71. Claudia Fear

Claudia was actually playing inside Sean's castle by involving all the guards. Sean was completely exhausted from trying to catch Claudia who had him playing a childlike chase. Claudia was running so fast that even the bodyguards limped Sean could not fight against Claudia's speed they just ran around the castle with heavy breathing and coughed.

Sean is like that. Today he realized that he was getting older, he had to do something with his fitness. Claudia really made Sean and his men exhausted.

"Boss... Boss, let's get up." The words of someone shouting made Sean who was sitting to take a breath on the sofa immediately stood up in shock.

"What's? Why are you here? Go there, give me time to take a breath." Sean shouted to his men.

"But Boss, he's here. We have to run again." Said his men panicking.

"What's? Already come? How come? The last time I saw him, he was still downstairs. How did he get here so fast?" Sean looked panicked like a ghostly person.

He suddenly felt that his castle was becoming a place that was so sinister and they were all being chased by ghosts. A 20-year-old ghost.

"Aaaiiiissshhh, come here you fool. Help me to get up, my legs hurt." Said Sean.

Today passed with Sean being so exhausted. One of the servants who worked as a cleaner came with a bucket full of broken vases.

"What the fuck? Who broke this vase?" Sean said as he realized the servant was coming and shouted at him.

At first the servant was silent and lowered his head. Sean yelled at him.

"My answer." Shouted Sean.

"Master, it was actually Miss Claudia who ruined this all because of running around the castle. Not only the vase, but he also damaged the wall clock, the mirror, and two of your bodyguards were also seriously injured. Their heads were hit by these shrapnel vases." The servant's speech explained all the problems that Claudia had made just a moment ago.

Sean became angry, he looked at the girl sitting nearby who was busy writing something on the paper that was on the table.

"Claudia....." Shouted Sean.

This time Claudia was not afraid at all, but she acted as if she was shocked and pensive. Briefly her lips began to hang and her eyes were filled with water before Sean could even say anything Claudia had already spoken.

"Why indeed? Are you gonna scold me and yell at me again just because of some vase and your people? Are they more important to you than me? I'm just playing, what's my fault. Your castle is too small. So I can't run freely. So everything got ruined because it blocked my way. I didn't do anything intentionally. Aaaaaaaaa......" Claudia started again.

Sean's eyes instantly grew bigger, frightened, shocked and desperate. Now he doesn't know what to do with Claudia.

"Darling, please don't cry, don't worry. All this is just a useless vase. You've actually been good at ruining them all. I've been thinking that I'm the one who's gonna ruin it." Said Sean.

Claudia inwardly wanted to be uprooted but she still showed her innocent face from the outside. He wiped his tears and asked,

"really? Now you're really talking like a husband.... I mean the person closest to me. I'm very happy. Thank you." Thank you." Claudia smiled with excitement.

Sean became so proud of himself because he was slowly able to do what Claudia liked.

"I'm hungry." Claudia.

Sean was instantly grateful to God. He even shouted loudly.

"Oh, thank God. Honey you're finally hungry, hahaha wow. Come with me, we'll go to lunch. Whatever you want to eat, how much you want to eat, okay hahaha. Let's go." Said Sean.

"I want grilled chicken, premium beef, kimchi, french fries, spicy noodles, rice.........."

Claudia kept mentioning the names of different foods. Sean inwardly fell silent but could not protest. At least he's free from playing running around catching Claudia. So she decided to follow whatever Claudia wanted and asked the servants to serve Claudia so she could be free.

Claudia finally ate quietly. The servants were not too bothered to make the food that Claudia mentioned. After lunch Sean went to his office sneaking around without letting Claudia know about it. When Claudia wakes up from her nap she hopes to see Sean but a waiter tells her that Sean is in his study.

Claudia wanted to interrupt him, but then decided not to do that because what she did today was enough. So Claudia spends her time in the room, longing for her husband and her old life back in town. He missed his friends too.

Already at 10:00 p.m., Claudia had eaten in her room as well because for the first time Sean had not returned home from his office. The waiters inform that there is a problem from Sean's company office, he is still busy there.

'Problems? Is it because of my husband?' claudia thought and hoped that what she thought was right.

"Dear, I hope it's you. I miss you, baby, please come quickly. No. It's only been one day and I've missed you so much. Do you miss me too? Are you still in the hospital? Do you still feel pain on your shoulders?" Claudia said constantly

The door of the room was knocked, Claudia was lying on her bed and shocked. The pajamas Claudia wore looked messy, her posture was also so with her hair. Claudia quickly woke up and made herself seem more prepared.

