Dream House (Chapter 51)

Home is a mandatory residence for every human being, where the time spent by everyone is most at home with a beloved family. Home is also a place where we take shelter from the disturbances that threaten us such as rain, heat, threats from wild animals, threats from criminals.

Everyone has dreams of wanting a dream home, and so do I.

"Did you remember the day you told me how your dream home was?" Ask Andreas.

I thought for a moment and began to remember that day. Kala Andreas took me to the playground and we both went into the room where a replica display of a kingdom with other residents.

I told Andreas that my dream home is where the house is located in a cool area, full of natural scenery and in the spacious front yard there is an artificial fountain where there is also a fish pond there.

And today, Andreas took me to a house exactly as I dreamed it would be.

"Whose house is this?" My toot.

This house is minimalist but modern design, seen from the front of the house looks very sturdy and luxurious. The front door is large and modern design today, not too many windows are displayed but this house is dominant with clear glass.

Andreas took my hand into the house. I was so impressed with every detail. Angelica took me to the living room where there was a sofa to watch television and gather with the family. 'This house sure looks luxurious at night.' I thought.

"Do you like Velicia's sister-in-law?" Angelica said in a seductive tone.

I just smiled back at her teasing words.

From the living room Angelica took me to the side of the house. There is a spacious swimming pool equipped with a place to relax made of selected wood but modern design.

Angelica took me to sit by the pool. While playing the water with our feet, we started chatting lightly.

For 2 rooms on the ground floor it is a room for guests and the only room is Brother Andreas. He said that if you are pregnant, it will not be difficult if you have to go up and down if your room is upstairs. For the room on the upper floor he said to the children's room Kak Andreas later. I looked at Andreas in disbelief.

"Why? Can't believe?" Ask Andreas.

"It's not just good at making juice and other drinks. Brother Andreas is also a cook." Praise Angelica.

"Oh yes, if you are married later. I can still live in this house, right?" Ask Angelica.

"Of course.."

"No."

Andreas and I answered with different answers.

"Why does Andreas disagree? Velicia's sister just agreed I'd stay here." Angelica Protest.

"You're gonna be a bully." Reply Andreas.

"I promise I won't interfere." Whine Angelica.

"No..." Andreas remained in his stance.

"Let him stay with us. Besides, I'll have a chat buddy if there's him if you have to get out of town for a job." My speech.

"Yeeaaayy.... I love you, Velicia." Angelica said excitedly as she hugged me tightly.

"Yes God. Why I forgot." Said Angelica while patting her eel. "I'm leaving now, brother. See you, brother-in-law." Shouts of Angelica running into the house.

"Always so." Andreas Said.

I just shook my head. Honestly speaking, seeing the closeness between these two sisters made me feel a little envious. If only I had a brother or sister who was always with me. Maybe I won't be too lonely.

I have Jack as my brother. But he can't always be with me. He also has his own life. Own family. Even so, I'm sure Jack always loved me like his own real brother.

"Lately you've been daydreaming. You're so different from the little girl I used to know. What else is going on in your heart?" Ask Andreas.

I walked along in Andreas' footsteps. His hands clasped my hands so tightly as we stepped towards the top floor. Like he wouldn't let me fall.

My eyes looked at every room I passed. Just like Angelica said. The girl really told me every detail. Andreas took me to a room that Angelica said was Andreas's workspace as well as a mysterious room.

"Didn't you allow anyone to come in but you?" My toot.

"You're including the exception." Reply Andreas smiled. "Let's go in." After opening the door.

The room is so dark. Not a single light came in. Then everything was clear when Andreas turned on the lights. My eyes were perfectly rounded when I looked at the entire room. My hands shut my gaping mouth. Slowly I walked closer to the wall, where there were various sizes of frames attached to the wall.

All the walls are filled with my frame. And at the bottom of each picture I have the date of the shooting. There were so many pictures of me that were taken at random.

I focused on the image of myself sitting on the beach alone staring at the vast ocean. It says the date I found out I had cancer. And there are many other images that are easy to display. Even the picture a few years before I decided to marry Arnold was on the wall.

My tears are shed. I was so moved to see all this. How deep is the love of the man I am with right now?

It seemed Andreas realized I was crying, even though I turned my back on him. Andreas came up and hugged me from behind.

"Why crying?" Andreas asked as he placed his chin on my shoulder.

"I'm just overwhelmed and happy. How can you get all these pictures? While you've always been abroad." My toot.

"I lost touch with my family, especially Papa. But, I always ask a friend to monitor your situation. I never thought you'd marry Arnold because there was never any news of closeness between the two of you." Answer Andreas.

It's true, I never met Arnold before. Our marriage was indeed me who decided when the Great Lord Setyawan brought me the photo that I thought was Andreas until I immediately agreed to get married.

Arnold met me once before the wedding. That is, when he proposed to me on the beach. And that day was the most important and happy day of my life. Because I did think that Arnold was Andreas.
