20. Troubled

A few days later everything went well, smoothly, quietly and safely for both. The two no longer fought as usual.

Claudia has learned well now and Adam is very impressed with that. Adam always gave little things to his wife when he came home from the office. Most brought food, because now Adam knew that Claudia was not very fond of expensive goods. Not at all dislike, Claudia likes expensive items but not everything. And Claudia herself has been feeling happy lately because Adam treats himself so well.

Adam has now succeeded in persuading Claudia to call him Adam. Because Claudia had not mentioned the name of Adam, but rather with the name Master. Adam himself now called claudia by the call of Di.

Claudia still felt that Adam was like the Dean on her campus. Claudia still felt awkward about having to call Adam by saying his name. But one thing made Claudia feel like a butterfly was flying in her stomach when Adam called her Di.

A powerful and very intimidating man like Adam, never mentioned anyone by calling his name, not treating people well, instead calling Claudia a short, adorable-sounding nickname. Claudia tried not to feel special, but she couldn't. Because Adam always treated her in a special way.

One day Claudia woke up in the morning of Sunday. His room seemed empty, there was no one to wake him up because Claudia could finally wake up by herself. But as she opened her eyes she realized there was something different from inside her room. But he couldn't see where the difference was from his room.

Claudia again turned her gaze around to look for what actually looked different. Finally he realized that there were several perfume bottles on display about 20 to 25 bottles neatly arranged in each corner of the room and one of them was right between the two and his pillow.

Claudia was unable to resist the smile that made her rabbit teeth visible. His cheeks even blushed. Claudia knows who did all this in her room. Because the perfume in between the pillows is the perfume he really wanted all this time. Perfume that ever contested her also with Adam at that time.

After she finished preparing, Claudia descended from her room to the dining room where Adam had been waiting for her to have breakfast together. Claudia thanks Adam. Adam himself was initially worried because he thought that Claudia would not be willing to accept the gift he gave.

Adam loved the girl sitting in front of him. He loved everything in Claudia. Adam strongly believes that Claudia is the adorable girl behind her appearance and behavior that is a little delinquent and stubborn. But after all, Claudia is still claudia who in the eyes of people is a stubborn delinquent girl. But not for Adam because in the house, for Adam, Claudia looks just like an innocent and adorable girl.

Claudia lately looks so sensitive to Adam. He can even show his weak self in front of Adam even though he has been famous as a person who never wants to be seen weak. But with Adam, Claudia can express her sadness, her happiness even when she has problems. Naomi is finally happy to see the change that happened to Claudia because she finally returned to her former self again.

But one day....

The college contacted Adam, telling him that Claudia was in trouble for fighting in class with other students.

At that time Adam was in the meeting room when he received a call from Claudia's campus. He canceled the meeting and rushed to the campus. It made Erik look very shocked. During this time, Adam never postponed or canceled meetings.

Adam arrived at the Dean's room, he saw the figure of Claudia looking at him with a face that looked surprised.

'Oh god! Why does he have to be again? Didn't I give Naomi her number? Why should he come here? Is he not busy, or does he not have a job? Oh God help me.'

Claudia was very afraid to look at Adam's face but she was able to realize that Adam was looking at her with a very sharp gaze.

"Welcome Mr. Adam, please sit down. Sorry for interrupting your work time. I know you are a very busy man. I actually called Naomi's mother, but she told us to call you because you can solve this problem. Naomi said she was on her way to M." The Dean was talking while Adam himself was not sitting and just stared at Claudia sharply and just walked closer to Claudia.

"Why did you fight with her?" Adam asked in a voice he made to sound soft.

'She is a very young girl. Calm down Adam, lest you lose your patience.'

But Claudia's foolish attitude makes Adam's blood boil again.

"Look at me when I'm talking to you at." Adam said in a slightly raised voice.

Claudia finally lifted her head and looked towards Adam's eyes with a face that looked slightly scared.

The dean and student who became Claudia's opponent fought looks like she was hit by a truck, a very large truck. Both of them were completely shocked to see Claudia who looked scared towards Adam. Claudia who had been known had never been afraid of anyone. Be it a senior on campus or junior and just a moment ago had beaten up all the students who were in one room with him, this time he looked scared as he stood face to face with Adam.

"My answer is Di!" Tell Adam again.

"She had spoken ill of both my parents. Mama Velicia and Mama Viona. She calls Papa Andreas having an affair with Mama Viona and giving birth....." Claudia was unable to finish her sentence because Adam had already pulled her body into his arms.

Claudia did not return Adam's embrace, and only let her head lean against Adam's chest. Adam continued to hug Claudia and rubbed her back. While Claudia herself felt dizzy because of the perfume Adam wore that smelled so masculine.

What Adam was doing right now, became something that Claudia really liked. She was confused about how she felt when Adam touched her. He had never felt this way before, even with Endra.

Adam continued to look at the Dean and the student who were fighting with Claudia. He then let go of his embrace towards Claudia. Then wipe Claudia's hair behind her ears.

"Where is the guardian of this student?" Ask Adam to the Dean.

The Dean looked confused and panicked by the question.

"Actually Mr. Adam, he... I mean...."

"You didn't call his parents or guardians?" Adam Shouted. "Ah, let me guess, you think that she's innocent and this girl of mine who's very famous all over campus as a naughty student isn't it, then you assume that she's the one who's guilty." Adam said harshly but his face still looked calm.

On the other hand, Claudia wanted to shout inwardly. He felt so happy and surprised. She was very happy to see her husband scolding the Dean.

"No, Mr. Adam. I mean...." The Dean tried to explain something.

Adam took Claudia by the hand and held her very tightly and walked with his wife out of the Dean's room. The entire campus watched the two with gaping mouths looking at Adam with his intimidating and confused aura towards Claudia who seemed to be behaving well.
