Chapter 91. Rachel Conscious

Two days had passed, Rachel was still unconscious. During these two days, Farhan had always waited for his wife to open her eyes. His two older brothers always accompanied Farhan waiting in front of the ICU room, hoping that the woman would come to her senses soon.

Farhan's appearance looked very tangled. He only left the place when he was going to shower or eat. It was obvious anxiety on the man's face. She just spends her time between her son's nursery and Rachel's.

Today the doctor said that the development of his son has been very good. Farhan has moved his son to a VVIP room which will later also be a nursery for his wife Rachel.

His son Farhan is currently guarded and cared for by his two brothers in turn. Fortunately, the children of Nazwa and Alya were not fussy so they never demanded his mother to sleep with them.

Reno and Yuni are in the hospital. They can see how much Farhan loves his wife. If Reno ever doubted the man's love. Now believe if the two love each other.

"You're patient, Farhan. Rest assured that Rachel will recover soon" Reno said, trying to comfort the man.

"Yes, Ren. I'm sure of that. Rachel's not leaving me. He knows I love him very much. I don't want to separate from him. From now on I'll never be far with him again. Rachel and I have promised to age together. He won't deny it." Farhan said while consoling himself.

The doctor is currently checking Rachel's health. After the Doctor came out of the room, Farhan immediately approached the Doctor.

"How's my wife doing, Doc? Is there any progress?" ask Farhan.

"The wife of the Father has stabilized his condition, soon to be aware. He has passed his critical period. Right now we're just waiting for him to open his eyes" the doctor said with a smile.

"Is everything the doctor said true? Not just to entertain me?" Farhan asked again.

"Of course it's all true, sir. Let's just wait." The doctor answered politely.

"Thank you, Doc. I can't wait for my wife to open her eyes" said Farhan, with a slightly happy face, Reno and Yuni, who heard the doctor's words, smiled and thanked him.

When the time came, Farhan wanted to enter immediately. He was already impatient to see the health development of his wife. The man immediately changed his clothes to hospital sterile clothes. Farhan walks into the ICU room where Rachel is being treated in a determined manner.

"Darling, wake up again! He's had enough sleep. I also slept with you. You know what, honey? My baby doesn't need an incubator anymore. He must have missed your embrace too. Don't get too carried away with your sleep, honey. I always wait when you open your eyes."

Farhan clasped his wife's hand. When the man had just held Rachel's finger, he felt her finger being grasped. Farhan was very surprised and looked towards Rachel. His wife had opened her eyes.

"Darling, are you conscious?" Farhan asked with a happy feeling.

Without waiting for Rachel's reply, she went straight out of the room and called out to the Midwife standing guard. She had unknowingly left Rachel.

The midwife and nurse were on guard and called the doctor. With the doctor coming soon, he came in followed by Farhan. He looked at Rachel who had opened her eyes. Then the man approached his wife and kissed her forehead. The doctor checked Rachel.

"Sir Farhan, Rachel's mother's current state is very stable and can be moved to the ward. You can wait outside. I will do a thorough examination first. After that the nurse can move to the hospital room," said the doctor.

"Then be good, Doc." Farhan bowed his face and again kissed his wife's forehead.

"Darling, the doctor wants to check on you. I'll wait outside first. Don't sleep for long. I love you so much." Farhan again kissed Rachel's forehead before leaving the room.

When he was outside, Farhan immediately approached his two friends. Reno and Yuni looked worried. She thinks something has happened to Rachel, seeing the Doctor rush into the ICU room, where Rachel is being treated.

"Reno, Yuni, Rachel have regained consciousness" Farhan said. Both of his friends seemed to breathe a sigh of relief.

"Alhamdulillah. I was worried to see the doctor enter in a hurry. I thought something happened to Rachel because I saw you running out of the room where Rachel was" Reno said.

"I was so happy to see Rachel open her eyes. I can't wait to be sure of her condition and ask the nurse to call the doctor immediately to confirm Rachel's condition" Farhan said

"Surely Allah will grant your prayers." Reno hugged her best friend. Come feel his happiness.

"It's not just my prayer, it's all our prayers" Farhan said.