"Yes, who is it?" Claudia thought it was Sean, she was about to tell Sean to leave because she did not want to meet the mobster at this hour.

"It's us Young Miss." A voice came from the front door.

Claudia recognized the voice. It was a waiter who cooked and who Claudia heard most often, because she was the one who had always been close to Claudia on this first day. But what made Claudia even more surprised was that the servant called her Young Miss. No one else but her husband's guards and servants called her that name. Claudia frowned and allowed the maid to enter the room.

There were seven or eight of them. They all went inside and immediately bowed before Claudia in a 90-degree position. Claudia was even more surprised. From the moment he left home, not a single person had behaved like that to him. Claudia didn't expect that either, nor did she like it when people did that. But since several months of living as Madam Adam, she had already gotten used to such treatment.

Claudia then asked what purpose they had come to see her at this hour. The servants inform Claudia that they know that Claudia is Madam Adam. Claudia was so surprised that they found out about it, she asked why they knew it and they replied that they knew it from the internet.

After that they told Claudia that they worked as Sean's servants, but they preferred to honor Mr. Adam and Mrs Adam. They promise to help Claudia while she is in Sean's castle.

Claudia borrowed their phone to watch the news on social media. They give Claudia to use their cell phone.

Claudia started looking on the internet and found out what her husband had done.

Adam posted a photo of himself. Claudia recalls the photo was taken by her husband while she was studying in Adam's study at night.

Looking at the photo Claudia suddenly smiled, she blushed. She saw that her husband had told her about his identity to everyone over the internet even Claudia laughed a little at the announcement that her husband made to the person who could find her would be given a great gift. Claudia knew that it was to distract Sean.

Claudia then saw her husband's last post with the caption, 'I miss you so much. I can't sleep with my arms empty without you in my arms.'

Claudia could not hold back her tears. She started to look crying at her husband's post. The servants began to look worried.

"Young Miss don't worry, don't cry. Please." Please." Their words tried to calm Claudia who seemed to have cried as much as she could.

"Young Miss, do you know the whole country is now looking for you. Not because of the gifts you announce, but because they love you and care about you. It was also the first time we knew about your identity and the situation was already like this. Not because of the reward, but if you want, we can help you to escape from here." One of the servants said to Claudia.

The other servants agreed and they all immediately nodded their heads simultaneously. This made Claudia stop crying and wipe her tears.

"No, I don't want to. I can't escape from here. I came here alone, just to give my husband time to punish this monster. Until I'm here to stay safe, my husband isn't too focused on my security. He could search and investigate about this monster. But if I wasn't with Sean here, he could've gone back to ruining our lives. I'm here, so my husband can punish her. My husband will come here and take me away with him. Don't worry." Claudia explained everything because the servants looked confused Claudia told them everything. They were all shocked by everything that happened.

"Don't worry Young Miss, trust your husband. Your husband loves you very much. We all know that, as you said, your husband will come to your rescue." Say them.

The servants then left Claudia alone to return to their rooms. Claudia was unable to understand her feelings, whether she should cry one smile. But one thing is for sure, that Claudia was so flabbergasted by the post that her husband did.

The next morning, Claudia wakes up to a loud noise at her doorstep. He sat down in surprise. He looked at the clock on the wall that showed 06:00 in the morning. Claudia felt so astonished, who woke her up at a clock like this. He went to the door and opened the door. But when he opened it, Sean went straight into the room holding onto Claudia's chin so hard. His eyes were so full of anger, and it was proof that he had not slept all night.

"What the fuck? How dare you touch me. Never try to use your power on me. I'm not weak, okay?" Claudia shouted at Sean.

"Shut up, and tell me. What's your plan exactly?" Sean said with anger.

Claudia could not help but fear that she heard Sean's voice like that, but she kept trying to calm down.

"What do you mean say that?" Claudia asked confidently inwardly trying to guess what was really going on in Sean's office.

"One of my companies was raided by the police last night and they found... Whatever. I was thinking how the police could come to raid my company and search my place at such an hour without warning, huh?" Ask Sean.

"How can I know, I'm here in the castle with you. I don't have a cell phone or anything. Do you think I'm the one who did that, or gave information to the police?" Claudia said angrily.

In my heart I know who did it.

"And why do you care so much? You haven't stopped doing illegal work, so why would the police come to search your place? I'm sure they didn't find anything, did they?" Claudia tried to play with her words.

"You know baby, I got you here. I need to know who did this, and this is your husband. He gave the information to the police." Said Sean.

"really? And why do the police trust him? Why is the police so dependent on the information he gives that the police should not hesitate to search your place? Can't you stop them and ask them for a reply?" Said Claudia again.

