Chapter 52 S2. Dinner

Axel who just came home from Gafi's house was surprised to see Lisa who was in the kitchen. She helped Mama Rachel cook.

"What's cooking mom? How much?" ask Axel.

"Mama invited the bride-to-be to dinner together" replied Mama Rachel.

"You mean Mama, Gafi and Dita want to have dinner here?" ask Axel again.

Rachel nodded her head in response. He stays with his activities. Axel looked at Lisa. Tumben once the girl helped in the kitchen. Anyway never did Lisa come if Axel didn't. Surely he tried to attract the attention of mama after Axel asked to break up yesterday. That's what's on that man's mind.

Regardless of the presence of the girl Axel climbed the stairs leading to the room. Rachel was quite astonished by her son's behavior. He looked at Lisa. He noticed the girl and smiled.

"Tante, ever since Dita decided to marry Gafi young, Axel seemed careless. Maybe he feels too fast and he has to lose his best friend. It can't be like before if you have status as a wife" Lisa said.

"Maybe. Aunty also saw a change in her attitude during these two days," said Rachel.

They both continue cooking. By five o'clock in the afternoon, all dishes were ready.

Lisa came home with an online motorcycle taxi because Axel had not been out of his room since he came home. At half-time Lisa came back and helped Rachel get everything ready.

At seven o'clock, Gafi and Dita come. Rachel immediately invited them to eat. Talk after eating.

Everyone has gathered except Axel. When Mama Rachel called, she was dressed. While waiting for the arrival of Axel mama invited all to eat.

Before long, Axel showed up. He immediately chose to sit beside Papa Farhan, and faced Dita.

"Papa is happy Dita is married to a man who is understanding like Gafi. Remember this papa Gafi message, never make your woman cry, it will hurt if there are other men who wipe her tears" Papa Farhan advised.

"I will remember Papa's message, I will never let a single tear fall on Dita's cheek" Gafi replied.

Papa Farhan asked Gafi a lot of questions. Meanwhile Axel only heard without response. Sometimes he still steals the opportunity to glance at Dita

Dita herself is not unaware of Axel's views, but the girl tried to be indifferent and not to bother. She deliberately moved to sit next to Gafi and sat docked to the body of her future husband. Dita then brought rice to Gafi. He also prepared his side dishes. The man smiled seeing the attention of his fiancee.

Axel still continued to try to glance from the corner of his eyes as Dita prepared her rice and side dishes for Gafi.

Gafi who noticed Axel who continued to pay attention to them, then fed Dita his food.

"You try this. Yummy, youh!" said Gafi thrusting rice and side dishes. When there is sticky rice on the corner of Dita's lips, Gafi then cleans with his finger to make Axel cleared his throat.

"Sorry, I'm ahead. I'm done eating" said Axel. He then headed to the park behind his house.

After finishing eating and chatting for a while, the two brides-to-be said goodbye.

"Papa, Mama, I'm saying goodbye. The day after my wedding with Gafi, I'm sorry if anything went wrong. Pray everything goes well" said Dita.

"Of course, Son. May your marriage last until only death can separate" said Mama Rachel.

Meanwhile Lisa walks towards the park, where Axel is. He looked at the man who was sitting leaning against the garden chair with his hands on his forehead.

"Gafi and Dita have come home. You must be quick to finish eating because you are uncomfortable with them, right? You're jealous, aren't you?" ask Lisa.

"Whoever is jealous, I have finished eating" Axel replied.

"You know when you're like this, Axel. Right now, maybe your name is no longer in Dita's heart."

"Don't be so knowy. Whether or not I'm in Dita's heart, I don't care. I should have asked why you came here. We broke up! Remember that," Axel said.

"I will not accept the word break up if there is no strong reason.I just remind you, if Dita was happy with her choice. It is free to keep feelings for him. There will be no love for you anymore. Why don't you try to open your heart to our relationship?"

"Alright, Lisa! I don't want to argue anymore. Or you want my mama to know, if you and I don't actually have a relationship anymore. Again, I say, our relationship is over. Don't ever come near me again!" axel said in a loud voice.

Axel's remarks are able to leave Lisa speechless, but she has been determined to get Axel's love back. Probably by approaching Mama Rachel.
