rose, come down. Quickly get down." Shouting Endra. "You're not fit to dance there, your movements are too stiff. My woman could have sore eyes if she kept watching you dance. Come down, you can dance tomorrow on campus."

"Fucking eldra." Shouted Rose. "I'll kill you, just because your woman doesn't like to see me dance you mess with my performance." Rose Say.

Everyone laughs.

"Calm Rose. Today is the birthday of her boyfriend. Endra's setting up an event, and we're here for fun." Said a man named Bam while laughing.

"All right, I'm gonna turn the bottle now." Rose Say.

The game is like that. Most of them choose challenges and make the game even more interesting.

And this time it was Claudia's turn to make everyone cheer.

"Come Claudia...." Cheer them all up.

"OK fine. Tell me, what should I do?" Ask Claudia.

"Fraight with Endra in front of us." Shouted one of the people who took part in the game that made everyone cheer in agreement.

"Seriously? Do I look like a blue movie star who would do it all in front of you all? If you feel so horny, go see a blue movie, or have sex with anyone here." Claudia said annoyedly.

Endra laughed and began to kiss Claudia on the cheek.

"Come on Di, are you gonna do it with me? Don't you want to do it with your guy's friend?" Ask Endra.

Claudia shook her head, "never even in a dream." Reply Claudia.

"I have an idea." Shouted Rose.

"Not anymore." Reply Claudia. "Just look if you ask me to kiss a weird one." Claudia Protest.

"No, would. I challenge you to kiss the first person you see coming out into the lobby of this hotel."

Claudia complied with their request. He stood at the door followed by all his friends. Inwardly he wished that the person he met was not a freak, or better if there was no one at all.

Claudia took a deep breath then opened the door and headed towards the hotel lobby. He didn't find anyone there. He felt so happy and immediately turned towards his friends.

"Nobody's here." Said slowly.

Yet all his friends smiled meaningfully and raised their eyebrows hinting at Claudia to turn around.

'Dead me.'

Claudia turned around and found a man who had just entered the hotel. A handsome man wearing a grey suit was staring at the watch in his hand. The man walked to the elevator. Claudia turned to look at her friend.

"Do it." Tell them all.

Claudia walked slowly, but she quickly ran as the man was about to get into the elevator and block his way in.

The man looked confused and astonished.

"Yes, is there anything you want to say?" Ask the man.

"I'm sorry." Claudia said in a voice that sounded drunk.

"Sorry for what?" The man looked more confused.

"For this."

Claudia immediately tiptoed and held the collar of the man's shirt and immediately kissed him. The man was so shocked that he could not react, just as she was about to react, Claudia let go of her kiss and ran as fast as possible back into a room where there were all her friends and closed the door.

Claudia stood behind the door and regulated her breathing.

"My God, do you know who you just kissed?" Diana.

"Who cares, the important thing is that Claudia has done the challenge." Bam.

"Who is that guy?" Rose asked curiously.

"Yes, who is that guy?" Ask the others.

"He is, Adam Wijaya" replied Diana.

Some sounded surprised, and some just responded, 'oooohh.'

'Adam Wijaya? The man I kissed earlier was Adam Wijaya my husband? What the hell is he doing here? In this country? When did he come back? Does he recognize me?'