"Because that bastard has proof... He has evidence of...." Sean stopped talking and fell silent.

Without saying anything, Sean went straight out of Claudia's room. Claudia could only laugh when Sean had already moved away from her sight.

"It's good, baby. You're so great. The monster's starting to look messed up." Claudia.

After finishing the bath, Claudia went straight to the living room. Sean is ready to go to work. He seemed busy discussing something with his men, then just as he was about to leave the house, Claudia shouted.

"Wait, where are you going?" Claudia Shouts.

Sean and his men turned around.

"I want to go to work, this is very important. Don't worry, there will be people around the castle. They'll keep you company." Sean said as he left Claudia, he was really busy working today.

Claudia immediately ran up to Sean and looked so pouted then put her hand on Sean's chest and started talking again.

"No, I don't want to be with them. You can't go anywhere. You should be here with me."

Sean today can't play around anymore.

"Listen, I'm not like your husband you can command me to and I'm going to work. You can't rule me anything. That bastard, your husband, has made my head hurt. I don't care what, and why he's doing all this. Did he do it for you or anything else. But he ruined all my work. This morning the police went back to ransacking my house, so stop being so stubborn on me. I don't like stubborn people." Sean said with anger.

Sean was about to come out again, but Claudia blocked his way, standing before Sean. Claudia showed her pouting face.

"But what's the problem? Let them do whatever they want. You're clean now, aren't you? So what are you afraid of, don't tell me if you're still involved in that mafia thing, you're not?" Claudia asked without guilt.

Sean's jaw is hardened.

"I don't have to explain everything to you." Her speech.

"Why not? I am your future partner. You want to marry me. I am your lover now. Why can't I know about you? Why can't I ask you?" Claudia.

"Yes you are my future partner and my lover now. But that doesn't mean that I have to answer all your questions. My work and my profession, these are not areas of your knowledge. So you just need to make me happy, satisfied mentally, emotionally and in bed." Sean said that made Claudia feel disgusted. "So baby, just stay away from my work life and focus on your mind and body, okay." Sean said as he left.

Claudia felt so disgusted, she ran straight to her room and closed the door quickly. When she suddenly heard some waitress who came to her room last night give her cell phone and show what Adam posted.

Looking at all of Adam's posts, Claudia kissed the phone in tears. She really misses her husband.

Sean was so panicked in his study so frustrated. The police came looking for him. He was now completely trapped inside his own castle. He can't go anywhere. He was banned from leaving the country. He can't go to Australia anymore. His photos are everywhere, across the country and the internet. And the reason wasn't for the kidnapping of Claudia. It's all because of illegal gun and drug possession. The police seized it from his home and his company and a garden.

Sean became so angry and vented his anger at Claudia who was sitting in the living room with several servants who respected him.

"This is all because of you." Sean said as he slapped Claudia.

"You bastard, how dare you. I'm gonna kill you." Claudia Shouts.

Claudia tries to punch Sean, but can't. Sean immediately clasped Claudia's hand and pulled her closer.

"Take off me motherfucker, damn it. I'm gonna kill you." Claudia kept shouting as Sean took her upstairs.

Sean took Claudia into his room. Sean throws Claudia's body on the bed. Claudia immediately sat down, and was about to run out of the room, but was again blocked Sean.

"What are you doing, leave me." Shouted Claudia while kicking Sean's stomach but returned not to hit a bit.

Sean instead made Claudia in pain from twisting her arm.

"Do you think I'm just like your husband who likes your attitude like this kid? You're wrong to think that I'm like him. I don't like stubborn girls. I won't hesitate to kill you, because of you I'm ruined. Your husband ruined my job. I'm not stupid like him. I love you, but I can teach you too. I'm your future husband, you have to respect me. You have to do whatever I say. Forget the childish attitude you always did with your husband, now you're with me." Said Sean.

There was no love, interest and tenderness in that voice, only anger, and passionate eyes in it.

Claudia tried as hard as she could not cry. His hand hurt a lot, but he said nothing.

Sean was about to say something when a man came and called himself.

"Boss... Bosses... The government has issued a warrant of arrest for you. They've been looking for bosses all over the country and evidence has been confiscated by them."

Sean looked towards the man with an expression so shocked and worried.

"WHATAAA???" Sean said in frustration.

He let go of Claudia's hand and ran towards his study followed by his men.

Claudia ran towards her room then locked the door of her room and started crying, Claudia was very scared. He's never been so scared like this. Claudia was also afraid of what happened next.

Claudia knows that she has the power to fight Sean, she can fight with Sean, but if Sean does not involve his men.

'I have to talk to my husband.' Claudia thought then ran towards the servants' room.
