Adam had finished feeding his wife breakfast. Then he rubbed Claudia's mouth using a tissue.

"Darling, I'm going to college. Okay??? Later let Jack take you to campus, see you in class later that afternoon." Saying Acid farewell to the wife he loved so much.

Claudia is done with her job. He closed the book then immediately stood up with an annoyed face.

"But, old man.... Mmmm I mean Adam.... Wait." Wait." Shouted Claudia who stopped Adam's steps, as well as the two secretaries.

Claudia stood before Adam.

"Aunty-aunty, can you two leave us alone? Wait in the car. He'll be out in a few minutes." Claudia said to the two women who immediately felt burning fire of anger from within because of Claudia's words.

But the two did not say anything at all, and immediately turned around to walk out as Claudia ordered.

Adam's eyes widened. He could no longer hold back his laughter after the two secretaries had already left. He was so overwhelmed that he finally pulled his wife back into his arms.

"Waaahh, Mrs Adam... What's up with all this? You're suddenly acting with the power you have huh? I really like that." Adam said, tightening his arms at Claudia and kissing her neck.

"Old man, what do you want me to call you?" Ask Claudia.

Adam did not understand the motive of what Claudia was doing to be sweet. Adam answered the question just like that.

"Call me baby." Answer Adam.

Claudia smiled triumphantly. She then wrapped her arms around her husband's neck, struggling so spoiled. Then kiss Adam's right and left cheeks repeatedly.

"Darling, do you remember that I haven't said the third condition." Claudia.

"Ummmmmh.... Say dear." Reply Adam while continuing to kiss Claudia's neck.

"Darling, I want you to stop the punishment you gave Erik."

The atmosphere instantly turned silent throughout the room. Adam pulled himself in and let go of his embrace to Claudia. He then stood firmly staring at Claudia sharply. While Claudia looked at him with an adorable look while occasionally twisting her eyes.

After a while, Adam started talking.

"I'll increase his sentence for calling you. That bastard, how dare he call my wife in person." Adam looked very upset and was about to leave the house. "Jack.." -...." Adam Shouted.

A man ran over with a suit and stood behind Adam, about to attach it to Adam.

Claudia ran over to the husband with a mischievous smile.

Claudia's face flushed red like boiled shrimp, she felt so embarrassed by Adam's words. He took his eyes off of Adam's eyes, while Adam smiled teasingly at him.

"All right, you can do it." Reply Claudia.

Adam didn't think Claudia would say that.

"Is he so important to you that you're willing to do whatever I ask you to help him?" Adam looked so upset with his voice that sounded jealous.

"No, baby, not like that. Just think, he's always taken care of me as long as you're not here. Even after getting punishment from you because of me, he never held a grudge against me. Unlike your secretaries Nadia and Hilda, she was always nice to me and also understood me. And he just followed my orders, baby." Claudia said with acting so sweet.

His eyes widened when he realized that it was the smell of blood.

Claudia began to panic, she quickly turned on the lights and found that her husband was bleeding on his arm with a smile looking at him. But his face looks so pale.

"Darling, what's going on?" Claudia asked so panicked.

Adam was sweating and looked so in pain. But he could still show a smile on his face.

"There's nothing, baby. Please come here first. Need you. Please let me touch you for a moment." Adam said in a voice that sounded desperate.

Claudia could not help anything and she could only cry.

"Be quiet you perverted old man. First I tell you what happened to you. Where have you been? You're supposed to be traveling for business."

Claudia did not understand what kind of business her husband was doing. Even he himself could not contact Adam even once and now Adam ended up with a blood-soaked condition like this.

"I got shot, baby. This is a secret matter. Don't freak. Please just take me to our room and call the doctor right away." Adam said in a voice that sounded very clear in pain.

"Foot!! God, we should have called the police first. No, first let me take you to the hospital first." Claudia started to panic again, she then tried to pull Adam's body to bring him out through the door.

"No, no, honey, ssshhh... I've told you below is a secret. I'll tell you everything. For now call the doctor and take me to the room." Adam Say.

"But baby you need surgery. What can the doctor do in this house. You need treatment at the hospital. Please." Claudia whines trying to persuade Adam but fails.

"Darling, don't worry. You just call the doctor from our hospital. Then they'll send a doctor here with all their equipment and the operation will take place in this house, okay. You just need to call them now." Adam's Pinta.

Claudia managed to take Adam safely to the room. He did not know what Adam meant by 'our room'. So he brought Adam into his own room, because Adam had always preferred to be in Claudia's room. Claudia carefully laid Adam's body on the bed and began calling the hospital.

After the phone call was over, Claudia sat down next to Adam and looked at the wound on Adam's body, and Adam looked at her. Claudia who is in good condition the night crying, Adam who suffered a gunshot wound even smiled.

Adam could feel that Claudia looked annoyed with her slightly moody looking face.

Claudia approached and hugged her husband and spread her head on his chest.

Adam could feel the seriousness of the words Claudia spoke. He knew that Claudia was not joking or lying and that it made him feel hurt.

Adam sighed and he hugged Claudia so that she could get closer to him and make their moment of closeness feel longer.
