The Hospital (Chapter 48)

Ever since that meeting at Lord Setyawan's house, Arnold never bothered me again. He would usually send me threatening messages or try to meet me. However, this one week he has never again revealed his existence.

Maybe he can accept what happened between us.

I'm so happy going through my days with Andreas, and I hope Arnold will find his happiness with Viona as well. Jack I told you about my relationship with Andreas. And, Jack is very supportive as long as I can be happy.

"I've said it a lot before. Whatever your decision, as long as it makes you happy, I will always support you." I told Jack about my relationship with Andreas.

My happiness only grew when Jack told me about his wife's pregnancy.

"I'll be an aunt soon." My speech.

"Of course, I hope that she's a girl who's just as beautiful as you are." Reply Jack.

"Why should it look like me? She should be beautiful like her mom. And if a man gets naughty like his Papa." My speech.

Jack laughed at my words.

When I remember our conversation, I always laugh. Jack has always been like that since childhood. He can always make me laugh. If I had stayed with him, I would never have felt sad. But, I know myself. Although our relationship is like a sibling, but we both still do not have blood relations and that will always make his wife feel bad for me. She was always jealous of my closeness to Jack. Even though Jack always explained to her that I was just her little sister.

I hope that after they have a child, Rara, Jack's wife will no longer be jealous of me. Especially if I'm married to Andreas.

I have a schedule today to see the doctor. Andreas has promised to accompany me. Actually I can go alone, because I'm used to it. But Andreas insisted on accompanying me. I know he is busy taking care of his job.

Andreas told me that he was busy opening a new music school for the kids in our city. In addition, he also made a music studio as a place to channel the talents of young people who can music or sing. At first I asked him where he got so much money to make it all plus buying me a playground.

During this week I was getting used to the romantic attitude Andreas showed me. If I used to feel happy with his attention, for now I am much happier and love him more.

After a 1 hour drive, we finally arrived at the hospital. Andreas parked his car well and took my hand into the hospital.

We both went into the doctor's room. It took us an hour after a series of examinations and consultations, and we finally came out of Doctor Freddy's room. I'm pretty happy with what Doctor Freddy said. He said that cancer cells no longer appear to be lodged in my body. But, I must not be careless and must continue to consume drugs and always live a healthy life by regulating my diet and the type of food I consume.

"Let's sit down first. Drink this." Andreas said giving me mineral water in a bottle.

Andrew treated me like I was sick. To drink water alone he even held the bottle for me. And as he walked, he swiftly held my hands and waist as if I could not support my own body.

Shortly thereafter, my name was called to redeem the medicine prescribed by Doctor Freddy. When finished, Andreas and I walked through the hospital hallway through some poly and saw some hospital patients who were walking slowly.

My attention was on a pregnant woman who was walking with a grimacing face.

"Why?" Ask Andreas.

"Are you sure you won't regret marrying me?" Suddenly said.

"What's the matter exactly? Why are you suddenly asking that. Didn't I say that I love you and want to marry you. So why should I regret." Reply Andreas.

"Because I won't be able to give you a child." I said with a stifled voice.

Andreas immediately stopped his steps and looked at me tightly. Suddenly he hugged me tightly.

"I love all the advantages and disadvantages that God has given you. Whatever it is I will accept your situation. I want to marry you because I am happy with you not because I want to have children. I want to make you happy with me, because your happiness is my happiness too." Said Andreas who made me return his embrace tightly.

"Thank you." My speech.

We both walked back and this time something I didn't expect happened. I had to meet Arnold who was walking out of the womb with Viona.

Andreas and I stopped right in front of the two of them. Arnold's eyes showed tension.

'I don't like this awkward atmosphere.'

"Eh Velicia, what are you doing at the hospital? Do you want to check the contents too?" Viona was mocking me. "Upps I forgot that you'll never get pregnant again. Sorry." Viona.

I could clearly see that from the corner of the woman's lips she was trying to hold her prisoner. I took a breath and answered,

"Thank you to both of you especially to Arnold who even killed his son for the woman he loved. Because without you guys having an affair behind my back, then I won't meet my true love." I said as I clasped Andreas' hand.

I saw Arnold's face full of anger. And what struck me was that he suddenly tried to grab my hand. However, it quickly blocked Andreas.

"Keep that dirty hand off my woman." Andreas Said.

"Give me a chance to explain that I never did what you accused Velicia of. I had absolutely no idea that...."

"Sst, Arnold. Never bother my future wife again. You better take care of your own woman. Marry her soon before her belly gets bigger." Andreas said and took me walking out of the hospital.
